This past Friday, a deer ran through a glass window at a Gold’s Gym in Anderson, South Carolina. Once inside the gym, the deer got in a quick cardio session before making its escape. Watch the wild footage in the video below.

And there’s reason #3,218,398 why you should never go to the gym. Besides getting all sweaty and exhausted, you now have to worry about getting gored by Bambi while cranking out some pec flies. Thanks but no thanks. I’ll stick to my trusty 12 oz. curls from the comfort of my couch.

A 23-year-old Pakistani man named as Navid B was arrested in connection with the attack on the Berlin Christmas Market, however he denied any knowledge of the attack and is believed to be innocent. Now, a senior police officer, told die Welt newspaper: ‘We have the wrong man. So we have a new situation. The true perpetrator is still armed, at large and can cause further damage.’

The lorry’s original Polish driver, Lukasz Urban, a father of one, was transporting steel beams into Germany, but was found shot in the cab after the crash. The gun has not been found.

The Berlin Christmas market killer may still be on the loose with a gun and ready to inflict ‘further damage’ 12 hours after an asylum seeker from Pakistan was chased down and arrested, a senior police chief said today.

Detectives interrogating suspect Naved B, 23, have said he has no blood on his clothes, no injuries and denies hijacking a 25-ton lorry and using it to murder 12 people and injure 48 more last night.

Petra Kvitova, a Czech female tennis star, was badly injured during a home invasion Tuesday morning. The two-time Wimbledon champion says that she was in her apartment when a man with a knife attacked her.

After the injury, she took some time to write a message on her Facebook wall to her fans.

Thank you for all your heartwarming messages. As you may have already heard, today I was attacked in my apartment by an individual with a knife. In my attempt to defend myself, I was badly injured on my left hand. I am shaken, but fortunate to be alive. The injury is severe and I will need to see specialists, but if you know anything about me I am strong and I will fight this. Thank you all again for your love and support and now I would appreciate some privacy while I focus on my recovery.

Petra had already dropped out of the Hopman Cup because of a fractured foot injury. The timetable of her recovery is not yet known.

What Happened?

According to a spokesman for the Czech Federation Cup team, Petra was at her apartment when an unidentified man rang the doorbell and asked to check the electric meter. He gained entrance to the apartment and then attacked her with a knife, slashing tendons in her left hand.

The man ran off with $200 and cops say that a manhunt is on.

Obviously it’s a relief that she’s alive and not injured further, but Petra’s a lefty and plays with a two-handed backhand.

Recently, Petra was the victim in a seemingly-random attack in her home. The attacker entered her home under the guise of checking the electric meter, then stabbed her in the hand, and ran off with $200 in cash. The stabbing slashed some tendons in her left hand, the hand which she plays with.

The UFC January schedule will be seriously lacking in terms of events and star power. With only two scheduled events for the month of January, the UFC seems to be starting off the year slowly in hopes of gearing towards much more exciting and star-studded events. After finishing 2016 with with some top notch cards featuring fighters such as Conor McGregor and the return of Ronda Rousey, the January 2017 is considerably weaker than what the UFC showcased in the previous months. Originally three events were scheduled for January but on Thursday December 1, 2017 the UFC changed it so that UFC 208 will instead be taking place in February due to a lack of headliners for this event.

Early reports indicate that this happened at the Tultepec Pyrotechnics Market, and that over 60 people have been injured, and at least 10 have been killed.

At least six separate blasts were reportedly heard at around 2:50pm at a fireworks market, San Pablito. The explosions were even heard in the nearby towns of Cacalco and Tultitlan, locals wrote on Twitter.

At least 60 people were injured in the explosion, Luis Felipe Puente, National Coordinator of Civil Protection of the Ministry of the Interior, told reporters. At the moment there have been no confirmed deaths, he said according to El Sol de Mexico.

Firefighters, policemen, and paramedics from the nearby municipalities of Coacalco, Tultitlan, Cuautitlan Izcalli and Zumpango, were mobilized along with State Security Commission units, Quadratin reports.

Stop me if you’ve heard this before. Today Lena Dunham said something stupid about a political issue and the internet lost its sh*t.

That’s become a frequent occurrence for Lena Dunham, who’s emerged as the most insufferable famous person on the planet, with the possible exception of Skip Bayless. While I’m guessing she means well, Dunham has such a narrow world-view and abrasive demeanor that she simply can’t help but constantly stirring up controversy.

On her podcast, Women of the World, which I admittedly refuse to listen to, Dunham said, “I still haven’t had an abortion, but I wish I had.”

The context was that Dunham, as such a vocal pro-choice supporter, felt it would up her bonafides in the views of the pro-choice community if she had actually went through the experience of having an abortion.

Obviously just about everybody was mortified by Dunham saying she regretted never having killed an unborn fetus. While political conservatives have been rolling their eyes at Dunham for years, these days just about everybody has had enough of her. Dunham’s comment undermines the position of most progressives, who have always taken the stance that abortion should be a safe and legal option but only as a last resort, by seemingly confirming suspicions that anyone who’s pro-choice has absolutely no regard for human life.

As a New Yorker, my fear is that the rest of the country equates New York values with those of caricatures like Lena Dunham. While you’ll certainly find more people who identify with Lena Dunham in New York than anywhere else, that’s just a tiny sliver of the larger population of the city. And while most people here are actually sane, it’s the people the furthest to the fringe that most want to tell you their views.

German police have revealed they are looking for Anis Amri, 23, a refugee who came to Germany earlier this year, in connection with the Berlin Christmas market attack that left 12 people dead and over 50 injured. Police warn that Amri is armed, highly dangerous, and is part of a large Islamic organization. Law enforcement officials told CBS News that Amri left documents in the truck, specifically, they found the suspect’s ID and asylum papers under the driver’s seat.

Amri was born in the desert town of Tataouine in 1992, and was apparently recently arrested for GBH but vanished before he could be charged. He is the main suspect in the Berlin attacks. Amri used a pistol to kill Polish truck driver Lukasz Uran, before taking control of the truck, which he then drove directly into the market at Breitscheidplatz, which is near the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church

In August 2016 he was arrested with a fake Italian passport and released but his phone was said to be monitored. He then disappeared in December, according to Die Welt.  A Facebook profile in his name shows ‘likes’ linked to Tunisian terror group Ansar al-Sharia whose extremists murdered 22 at Tunis’ Bardo Museum in March 2015 and then 39 tourists at a beach resort in Sousse.  

Amri has temporary permission to stay in the country but was due to face an asylum hearing. Police are believed to have found his blood in the truck’s cab and now assume that the suspect may be badly injured.

Amri was living in Berlin but police believe he has links to North Rhine-Westphalia – the industrial region of Germany containing Cologne, Dortmund and Bonn. His ID was issued on the town of Kleve close to the border with the Netherlands and Belgium.

The hunt for Amri took on an added urgency after ISIS claimed responsibility. Amri remains on the loose, and it’s unclear how close German law officials are to catching the suspect or any accomplices.  They’ve asked the public for help, and so far, have received 500 tips.

That bottle of water is very, very important. Exercising is also very important. You just woke up after a long-night in party mode. You may feel like sh*t, but you’re going to need to push yourself and put some exercise in or you’ll most likely feel that way all day. Exercising like going on a morning job will release endorphins in the brain, which can greatly improve your mood. You’ll also be able to burn those extra calories you’ve packed on after a night of drinking. You can work off a hangover without having to build up much of a sweat. Take it easy with a morning jog or just take a casual walk through the park or neighborhood.

We need to talk about that good ‘ole H2O once more. This liquid is a must to cure or prevent any nagging hangover. A night of boozing can lead to multiple trips to the bathroom, so drinking water can help prevent you from dehydrating. Alcohol is a diuretic, as it increases the production of urine as well as the excretion of water. So, water is a must. Daniel K. Hall-Flavin, M.D., a consultant in addiction psychiatry at the Mayo Clinic, suggests that you should down about 16-20 ounces (2-2.5 glasses) of water before you go to bed. Dr. Daniel also recommends that next time you go out drinking, you should order a glass of water with every beer you drink. This will also decrease your chances of dehydration or waking up in the morning with a pounding headache.

Do Not Drink Anymore Alcohol Today

Some people may suggest that the cure to a hangover is to keep on drinking. Do not listen to them. More booze will not cure a hangover, it will only make the symptoms much worse in the long run. The “hair of the dog” myth is a big farce. Dr. Hall-Flavin says that drinking alcohol after a hangover is generally “a bad idea.” He also adds that “It will provide a numbing effect, but all you’re doing is prolonging the inevitable, and it will likely make your headache worse.” So, it may numb the pain for a little while, but you’ll only be creating an even bigger hangover when that numbness gives way to terrible headaches. Experts also say that drinking alcohol with the aim to alleviate the symptoms of a hangover can increase the risk of alcohol abuse and can lead to alcohol dependency. You wouldn’t want to end up b*tched out by the bottle, would you?

Toast, Cereal or Crackers

Foods such as toast, cereal and crackers are very easy to disgust. You might feel as sick as a dog right now, so you’re going to want to eat foods that you can actually keep down. These carbs can help bring up your blood sugar levels, and help you not feel like complete sh*t. Usually your liver would produce more glucose from stored carbs, but since it’s still processing that big night of boozing, it’s going to need some extra help. You’ll need to eat some toast, crackers or cereal to increase your blood sugar levels unless you like feeling tired, groggy and irritable. Don’t feel like a complete turd. Pick up that toast, bro!

Greasy Foods

Hamburgers, fried chicken and pizza. Can these greasy food items really help with your hangover? No, not at all. Greasy foods won’t cure your hangover the day after, it may even make you feel worse like a hangover coupled with some serious heartburn. But if you eat greasy foods the night before, your unhealthy food choices may actually work in your benefit. How so? It takes longer to get drunk if you’re eating because food slows down the absorption of alcohol in the body. The more you eat, the slower it will take the alcohol to hit your blood stream. These greasy foods may be bad for your health in the long run, but they can offset the effects of alcohol, which can effect how you feel the morning after. But if you do wake up with a hangover then I’ll give you the advice of John Brick, PhD, an alcohol research scientist and author of The Doctor’s Hangover Handbook. “No specific foods are recommended, although honey sandwiches are helpful to some people,” says Dr. Brick.

Youtuber Adam Saleh and his friend, “Slim,” were kicked off a Delta plane today because they claim other passengers had an issue with the two of them speaking Arabic. According to Adam, he spoke Arabic on the phone to his mother and then he started talking to Slim. That’s when the passengers started complaining.

After he got word that he was being kicked off the plane, Adam grabbed his phone and started recording a Facebook video which has since gone viral. We’d like to point out that so far we only have one side of the story, but if Adam and his friend are telling the truth, than this is pretty absurd. Maybe they were recording a video for part of their vlog? I don’t know, I’m just guessing. But one thing I can say is that while none of Adam’s YouTube videos are pranks like “Fake Terrorist Attack” or “Leaves Fake Bomb On Steps And RUNS,” he has been outed as a YouTuber who’s staged multiple scenarios–including one meant to smear the NYPD and another where he pretended to ship himself in luggage from Melbourne to Sydney (also a hoax).

So while I definitely believe that Adam and Slim’s use of Arabic could have been a major problem for some of the passengers, we’re going to withhold our judgement on this one until we get the full story.

Update 11:45 AM–Delta has issued a statement:

“Two customers were removed from this flight and later rebooked after a disturbance in the cabin resulted in more than 20 customers expressing their discomfort. We’re conducting a full review to understand what transpired. We are taking allegations of discrimination very seriously; our culture requires treating others with respect.”

Back to this video, though, the worst part about it is that you can even hear people in the background of the plane yelling “bye” sarcastically. Obviously tensions are a little high after yesterday’s attack on the Berlin Christmas market, but come on people. That’s some low sh*t.

After getting kicked off the plane, Adam filmed a periscope video where he was clearly dismayed and upset at the situation.

Update: Adam says that Delta put him on another plane to NYC after being checked by police and TSA for 30 minutes.

I live for videos like these. A lot of people, myself included, give police officers are hard time, so it’s easy to forget that about 90% of them are just regular dudes, trying to do the right thing. I don’t think the notion that most police officers are just dudes trying to do what’s right has ever been truer than it is in this video. To me, it’s simplicity of this video that makes it so excellent. We’ve all had to learn how to tie a tie, and we’ve all been in a rush to someplace important, so I can only imagine the crushing stress of combining that too. Luckily for this student, this cop was here to do his job: do the right thing.

A University of Wisconsin-Stout student pulled over for speeding last month near campus was rushing to give a presentation and didn’t know how to tie his necktie. According to the Menomonie Police Department, Officer Martin Folczyk spotted the student’s BMW speeding down 8th Street at 8:55 a.m. on the morning of Nov. 30 and initiated the stop. “I have to get a tie tied,” the driver said. “I have a presentation and I thought my buddy was home but he’s not, and I’m running behind.”

Before asking for his license and insurance, the officer asked the student for his tie, then loosely tied it around his own neck before handing it back. “While I do this, why don’t you grab your proof of insurance and your driver’s license real quick,” Officer Folczyk said. “Probably not the best knot, but it will work.” “Better than what I was going to do,” the student said. “Thank you so much.” The student was given a verbal warning.

After seeing the video of the traffic stop, the police chief invited the driver back to the police station and taught him to properly tie his own tie.
