Daniel Bryan is back!

SmackDown commissioner Daniel Bryan comes out to a loud response from his hometown crowd. He announces a six-women tag team match, a Hell in a Cell rematch featuring Bobby Roode and Dolph Ziggler, plus the WWE World Champion Jinder Mahal has something to say.

Sami Zayn’s music hits and he comes out dancing. Daniel Bryan is upset with Zayn’s actions as of late. Zayn says that he just took his career back, that’s he worked 15 long years for. Zayn use to lock up to Bryan, but now he definitely doesn’t want to be in his position. Zayn likens Bryan to a house wife.

Kevin Owens comes down to the ring and he adds insult to injury. He calls Bryan “the authority” and a “sell out.” Bryan says that he’s going to round up a couple of wrestlers to take out KO and Zayn. The crowd cheers.

Charlotte Flair, Naomi and Becky Lynch vs. Natalya, Lana and Tamina Snuka

Naomi and Natalya tangle. Natalya is in control, but Naomi turns the tide and makes the champion pay. The WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Natalya rolls out of the ring for a breather.  Naomi brings Natalya back in the ring, but the champ gains the upper-hand, taking down her opponent.

Becky Lynch comes in next and dominates the champion with a flurry of offense. Natalya exits the ring for another breather as we go to commercial break.

After a back-and-forth match, Charlotte Flair submits Lana to the Figure Eight leg lock.

Daniel Bryan Picks the Opponents for Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn

KO and Zayn are curious who their opponents will be. Bryan said that everyone wants to fight them. But he chose former world champion Randy Orton and “The Artist” Shinsuke Nakamura as their opponents. KO looks pissed.

Baron Corbin vs. Sin Cara

Baron Corbin toys with the crowd before the match starts, teasing a U.S. title match. But he says that he only cares about his own opportunities and that the United States Open Challenge is closed.

Corbin tries to intimidate Sin Cara as the match begins. Cara responds by kicking his ass, in and out of the ring. Sin Cara flies off the top rope and knocks Corbin on his ass outside the ring. Sin Cara runs back in the ring and the referee makes the 10 count.

WWE World Champion Jinder Mahal’s Announcement

Jinder Mahal comes out to the ring, and shows the crowd images of his time in India. Back in his home country, he was received a rockstar’s welcome. Mahal tells a story about a young boy who told him that he has beaten every top superstar on SmackDown, but the crowd still doesn’t respect him in the U.S. But in order for people in America to respect him the same way, he needs to prove himself by beating someone who is unbeatable. Mahal will challenge “The Beast Incarnate” Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series.

AJ Styles comes out and informs Mahal that he’s never beaten “The Phenomenal One”. Mahal thinks AJ is a loser, and this pisses Styles off. A fight ensues, and Styles hits a Pele kick on the champion.

Mahal retreats with The Singh Brothers.

Jinder Mahal is Pissed AF in Daniel Bryan’s Office

Jinder Mahal is seriously pissed off because of AJ Styles. He offers up one of The Singh Brothers to teach Styles a lesson next week. Bryan thinks that’s a phenomenal idea, and books the match.

Bobby Roode vs. Dolph Ziggler

Bobby Roode dominates much of the match. But Ziggler gets the cheap win, by rolling up Roode and grabbing his tights for leverage. Ziggler just made up for his loss at Hell in a Cell.

Shinsuke Nakamura & Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn

After a long back-and-forth match up, Sami Zayn puts away Randy Orton with a helluva kick.
