Galore Bofando (5-2 MMA, 1-0 UFC) has an impressive record. His two career loses only occurred because this dude is just too damn vicious, and got himself disqualified for illegal strikes. And when Conor McGregor teammate Charlie Ward (3-3 MMA, 0-2 UFC), Bofando went beast mode on his candy ass/head.

The fight ended 2:10 into the first round after Bofando whipped Ward headfirst into the mat. Galore continued the onslaught with punches to his grounded opponent. The referee stopped the fight.

It was in 2000 when Nolan rose to international stardom with his neo-noir psychological thriller  Memento, a tricky psychological thriller based on a story penned by his brother, screenwriter Jonathan Nolan.

During the beginning of this period Nolan started off by doing a number of short films including Tarantula, Larceny, Doodlebug and Following. Some of these short films were a product of him as a film student at University College, London, where he met his wife Emma Thomas who produces all of his films.

As was said before, in 2000 his film Memento had propelled him into stardom, not to mention the film grossed $16.5 million over the budget.

From there, Nolan released hit after hit, each bigger and more profitable than the previous one. He is the man behind the 2002 remake of the Norwegian movie Insomnia (starring Al Pacino), as well as resurrecting the Batman franchise in 2005 with Batman Begins, in which Christian Bale was starring in the main role.

As stardom began to rise for Christopher Nolan at this time he began his series of knockout films starting with Batman Begins in 2005 which made around $55 million and notched up more than $372m at the box office. In 2008, its sequel, The Dark Knight, grossed more than $1 billion. The following year his film The Prestige hit the big screen making about $13 million dollars and bringing in $53,082,743 at the box office.

Also during this time, mega-blockbusters The Dark Knight and Inception were released, Inception making ($825,000,000 overall). Nolan has been able to take these wildly unconventional storylines and ideas and turn them into blockbuster hits in a way that is unimaginable. Why is that? I’ll let Leo take it from here…

2013-Present

This is a biased statement, but in 2014 he wrote one of the best films to date, Interstellar which made $47,510,360 the opening weekend and $187,991,439 overall. Nolan was the executive producer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in 2016 and Transcendence in 2014. Other than that he produced the documentary short Quay(2015), and Man Of Steel(2013) which he also wrote the story for.

Just recently, Dunkirk was just released. It follows the story of allied soldiers from Belgium, the British Empire and France all of whom are surrounded by the German army and evacuated during a fierce battle in World War II.

With Christopher Nolan’s track record, you’ll definitely want to make it out to go and see his new film.

Officer Mohamed Noor allegedly shot and killed 40-year-old Justine Ruszczyk Damond in front of her Minnesota home, late Saturday night. Damond had called authorities to report a potential sexual assault taking place in an alleyway by her house. She approached Noor’s police cruiser to speak about the possible crime in the alley. Then Noor allegedly reached over his partner and opened fire on Damond, killing her on the spot. Noor’s partner was reportedly “stunned” when his partner opened fire.

Damond was shot multiple times. Her family is devastated over the loss. She was a veterinarian, as well as a yoga and meditation instructor. She is survived by her fiancé Don Damond and would-be stepson Zach.

Noor is currently on administrative leave, as authorities investigate his role in the shooting death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond.

Who is Mohamed Noor?

Noor is the first Somalian-American officer in his precinct. He arrived on the Minnesota Police force one year ago. His arrival was hailed by Mayor Betsy Hodges and the Somali community he originates.

Before the shooting of Justine Ruszczyk Damond, Officer Noor was also in a bit of hot water stemming from a pending federal complaint. Retired social worker Teresa M. Graham claims that Noor and two other officers violated her civil rights, when she was removed from her home and involuntarily hospitalized.

Teresa Graham alleges that on May 25, 2017, Noor and the other officers “without any reasonable or legal cause” forced “their way into Plaintiff’s house,” where they’re accused of having “violently and forcibly detained her, and transported her to a hospital against her will.”

Graham alleges in her statement that she had originally called 911 to “to report an unknown young male who was sitting on her retaining wall behind her house, smoking marijuana and appeared to be under the influence of drugs.”

She claims that the police “did not do anything in response to her call,” so she called 911 again.

A lieutenant from the Minneapolis Police Department returned Graham’s call. He informed her that police drove by her house in response to her phone call that morning. That afternoon, Graham had also sent an e-mail to to the mayor, police chief and others “complaining about the lack of response to vulnerable adult reports that she had filed related to the illness and death of her sister in November 2016.”

At around 8 P.M., later that day, Officer Noor and another officer arrived at Graham’s house to conduct a “welfare check” and Noor “reported that the welfare check was in response to a request” by “an anonymous cousin” who alleged that the plaintiff had mental health issues.

Noor’s partner informed Graham that “a cousin had called and accused Plaintiff of making threats to him and his family,” and “they came to find out if she was okay and told Plaintiff that a family member had called and stated there was a problem,” according to the complaint.

The two officers eventually left Graham’s house, feeling that the issue was resolved. However, Graham called 911 twice after they left. Her first call complained of her encounter with Noor and his partner. She called again to “report concerns about her brother, a vulnerable adult with serious medical needs.”

Noor and two more officer arrived at Graham’s home. One officer had “ordered that Plaintiff be involuntarily transported by ambulance to a hospital,” according to police reports.

Graham claims that the officers forced their way into her home without permission or consent from the homeowner. “Defendant Officer Noor grabbed Plaintiff’s phone from her hand and then grabbed her right wrist and upper arm, thereby immobilizing her,” the complaint says.

She spent 1.5 hours in the hospital before she was released by a physician. Police claimed that Graham was in the midst of a “mental health crisis,” and that she had called 911 “a million times.” Upon intake, authorities told the hospital that she had continuously called 911, became agitated and wasn’t making sense.

According to KARE11, “Noor has two open complaints against him from 2017 and one from 2016.”

Dr. Carmen Puliafito, a former dean at the University of Southern California’s medical school, has been revealed to have a history of partying and young companionship.

According to a report by the Los Angeles Times Puliafito, 66, aquit his job last year after a 21-year-old woman overdosed in his Pasadena hotel room.

The woman, 21-year-old Sarah Warren, was rushed to hospital after the overdose in March 2016 and was able to recover. While police found meth in the hotel room, no arrests were made.

Puliafito resigned as the dean of Keck School of Medicine after a witness to the overdose informed police and the university of Puliafito’s behavior.

During his tenure as dean, Puliafito kept company with a circle of criminals and drug users who said he used methamphetamine and other drugs with them, a Los Angeles Times investigation found.

Puliafito, 66, and these much younger acquaintances captured their exploits in photos and videos. The Times reviewed dozens of the images. Shot in 2015 and 2016, they show Puliafito and the others partying in hotel rooms, cars, apartments and the dean’s office at USC.

In one video, a tuxedo-clad Puliafito displays an orange pill on his tongue and says into the camera, “Thought I’d take an ecstasy before the ball.” Then he swallows the pill.

In another, Puliafito uses a butane torch to heat a large glass pipe outfitted for methamphetamine use. He inhales and then unleashes a thick plume of white smoke. Seated next to him on a sofa, a young woman smokes heroin from a piece of heated foil.

During his tenure as dean of Keck School of Medicine, Puliafito oversaw medical students, thousands of professors and clinicians, and research grants totaling more than $200 million. Furthermore, according to Puliaftio, he has brought in more over $1 billion in donations to the university.

After he stepped down as dean, a position that paid him $1.1 million, he was kept on the medical school faculty and continued to accept new patients at campus eye clinics.

Bethesda’s showing of their latest installment to the Wolfenstein series, Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus picks back up on B.J. Blazkowicz in his effort to defend the United States of America after a wave of fascism covers the American borders by Nazis, including the cynical and repulsive Frau Engel. Bethesda first announced this stunning new title towards the tail-end of their press conference during E3, which made the game one of the most coveted showings at the conference.

The game’s release blew the socks off of the audience during their show at E3 2017. Here’s the the second trailer showcasing the game’s new thematic elements:

The story takes place in the 1960s in an alternate dimension where the Nazis manage to secure a victory over the United States and Europe. B.J. Blazkowicz suffers a seemingly fatal injury, though he makes it out alive and covered in scars. Now, locked to a wheelchair, his vengeance to reap on Nazi blood remains unsatisfied, and with the team of some resistance soldiers, he leads a fight to reclaim parts of his homeland from the intrusive Nazi presence.

The game’s core concept is simple: kill as many Nazis as you can find. We can see there are a lot of cool concepts being thrown around in the newest installment. For instance, Blazkowicz has a robot companion who uses a number of creative ways to take down enemy opponents, including using a grenade launcher, a flame thrower and razor-sharp teeth.

We also see our companions using stealthy throwing knives to silently take enemies out, making stealthy approaches to combat situations interesting and fun-looking. An addition of the hatchet to beautifully piece apart enemy Nazis will also help you keep stock of ammunition while also making for glorious moments of dismemberment when the face of a Nazi meets its sharp end. The new enemy, looking like the Nazi form of the Terminator, will surely drain you of your ammo reserves.

You can also duel-wield weapons in this release, unlike in The New Order. So, if you want to duel wield a rocket launcher and a shotgun for some intense battle situations, you’re totally free to.

Wolfenstein: The New Colossus will be made available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on October 27.

Dana Brooke is one pretty ass-kicker on Monday Night Raw. Brooke is a rising star on the red brand’s women’s division. She’s a multi-time body building champion who has translated her power-lighting physique to the wrestling ring.

She was born Ashley Mae Sebera on November 29, 1988, in Seven Hills, Ohio. Sebera attended Kent State University, where she earned a degree in fashion, merchandising, and design. After graduating college in 2011, Sebera set her sights on body building and, eventually, professional wrestling.

In June 2013, she was signed onto WWE’s developmental league NXT under the ring name of Dana Brooke. On September 11, 2014, she made her first appearance in a wrestling ring at NXT TakeOver: Fatal 4-Way during a backstage segment with future SmackDown star Tyler Breeze.

Brooke made her official televised in-ring debut on April 15, 2015, defeating Blue Pants, and solidying herself as a villain on the NXT roster…

While in NXT, Brooke developed a partnership with “Evil” Emma. This duo eventually made their Monday Night Raw debut. But just one week later, Emma became sidelined with an injury. This left Dana is looking for her better half. She looked to “The Queen” Charlotte Flair for refuge, and helped her retain the WWE Raw Women’s Championship at Extreme Rules 2016.

But Brooke eventually got tired of Charlotte’s constant verbal abuse. Dana simply had enough of Charlotte’s sh*t. She cut ties with “The Queen,” and now Ms. Brooke is her own woman once again on the Monday Night Raw roster.

Sebastian Castellanos returns in the new psychological horror, The Evil Within 2, developed by Tango Gameworks. Announced during Bethesda’s E3 showcase during its press conference, the new release promises to take the best elements of the first title while also adding new and unique features. The third-person horror title surprised fans of the first release, and given the first release’s critical acclaim, many were left wondering with more questions.

The Evil Within 2 made for a solid performance from Bethesda during their press release segment.

In the announce trailer’s release during the press conference, we saw a detailed cinematic featured magnificent modeling and incredible graphics. In this we only saw a small glimpse of actual gameplay, but we also saw a nice variety of horrific enemies and cool firearms. The game’s ID 6 Engine offers much better visual fidelity and performance too, improving on the first title’s clunky and awkward graphics and models.

It’s clear we’ll see Sebastian take on dangerous puzzles and battle horrifically-designed enemies as this heroic father journeys through supernatural locations in search of his daughter. Psychological horror plays a significant role in this release, something many fans have begged for in place of one-hit wonder jump-scares. The trailer shows some pretty outlandish and dilapidated environments, which proves the talent in Tango Gameworks stepping their game up a few notches.

The E3 presentation also featured tidbits of information about the game’s compelling story. The game is set several years before the first game. Sebastian’s daughter, Lily, was swallowed whole by a huge house fire, or that’s what was thought happened. “The story we’ve crafted for you is very compelling,” Executive Producer Shinji Mikami says. “Each stage you’ll delve into is very unique. I hope people enjoy the game, and I encourage everyone to thoroughly explore the world.”

The Union is a creation mixed huge areas and detrimental play environments, with Lily’s mind at the core of its inception. Using his daughter as the end goal, Sebastian fights to protect his daughter from impending doom.

Universal Studios announced Friday it is producing a documentary about UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor titled Notorious. On Monday, McGregor teased the release with a post on Instagram:

With the tagline, “If you want it all, you have to fight for it,” the film figures to track McGregor’s rise to UFC superstardom after he collected $235 welfare checks in Ireland before taking his first professional fight.

Now McGregor is staring down one of the most lucrative paydays in combat sports history as he prepares for an Aug. 26 boxing match against Floyd Mayweather Jr. at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Whether or not this is a major feature film or a B-movie straight to DVD is yet to be seen. However, knowing McGregor will be involved, it will likely be must-watch.

Dean Ambrose Kicks Off Raw

Dean Ambrose wants The Miz and the entire Miztourage to come down to the ring. “The Lunatic Fringe” is looking for a fight. He has a steel chair in hand, and wants to kick some ass…

Out comes “The Architect” Seth Rollins. He tells Ambrose to calm down and not pick a fight he can’t win. The Lunatic Fringe says that he has everything under control. Ambrose can fight his own battles. So, he wants Rollins to get lost.

But Seth doesn’t want to fight Dean’s battles. The Miz ran his mouth last week and brought “The King Slayer” into the fight. Rollins wants to know will Ambrose fight against him or fight alongside him?

Ambrose gets red in the face. He doesn’t consider Rollins a brother after he betrayed him in 2014. Seth was his brother in The Shield and he stabbed Ambrose right in the back. Well, actually he hit him in the back with a steel chair, like the one Dean is holding. Seth cuts off Ambrose, telling Dean that the break-up of The Shield was a long time ago. Rollins has regretted it ever since. Seth has moved on from the grudge, why hasn’t Dean?

Rollins wants Dean to hit him in the back with the chair, to finally make amends for what happened in 2014. Seth turns his back and expects a chair shot, as he encourages Dean to “hit me.”

Dean throws the steel chair out of the ring. And out comes The Miz and The Miztourage.

The Miz talks trash like usual. He doesn’t think Ambrose has what it takes to beat him. The A-Lister has a welcoming party for Rollins and Ambrose. The Miztourage surround the ring, each with a steel chair in hand. Rollins and Ambrose try to fight back. But Miz takes out Ambrose with a steel chair outside the ring. Meanwhile in the ring, Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas pick apart Rollins with a chair. Miz hurls Ambrose into the steel steps, and joins Axel and Dallas in the ring.

The Miztourage set up the chair in the middle of the ring. The Miz drops Rollins with a Skull Crushing Finale right on the chair. The villainous group exits the ring. Miz adds insult to injury by smacking Ambrose in the ribs with a chair.

Bayley vs. Alexa Bliss

Bayley enters the match like a bolt of lightning. “Ms. Hug Life” is kicking the butt of “Little Miss” Bliss. Bayley has Alexa reeling, but then…Nia Jax’s music hits. Alexa Bliss smiles. It looks like the playing field just changed.

Bliss regains ground as we return from the break. Alexa is stomping Bayley into the mat. But then Sasha Banks comes down to ringside for support. This is enough for Bayley to rally back. Bliss gets taken out with a Bayley-to-Belly

Inside Raw GM Kurt Angle’s Office

Kurt Angle looks nervous as fu*ck. Raw color commentator Corey Graves enters the office and talks to Angle. He reminds Kurt that in today’s “social media age,” it’s very hard to hide your private life from the public. Angle agrees. He has something to reveal to the Raw audience tonight. I wonder what that is…

Titus O’Neil rallies up The Titus Brand

Titus is backstage, coaching his guys Tozawa and Crews. Titus is getting everyone hyped, but then out comes Ariya Daivari to talk some trash. He thinks they are acting ridiculous. He’ll see Tozawa in the ring later.

“Gentleman” Jack Gallagher & Mustafa Ali vs. The Brian Kendrick & Joe Gulak

Kendrick tags in Joe Gulak. Joe pushes Gallagher into the ropes. Jack fights back and locks Joe into a submission. Gallagher hits Kendrick on the ring apron. Gulak capitalizes on the distraction, taking out both Mustafa and Gallagher. Gulak is in control. Jack fights back, but Kendrick gets the tag.

Jack Gallagher hits a devastating headbutt on Brian Kendrick. Mustafa gets the tag. Ali ascends the top rope and takes out Kendrick with a 450 splash.

Enzo runs his mouth, and out comes Big Cass

Enzo gives himself some serious props. The guy has guts, I gotta give him that. Cass didn’t learn his lesson at Great Balls of Fire, and wants more of Cass.

Out comes Big Cass. Enzo high-tails it over the barricade. Big Show’s music hits, and the giant is coming out to settle the score.

Show and Cass battle all throughout the arena. Both men exchange big blows. Cass hurls Show into the barricade and hits the giant with right hand shots. Big Show turns the tide, driving Cass into the ringpost. Big Show and Cass battle in the ring. Show drops Cass with a big chop. But Cass comes back in a big way, and kicks Big Show’s ass. Cass drives Show repeatedly into the ring post.

Cass walks and stands tall. Show manages to return to his feet. Cass locks back towards his giant foe.

Finn Balor vs. Elias Samson

Elias Samson starts off this segment beneath a spotlight in the ring. He sits on a stool, with a guitar in hand, and strums a song in the darkness. The crowd boos and chants for Balor. Samson wants them to shut up, so he can sing.

Balor’s music hits and the Tennessee crowd erupts. Tonight, Nashville become apart of The Balor Club.

Samson dominates much of the match. He’s tearing apart “The Demon King” in the ring. Samson shines all throughout the match until the very end when Balor knocks him out of the ring. Balor dives with a dropkick and then almost knocks out Samson’s teeth with a hard kick to the face. Finn charges towards Samson, but gets smacked in the head with a guitar.

Both Bayley and Sasha Banks wants a title shot at Alexa Bliss. But the problem is…both woman think they deserve that match more than the other. Sasha beat Bliss by disqualification last week. But Bayley actually pinned the Raw Women’s Champion earlier tonight.

Angle isn’t going to decide who gets that title shot. Next week, Sasha Banks will battle Bayley and the winner will face Alexa Bliss for the WWE Raw Women’s Championship at SummerSlam.

Akira Tozawa vs. Ariya Daivari

Before the match, Ariya Daivari shows the audience a photo of Hassan Yazdani, the Iranian wrestler who won an Olympic gold medal.

Tozawa strikes first in the match, but Akira is visibly injured. His shoulder is hurt. Daivari takes full advantage of his opponent’s injury, and keeps his opponent grounded. Tozawa tries rallying back, but gets dropped by Daivari.

Akira turns the tides with a series of kicks, but misses one. Tozawa hits with a big suplex. Tozawa leds the “ah!” chants.

Tozawa ascends the top rope, but Ariya moves out the way. Daivari grabs his opponent by the shoulder and drives him into the ring. Ariya hits a running knee and lays the smackdown on Akira. Titus jumps up on the apron and requests the referee to stop the match.

For some strange reason I knew his surprise son would be Jason Jordan. He looks the most like Kurt out of anybody on the WWE roster.

The Hardy Boyz vs. The Revival (Scott Dawson & Dash Wilder)

The Hardy’s pounce on The Revival, attacking their opponents before the bell rings. They tangle in the ropes and The Revival exits the ring.

Scott Dawson and Matt Hardy start off this match-up. Jeff gets the tag and continues the assault on Dawson. Matt comes back in the match, and The Hardy’s double-team Scott. Meanwhile, the tag team of Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson watch the match on a monitor in the backstage area.

Matt controls the match in the ring, smacking Dawson’s head on the turnbuckle as the crowd chants “Delete! Delete! Delete!” Dawson is stunned. Matt capitalizes on his dazed opponent, taking him out with a clothesline and then a bulldog.

The Hardy Boyz hits Scott with another big-time double-team move. Dash Wilder runs in the ring to try and even the score. But Matt and Jeff double-team Wilder. They knock his ass out of the ring.

We’re back from the break and The Revival have completely turned the tide. They dissect Matt Hardy like a pickled frog.

Jeff gets tagged back in the match, and he injects himself into the action like a dose of much-needed medicine. Jeff and Dawson trade shots. Jeff goes for a quick pin. Wilder runs in the ring breaks up a pinfall attempt, but Matt snatches up Dash and throws him to the outside. Jeff hits Dawson with a Whisper in the Wind. Hardy ascends the top rope and attempts a Swanton Bomb. But Dash jumps up on the ring apron and knocks Jeff down to the mat. Dawson capitalizes and rolls up Jeff for the win. Scott even grabs Jeff’s tights for leverage while making the pin.

The Revival defeats The Hardy Boyz

Winner becomes the #1 contender for the WWE Universal Championship at SummerSlam: Roman Reigns vs. Samoa Joe

Both competitors tie up. Reigns strikes with a headbutt and Joe follows up with a slap to the face. Roman fires with slaps of his own, and sends Joe reeling as we go the commercial break.

We’re back and Joe has regained control. Joe keeps “The Big” grounded. Joe hits a suplex and goes for the cover, but Reigns kicks out at 2. Joe is on Reigns like a fly on shit, but The Big Dog manages to turn the tide. Reigns levels Joe with a clotheslines and goes for the pin. 1…2…kick out!

Reigns fires away on Joe in the corner. The Big Dogs levels his opponent with a big boot. Reigns is about to hit a Superman Punch, but Joe rolls out of the ring to catch his breath. Reigns attempts a Drive-By kick, but eats a clothesline instead. The Big Dog hits a clothesline of his own, and both men are down and out as we go to another commercial break.

Joe smacks Roman with some hard headbutts. Reigns rallies back and drops “The Destroyer” with a Samoan Drop. Joe is able to turn the tide and attempts to take out Reigns with an Uranage. Reigns counters with a Superman Punch. Reigns goes for the cover. 1…2…kick out!

Both men are exhausted. They look like they had enough. Sorry, boys. Here comes…Braun Strowman!

Strowman pulls Joe out of the ring. He looks down a fallen Samoan Submission Machine. Braun then turns his gaze towards The Big Dog sitting in the ring. “The Monster Among Men” enters the ring, but Reigns hits a preemptive punch, knocking the bigger man off the apron. Strowman eats a big boot. And Reigns leaves the ring and takes the fight to Braun. But Strowman hurls Reigns into the barricade and tosses him back into the ring.

Samoa Joe returns to his feet and takes the fight to Strowman. Braun and Joe start brawling. Strowman levels Joe and then return to the ring. Braun hits Reigns with a running splash into the corner. Braun beats Reigns down, but runs into a big boot. Reigns hits a big punch and Samoa Joe jumps on Strowman’s back, locking in the Coquina Clutch.

Reigns runs towards Braun, but eats a monster boot. Roman finally hits a Superman Punch of Braun. Strowman collapses into the corner, squashing Joe, and the Coquina Clutch is broken. Fans chant “this is awesome!”

Reigns attempts another Superman Punch, but Braun catches mid-air and slams him down to the mat hard with a spinebuster. Braun inflicts more punishment on Samoa Joe, hitting him with a big powerslam. Braun picks up Reigns and drives him back to the mat with a powerslam.

Strowman is about to leave the ring, but turns around and changes his mind. Braun picks up Reigns once more. Meanwhile, security and WWE officials are running down to the ring. Strowman intimidates the men, effectively preventing them from getting involved in the melee. Braunlevels Reigns with a devastating powerslam. The landscape of SummerSlam has just changed.

Tropical Storm Don is materializing in the Caribbean Sea, the National Hurricane Center reported Monday evening. Tropical storm warnings and watches have been broadcasted throughout several Caribbean islands, including Barbados and Grenada. These islands will potentially be hit with heavy rain and flash flooding during this tropical storm.

As of 4 p.m. ET Monday, Don has picked up speeds as high as 40 mph. The storm could be found about 595 miles east of Trinidad and was driving westward at 17 mph. At this moment, the storm is not likely to turn into a hurricane.

“Strong wind shear over the Caribbean will limit any further development,” AccuWeather Meteorologist Steve Travis said.

Don is currently the fourth storm of 2017 to materialize in the Atlantic Basin.

I wonder if Russia has anything to do with this storm. Better check CNN. Or better yet, take a look at these maps…

A second potential tropical storm appears to be brewing a few hundred miles farther to the east. According to AccuWeather, that second system has a chance of development this week.

They say student debt is going to be the next housing bubble, and with $1.3 billion in student loans already built up,  the growing debt signs no signs of slowing down.

However, there may be hope for some lucky graduates, as a new legal case may make $12 billion of loans disappear.

According to a report from The New York Times,  the National Collegiate Student Loan Trusts, a network of 15 trusts, has had difficulty proving that they actually own the loans they’ve been suing people for.

Tens of thousands of people who took out private loans to pay for college but have not been able to keep up payments may get their debts wiped away because critical paperwork is missing.

The troubled loans, which total at least $5 billion, are at the center of a protracted legal dispute between the student borrowers and a group of creditors who have aggressively pursued them in court after they fell behind on payments.

Judges have already dismissed dozens of lawsuits against former students, essentially wiping out their debt, because documents proving who owns the loans are missing. A review of court records by The New York Times shows that many other collection cases are deeply flawed, with incomplete ownership records and mass-produced documentation.

Robyn Smith, a lawyer for National Consumer Law Center, says that the paperwork in ‘dozens of cases’ involving private student loans from a variety of lenders and debt buyers have been ‘shoddy and inaccurate’ paperwork in dozens of cases involving private student loans from a variety of lenders and debt buyers.

According to court filings, the National Collegiate is an umbrella for 15 trusts that hold 800,000 private student loans, totaling $12 billion, with more than $5 billion of that debt in default.

This surprises me.

In my experience, when you ask a serial killer where their bodies are buried or an arsonist which buildings they’ve burnt down, they’re usually pretty forthright.

So if we’re in the trust tree right now, I’ve got to be honest, I’m genuinely baffled that the guy who’s most famous for pissing on a teenager didn’t fess up to running a depraved sex cult out of his home.

For those who’ve been living under a rock (or in a sex dungeon) for the last couple of days, a bombshell Buzzfeed News report claims that Kelly is allegedly holding several women in his Duluth, Georgia, “guest house” and at his Chicago recording studio.

According to the report, three people who used to work for Kelly said that he “controls every aspect of their lives: dictating what they eat, how they dress, when they bathe, when they sleep, and how they engage in sexual encounters that he records.”

On Monday, the parents of one of the women held a news conference — outside one of Kelly’s rental properties near Atlanta that they say housed their child at one point — saying their daughter is “being held against her will” by the singer.

The woman’s father, Tim Savage, said he had not seen his daughter since December 2016 and that she did not attend her grandfather’s funeral last month. “My wife has not talked to her,” Savage said. “Maybe once, and that’s been probably four months ago, around that area.”

BuzzFeed News exclusively reported Monday that the parents told police that the R&B singer is holding their daughter “against her will” in what they called a “cult.” Three former members of Kelly’s inner circle also voiced similar stories.

Asante McGee, a former member of Kelly’s inner circle who talked with BuzzFeed News, also spoke at the parents’ news conference, saying that all physical movements required permission from Kelly — including taking a shower.

However, Relly’s reps have come out to deny the reports:

I’m not sure where I stand on this one. On one hand, it’s a rather preposterous story, but on the other hand, if any celebrity were running a sex cult out of their house, it would be R. Kelly.

I do know one thing: this story is far from over, and frankly, I’m excited.

Jocelyn Savage, a 21-year-old woman whose family claimed that she was being held against her will by R&B singer R. Kelly, spoke out on Monday to insist she is fine

Savage spoke after watching her mother, father and sister held a press conference where they claimed she was being held against her will by Kelly at his home in Atlanta.

However, Savage quickly claim out to tell her side, saying she is exactly where she wants to be. While she kept her whereabouts undisclosed, she insisted that she was alright.

The most surprising element of this video is that it didn’t take place in Florida. If there was one state where bob cat would be springing from the top rope to attack German shepherds, it’d be Florida.

Alas, Florida gets a pace on this one, as the assault on man’s best friend took place in Arizona, the Florida of the West Coast (seriously, ever seen Breaking Bad? Place seems lawless).

In a video posted to Facebook by Jason Garrido, a bob cat appears out of nowhere to attack the innocent German shepherd (which I feel like would body the bob cat anyway). That’s when a good Samaritan hops out of his car to save the day, even though the dog probably didn’t need saving anyway.

Authorities have seized 400 pounds of marijuana that they found inside Mexican-manufactured cars that had been delivered to dealerships in Northeast Ohio and Pennsylvania.

While conducting a delivery inspection at a Ford dealership in Kent, Ohio, dealership employees found a suspicious package in the spare tire compartment of a Ford Fusion. The package was discovered to be compressed marijuana.

Inside the car were several packages, meant to look like tires, with pot inside them. Packages were found in 14 other Ford Fusions in Portage, Stark and Columbiana counties in Ohio and one in Pennsylvania, totaling 400 pounds of marijuana.

Members of the Portage County Drug Task Force were called to a local Ford dealership where they discovered suspicious packages hidden in the trunks of new Ford Fusions during a delivery inspection. “It was in a wheel well where the spare tire goes,” Doak said. “Investigators learned the vehicles were shipped by train from Mexico to the Warren area.”

There were 15 new Ford Fusions that were on the rail car that had the spare tires removed, Doak said. “They were marked so they could visually checked by whoever was going to receive the drugs,” Doak said. “We found 15 packages in all, over $1 million in street value.”

An additional nine packages of marijuana were seized from Ford Fusions in Portage, Stark and Columbiana counties, along with one from Pennsylvania, Doak said. Agents from the Drug Enforcement Agency in Youngstown assisted.

“This isn’t the first time this has occurred,” Doak said. “There was a dealership in Minnesota. The authorities said the cars left a Mexico plant

The street value of the seized marijuana is over $1 million.

Both the Portage County Sheriff’s Office and the DEA are investigating.

I introduce you to rapper ‘Boogotti Kasino’, who is not only a sad excuse for a rapper but also a pitiful excuse for a human being as well.

Over the weekend, Kasino and his gang broke into the home of Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Lucky Whitehead to steal his dog. The group is now demanding $20,000 in ransom money.

While Kasino and his goons are barely comprehensible, it sounds as if they say they do not wish to hurt the dog.

Whitehead took to Instagram to share his side of the story.

Hopefully, police are able to catch this clown sooner than later and are able to send him back where he belongs … space jail.

LawBreakers is a first-person arena shooter similar to Quake, Unreal Tournament and Overwatch, all of which seem to be stealing the spotlight nowadays for the hyped games. Those fast-paced game mechanics are making a steady revival, and the new release of Lawbreakers integrates many of those arena-style shooter titles with its constant movement and action-packed battles.

Created by Boss Key Productions out of Raleigh, North Carolina, the hectic and serious shooter plunges players into a catastrophic world of great characters and engaging gameplay. The developers managed to create a unique title at a time when FPS games are becoming increasingly difficult to release given the market’s saturation of this genre.

LawBreakers released a trailer on May 22 that showcased some of its key features.

We also saw a newer trailer of LawBreakers during their premiere presentation during E3 this month.

In it, we see the creation of a new and distinct shooter that strays away from the military shooters dominating the scene right now. All of the testimonies in this new trailer gave us a new insight into people’s understandings of the game’s new, tense gameplay. We see just how self-aware people have to be all the time when playing this game, checking corners, looking for traps, because “if you don’t keep on top of it, you’re just gonna get blown off the map.”

E3 also gave us a look at some gameplay of LawBreakers that managed to turn more attention to this interesting new title.

Some have begun to compare this new title to Overwatch given its intense number of similarities in the game’s organization of key elements, including character design and classes, paid cosmetic options and objective-based gameplay. Meanwhile, the player’s ability to use hit-scan skills and positioning in LawBreakers means much more than in Overwatch. The abilities, the management of low-gravity and the combination of different skills put you in the driver’s seat more to control the outcome of the games.

This is what makes the game special. You have full operational control to make sure your team slides into home plate, while in Overwatch, it may be your job to get those kills and play your role, but sometimes the skill level you need to do that isn’t that high. LawBreakers is a fun, fast and fallible new game to close out the summer.

Open Beta & Release Date:

The shooter began its beta test on June 28 at 12:00 P.M. EST for beta keyholders; two days later, the developers opened up the beta to Steam pre-order purchase holders at the same time two days later, on the 30. The beta closed on July 3 though, so unfortunately, we’ll have to wait until the game’s release to get our hands on any more gameplay of the game.

The game’s beta received an awesome amount of good feedback from reviewer sites across the internet. The gameplay was solid and well-rounded, movement was fluid and each character had its own set of archetypes and traits. For some, the differences between classes looked like they didn’t matter too much, which took some of the steam out of the game for them.

Nonetheless, the game has proved to be an under-hyped new FPS everyone can appreciate. It comes out on PC and PS4 on August 8.
