Josh Rosen is one of the top-ranked quarterbacks in the 2018 NFL Draft and a projected top ten pick. The former UCLA Bruins standout had an incredible collegiate career, earning a Freshman All-American nod, while also being named the Pac-12 Freshman Offensive Player of the Year. He finished his college career as a second-team All-Pac-12 honoree and is now ready for the opportunity to lead an NFL franchise.

Rosen’s parents, Charles Rosen and Liz Lippincott, were both athletes and starred in their respective sports: figure skating and lacrosse.

Rosen is known as a prototypical pocket passer with a solid arm and crisp mechanics. The 6-foot-4 signal-caller is also one of the most accurate passers in his draft class.

How much is the quarterback worth? Let’s take a look.

Josh Rosen Net Worth 2018

Rosen comes from a family of great wealth. His father, Charles, is an orthopedic spine surgeon and a former nationally ranked ice skater who narrowly missed out on the Olympics. As one of the top surgeons in the country, Charles Rosen was once considered for Surgeon General under Barack Obama. Rosen’s mother was the captain of the Princeton lacrosse team and his great, great, great grandfather founded the Wharton School at Penn.

As for Rosen himself, he will add to his family’s wealth when he is selected in the 2018 NFL Draft. As a top ten pick, Rosen is projected to make anywhere between $30 million as the No. 1 pick to $16 million as the No. 10 pick.

About Josh Rosen

Joshua Ballinger Lippincott Rosen was born February 10, 1997, in Manhattan Beach, California. The 6-foot-4 quarterback burst onto the national scene as the first true freshman to ever start a season opener for the UCLA Bruins. His nicknames — “Chosen Rosen” and “The Chosen One” — stem from his time as the top recruit in his class out of St. John Bosco High School, where he was a USA Today High School All-American and Player of the Year.

Before ever taking the field, however, he was a standout tennis player. Rosen was the No. 1-ranked player in his age group in Southern California and a top-10 player in the junior rankings. He made the switch to football just prior to the start of his high school career.

Rosen grew up in a Jewish household and had a bar mitzvah, and was named the Southern California Jewish Sports Hall of Fame’s Male High School Athlete of the Year before heading to UCLA.
