Despite all this talk of collusion with Russia, Trump still held a meeting in the White House last week with Russian diplomats. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and the Russian Ambassador to the US Sergey Kislyak spoke with Trump on Wednesday, May 10th. Lavrov has denied Russia’s alleged involvement in the 2016 US Presidential Election. Meanwhile, current and former US officials have accused Sergey Kislyak of being a spy and a recruiter of spies, something that Russian officials have denied. The President described this meeting as being “very, very good.”
