PS4 gamers have a lot to be excited about in April, including a pair of stunning point-and-click adventure releases from the masters of the genre, Telltale Games. Complete editions of both Tales from the Borderlands and The Walking Dead will be available by month’s end. Soccer fanatics can prep for the big UEFA Euro tournament with a stand-alone download, and the big exclusive for the month is Ratchet & Clank. 3. The Walking Dead: Michonne — Episode 3

The finale to the episodic miniseries, called “What We Deserve,” will complete the trilogy sometime in April. The point-and-click undead adventure focuses on Michonne, the a fan favorite from the comic books who left Rick Grimes’s group in the Robert Kirkman comics. If the finale is anything like the first episode and the previous Walking Dead games, expect some toughchoices, grisly situations and stirring emotional moments that stick with you long after the credits.

Wrestlemania 32, the Super Bowl of the WWE, will take place this weekend on April 3, 2016, at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

The event is the third Wrestlemania to take place in Texas, after 2001 and 2009. Similarly, because it is being held in the massive AT&T stadium, it is widely speculated that this event will break the wrestling attendance record. The record attendance record is expected to be set despite the growing list of real life injuries to WWE stars. John Cena, Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, Cesaro, Neville and Luke Harper are all injured. Meanwhile, Daniel Bryan, Sting, Nikki Bella and Tyson Kidd suffered neck injuries, with Kidd barely avoiding paralysis or death, and Bryan retiring from wrestling as a result.

Wrestlemania 32 is also widely speculated to be WWE’s launching pad for Roman Reigns to be the face of the franchise, similar to Stone Cold, The Rock, and John Cena. However, the wrestling audience seems more than reluctant to oppose Roman Reigns, often booing Reigns when he appears. Last year, on the final Raw before Wrestlemania 31 (which Reigns also headlined), fans booed incessantly. This year to combat that trend, in an unprecedented move for the WWE, they have began muting booing crowds and adding in canned cheers. The WWE faces a serious issue, and the wrestler they think has the most star power and wide-spread appeal is being feverishly rejected by the wrestling audience.

And yes, The Rock is scheduled to make an appearance.

On Wednesday night, a small group of University of Michigan students were at The Diag, an area on the main square of campus. They weren’t protesting and they weren’t handing out petitions. They were on their hands and knees scrubbing away chalk graffiti with Anti-Islamic messaging on the same night that other UM students were rewarded for bringing attention to the rise of Islamophobia.

At some time on Wednesday afternoon, a group of unknown persons had scrawled phrases like “Stop Islam” “Trump 2016 ” and “Build The Wall” on the busiest sidewalk on campus.

Chalk graffiti has been on the rise on college campuses lately. Schools like Emory and Kansas have recently been in the news for students’ reactions to seeing #Trump2016 scrawled on the pavement.

Without getting into politics too much, we see absolutely nothing wrong with supporting a politician–especially on a college campus where ideas are supposed to exist. Much to his credit, Emory President James Wagner recently chalked his own pro-free speech message on Emory’s quad after some students expressed their “fear” at seeing “Trump 2016” written in big lettering.

Hopefully we don’t have to explain the difference between what was written at Emory and Michigan, but one is positive and the other is hateful. And if an institution is going to promote the exchange of ideas, it’s important that the school differentiate between the two.

University of Michigan’s Response

Here’s how University of Michigan President Mark Schlissel responded:

“Attacks directed toward any individual or group within our community, based on a belief or characteristic, are inconsistent with the university’s values of respect, civility and equality. These are core values and guiding principles that will help us as we strive to live up to our highest ideals.

We all understand that where speech is free it will sometimes wound.

But our message is this: We are fully committed to fostering an environment that is welcoming and inclusive of everyone.

Tonight we are reminded there is much work yet to be done.”

But not everyone was so positive about the future of Michigan. Rackham student Banen Al-Sheemary had this to say:

This is so reflective of our student campus and the depths of racism and the things that students of color have to endure and that the administration is continuously silent on,” Al-Sheemary said. “This is just another example. This is happening year after year and we’ve been telling the administration the same things over and over again.

After a full day of checking out stupid corporate April Fool’s Day jokes, the last thing I wanted to do was click play on a Hamburger Helper Mixtape. But I couldn’t be happier I did. Because this thing is amazing.

Jimmy Fallon had the living meme known as Chris Christie on The Tonight Show last night, and the New Jersey governor bravely addressed the burning scandal of the day. He may not have multiple mistresses like Ted Cruz (allegedly), but Chris has a little M&M’s problem that can no longer be ignored.

Yes, the governor talked about the shocking photo of Chris pouring a bag of M&M’s into a box of M&Ms while at last week’s Notre Dame-Wisconsin NCAA game in Philadelphia — and it turns out that he actually had a pretty good excuse for saying yes to another excess. We wish that all political scandals could be addressed this neatly. Also, Chris got a consolation prize…

Wes Scantlin is the lead singer of Puddle of Mudd. A lot of people were only recently reminded of that after video got out last week of the band leaving Wes alone on stage in Donaster, England, as he went into a bizarre rant about his financial problems.

Now the folks at TMZ have the scoop on Wes getting arrested at his Los Angeles home earlier in March — which we guess hadn’t been repossessed yet, although the singer sounded like that was happening soon while melting down onstage.

Anyway, law enforcement had been called with concerns about a car being broken into on the property. Wes was there, and ran into the house when the police arrived. We’re not sure that’s so crazy nowadays. Cops are getting trigger-happy. In this case, TMZ reports, the police called in “at least” 30 armed officers as backup.

Thankfully, Scanlin got off the hook and went on to play England, which ended in the disaster below. The video’s NSFW, mostly because of one idiot who won’t stop shouting curses…

Batman v. Superman continues to own the Spring Break box-office, but there are plenty more CGI extravaganzas in our future. The weather’s already warming up and we’re thinking about summer blockbusters. Or wannabe summer blockbusters, which brings us to our first sneak peek this week….

Is it really Warcraft: The Beginning, or just Warcraft? We’re not sure. This is the new international trailer, so that whole subtitle could strictly be an overseas thing. We know that the peaceful realm of Azeroth is sure looking good in this trailer, even though it’s about to be ravaged by opposing alien armies. Also, this video game adaptation is directed by Duncan Jones, and we want the movie to do well because he’s already lost his dad this year…..

Here’s something different in a horror film, as this anthology crams in all kinds of holiday-themed mayhem. You don’t have to settle for just a Thanksgiving slasher or evil Santa Claus in this production. Kevin Smith is the biggest name in the many directors contributing here, and Seth Green takes a break from Robot Chicken to star in one segment — so that’s good geek cred, too…..

Here’s a horror oddity, as a legendary short film made famous on Youtube gets a big-screen revamping. The guy who made the movie also gets to step up in this extended tale of a spooky gnome who tends to pop up whenever it gets dark. In happier news, star Mario Bello seems to have taken a break from her lesbian lifestyle and is dating guys again. That’s nice…

And here’s a documentary about a sweet homeless woman. That’s not usually our kind of thing, but this is about the sweet homeless woman that Zach Galifianakis (“I can’t pronounce his last name,” she says) met when before he was famous, and who ended up as his date for one of those Hangover premieres. It seems like the story might be a little more disturbing than expected, but that’s a positive — at least as far as selling us on the movie…

Guns N’ Roses had Nicholas Cage and lesser celebrities in appearance as they played their first reunion show at the Troubadour in West Hollywood for April Fool’s Day. The official members so far seem to be Axl Rose backed by Slash and bassist Duff McKagan — and more of a pickup band happening with longtime post-Slash members. That would be keyboardist Dizzy Reed, guitarist Richard Fortus, and Frank Ferrer on drums.

There was also second keyboardist Melissa Reese onstage, who you might glimpse in these quick assorted videos from the 17-song set. It included some cuts from Chinese Democracy, but there was also plenty of classic Guns N’ Roses tunes representing.

There was talk that original drummer Steve Adler would still show up after his own band abruptly canceled an April 1 show in L.A., but there’s still no telling if he’ll end up on the big reunion tour later this year.

And get used to short snippets of video. Don’t forget that Axl was a pioneer in freaking out over being filmed in concert, causing a riot in Missouri on July 2, 1991, after jumping off the stage to stop a fan from shooting video. The riot really started after he then canceled the show because security didn’t grab the fan first. Nobody was going to risk that happening again. Short clips here, folks.

Peter Dinklage hosted Saturday Night Live last night, and they sure crammed in a lot of skits. One of them, however, was destined to stand out the morning after. Which is kind of weird, because it wasn’t one of the three skits about really disturbing distractions.

Instead, Naked & Afraid: Celebrity Edition was kind of one of the more comfortable SNL offerings. It was yet another pre-taped television spoof that made for an easier live show. We’ll also note that it was pretty warm in the New York City area this week, so Peter and Leslie Jones didn’t really have to suffer for their art here.

We weren’t even suffering too much for Leslie Jones’ art here. She may be useless as a sketch performer, but this parody let Leslie do the only thing that she can do well — be Leslie Jones acting all outrageous. We doubt that’ll help the new Ghostbusters, but this sketch really came through for her.

Dinklage came though in all kinds of ways through the evening. Now we’re wondering if he ever auditioned for SNL. We’ll have to look that up. Everybody in NYC knew him before he became a star. The guy just looked cool. Anyway, here he is looking naked and afraid…

The NCAA is really sick of all this talk of paying college athletes — and they have an exciting new commercial that explains why the college students are really much happier not seeing a dime of all the money they generate for universities (without, of course, risking huge NCAA fines).

Tennis champion Billie Jean King is brought in to explain the simple truth as she cruises around and watches amateur athletics. Billie is billed as an “Equal rights champion,” which means she wants everyone equally screwed.

“This is why we love sports,” Billie Jean says while driving around like Matthew McConaughey. “It’s in the way they play — free from the pressures and all the money talk. Playing for simply the love of the game, where everyone has a shot at their definition of success on and off the field.”

We don’t know how much Billie Jean was paid to say that. It doesn’t matter, anyway. As we’re reminded by the equal rights champion at the end of the spot: “This is what we love about sports — and what we can still love about college sports!” Yeah. That’s always what we’re thinking about watching a college game. It’s really cool these guys aren’t getting paid…

We’re happy with how much the Dr. Strange costume looks like the vintage comic books. Chiwetel Ejiofor is also looking good as the villainous Mordo. But things can still get awkward.

We’re thinking that the camera caught the moment when Dr. Strange and Mordo jump into the air, and then some CGI action will take over and they start flying. They do not fly in the video. They just kind of leap and prance about like they’re doing aerobics with Richard Simmons. Oh, well. We’re still convinced this will look great on the big screen. Especially if those background guys do some high kicks.

Dark Souls III captures those improvements in stride and provides countless enhancements of its own. The boss fights alone, which force players to forget everything they thik they known and craft clever solutions on the fly, lift the series to a new standard. The thrill, after numerous failures, of finally taking down some of the biggest baddies who lurk in the game’s dark recesses, surpasses nearly any gaming-related thrill out there.

Dark Souls III wastes no time grabbing you by the scruff of the neck and forcing you into the fire, wasting little time to familiarize you with the gameplay mechanices. The insinuation from the get-go is that you are on your own, and it’s a matter of your own resolve as to whether you give up or persevere. As you march through the chain of one devilishly designed challenge to the next, it’s tough not to take a step back and stare around in awe at the detail in the backgrounds and environments, many of which conspire to ensnare you in surprise traps. In terms of graphics and performance, this is not only the strongest Dark Souls game yet, but one of the most cruelly beautiful games you are likely to encounter. Dark Souls III is most definitely not a game for everyone. Tourist-type gamers looking for some low-resistance thrills just so they can keep up with the chatter on reddit threads will be out of luck here. Even with the assistance of online walkthroughs, you won’t find any measure of success unless you put in the work and focus to hone your skills to the sharpest of levels. We could give two sh*ts about One Direction. And honestly, all of their fans are pretty annoying (especially on Twitter… just stop with the damn hashtags), but at least there’s one thing we can appreciate: the hot women who adore them.

Meet Megan Smith, the stunning blonde American flight attendant who reportedly hooked up with and dated Harry Styles last Fall. Umm… job well done.

According to The Sun, the 24-year-old (who’s also a yoga instructor) met the One Direction boy bander in the summer as she worked as a flight attendant on the band’s private jet. She toured with them for three months during their “On The Road Again” tour.

Their relationship got more serious after the band’s split, with 22-year-old Harry telling Megan, 24, she was “his girlfriend.”

A friend said: “Harry and Megan first met on the plane when she was hired as one of One Direction’s private air hostesses.

“They really bonded on the plane and things turned romantic quickly. They went on a number of dates and hit it off.

According to The Sun, Harry decided to call off the romance after a sexy photo (presumably the one above?) started circulating and his crazy fans threatened to reveal the relationship in an upcoming book. When questioned on the relationship, Megan told The Sun, “I have nothing to say at this stage.”

Apparently this was around the same time Styles was hanging out with ex Kendall Jenner, so maybe that’s why. Nice move, Harry — we commend you.

For one team and their fans, March Madness is the greatest time in the world.

I’ve always wondered how many psychopaths I come in contact with on a daily basis. Living in New York City, there’s guaranteed to be a lot of them. And while I stand by the fact that basically everyone I’ve ever dated could fall into that category, this question can supposedly sort out the psychopaths from the so-called “normal people.”

An old post has been making its way back through the Internet lately, and it claims to reveal a test used by psychologists to determine whether or not a person has psychopathic or sociopathic tendencies. It’s a single question that’s kind of like a riddle. According to Snopes, it is most commonly presented in this form:

This is a genuine psychological test. It is a story about a girl. While at the funeral of her own mother, she met a guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing, so much her dream guy she believed him to be, that she fell in love with him there and then… A few days later, the girl killed her own sister.
Question: What is her motive in killing her sister?

Ok, now think long and hard about this — this could seal your fate. I was lucky enough to have a totally different answer.

Answer: She was hoping that the guy would appear at the funeral again.

If you answered correctly, you should probably be locked up in a psych ward. It’s ok, this isn’t the ’60s! They’re pretty nice these days.

Kidding — clinical psychologist and author of the book Character Disturbance Dr. George Simon says the questionnaire has some relevancy, but is pretty much worthless, so you can rest easy.

Unless you got the question right and slay cats for fun… then you have a real problem on your hands.

Adult film star Amber Rayne was pronounced dead over the weekend from unknown causes. She was just 31-years-old.

On Sunday AVN confirmed that the adult actress passed away at her home on either Saturday night or Sunday morning. Sources close to the actress say that she “passed away peacefully in her sleep,” but the exact cause of death remains unknown. An autopsy is set to be performed this week.

Her social media accounts gave no inclination that anything was wrong. She shared photos of her family, friends, and horse leading up to her death.

Rayne was one of the many women who publicly denounced fellow colleague James Deen, saying that he was so violent with her on set that she started profusely bleeding and needed stitches.

“We’re friends now and I’ll sometimes bring it up as a joke and you can see it makes him physically uncomfortable when I do, so he does realize something was wrong that day,” Rayne told The Daily Beast. “I thought it was an insecurity phase. He was just starting out, he was still a young punk kid coming in, and I still didn’t know what the game was.”

He is one of the few performers who hasn’t expressed grief over her passing.

“She was a really good friend, and one of the best actresses and performers that I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with, and I’m just glad that I had the opportunity to work with her and call her a friend,” actor Stormy Daniels told AVN. He will be taking care of Rayne’s horse.
