-The 90th annual Academy Awards were this weekend, with The Shape of Water winning Best Picture, Gary Oldman winning Best Actor, and Frances McDormand won Best Actress. The win of the night, though, went to Jordan Peele, who won Best Original Screenplay for Get Out.
-Speaking of the Academy Awards, Tiffany Haddish stole the show, as she usually does:
-Jennifer Lawrence’s new movie Red Sparrow came out to mixed reviews, however, apparently, she has a handful of nude scenes so that means I’ll probably end up seeing it sooner rather than later.
Sports
-The NFL Combine kicked off last week. Saquon Barkley promptly blew everyone’s minds.
-You smell that? That’s March Madness in the air.
-Kobe Bryant won an Academy Award for Dead Basketball:
-Champions League continues this week — Liverpool and Manchester City are through, Real Madrid has some work to do, while Tottenham vs Juventus is a toss-up:
