Holly Holm, AKA, Ronda Rousey’s next victim, is an American mixed martial artist who competes in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) bantamweight division. Holm is also a former professional boxer and kickboxer. During her boxing career, she defended her titles 18 times in three weight classes. She is currently ranked #8 in the bantamweight division by the UFC. She is currently ranked #8 in the bantamweight division by the UFC.

Holm is just the latest in a long time of women who try and come into their fight with Rousey (AKA Supergirl) talking shit, only to have that sh*t swiftly served back to them in the form of an arm bar.

Not only does Holm not stand a shot inside the ring with Rousey, but she doesn’t put up much of a fight out of the ring either, as Rousey clearly has her beat in the looks department. But hey, Holly Holm is famous(ish), and we’re COED, so here are Holly Holm’s 22 hottest photos on the internet.

Mizzou Journalist Mobbed

The University of Missouri activist group #ConcernedStudent1950 had a big victory yesterday when Mizzou President Tim Wolfe stepped down from office.

WATCH: Tim Wolfe Resigns from Missouri--Photos & Video

But apparently the students camped out on the quad didn’t want the media covering their movement because they physically assaulted and harassed a Mizzou journalism student who was trying to document the day. They’re literally pushing him off a public space they already have a section reserved for, and when the camera pans around you see there’s at least ten feet on either side of these protestors for him to walk around. But they’re not having that.

Check out a video that will get needlessly angry below:

I’ll be honest with you, I grew to hate most of the people in this video for different reasons at different times but there were a few protestors who actually seem to know what they’re doing. Like that guy at the end who comes through and asks one aggressive man to “not change the story.”

But the rest of them seem like they’re just trying to fight anyone and everyone.

Probably my favorite moment came when the white chick with the pearl necklace came into the frame, and the asian journalist is just like “are you with the Office of Greek Life?” And she says no. Of course she’s with the Office of Greek Life! She’s blonde, wearing pearl necklace, designer sunglasses, and a Mizzou vest.

Another highlight was the group of white girls smiling at each other and texting, because if there’s one thing that shows the severity of a racially-tense situation its smiling.

The final highlight was that woman at the end, Professor Melissa Click, who wanted some “muscle” to forcibly remove the journalist from the camp.

But seriously, why aren’t they interested in having journalists cover their story? Is it out of fear that conservative news will try and spin the story? Newsflash, they’re going to do it anyway! Why would you give them cannon fodder like this!!!!

Here’s the “no media” sign they were talking about. No word on if it has any authority or power.

Escaped Idaho Inmate Lands Back in Jail For Dumbest Reason Ever

Fugitive Vacation Selfie
Fugitive Nicholas Grove is definitely far from brilliant. Besides the whole, I-escaped-from-prison thing, Grove is actually a complete moron.

After being on the run for a year, escaped inmate Nicholas Grove was finally taken back into custody on Friday after his social media posts helped police track him down.

Police and U.S. Marshals told Fox40 that Grove’s Facebook posts included not only numerous selfies, but where he was staying in Cancun, Mexico. WTF?! Nicholas Grove, you are incredibly bad at being on the run!

“I’ve had more help from total strangers than any of my ‘friends’ or family,'” Grove wrote on Facebook following his escape, which he accomplished by scaling the razor wire fence at the Idaho jail he was imprisoned at.

He was initially jailed for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, possession of burglary tools, and an invalid license.

While this is probably the last post you should write directly after being deemed an escaped convict, things clearly got worse when Grove was telling social media where he was staying.

“Social media certainly played a role originally because this certain individual bragged about his escape on Facebook,” U.S. Marshal Brian Underwood explained.

Moronic tendencies also played a huge role. Couldn’t have caught him without that!

GOP candidates are gearing up for tonight’s debate at the Milwaukee Theater in Wisconsin and tonight will hold a ton of leverage regarding what comes next for the 12 remaining Republican presidential hopefuls.

The main event airs live tonight at 9 p.m. on Fox Business Network – the underdogs will appear in the same theater two hours prior at 7 p.m. – and will publicly announce their platforms for roughly two hours. In short: it’s going to be a doozy.

The current poll numbers are as follows:

Fourth Republican Debate 2015 Schedule: Time & TV Channel

As you can see, Ben Carson and Donald Trump are currently neck and neck in terms of front runners, but with Carson’s newly I-always-put-my-foot-in-my-mouth characteristic and Trump being Trump, can they manage to actually snag the nomination?

And with all of the recent press surrounding Bush, it looks like the party is pushing for him to get ahead, but based on those polls, he has a lot of work to do.

Donald Trump Wants Everyone to Boycott Starbucks, Someone Please Make This Stop

Donald Trump Starbucks Boycott
All hell broke loose earlier this week when Starbucks announced that their holiday cups would remain neutral with a warm red color and no further decoration. Because America has a ton of time on their hands and members of the tea party are found in the crevices of our country, people went batsh*t crazy over the otherwise ridiculously mundane issue.

But who’s pushing it either farther into the limelight? GOP presidential hopeful Donald Trump, of course. The man who took time off from bashing Megyn Kelly and rolling in his wads of cash to address an insane “controversy” that shouldn’t even be something worth talking about in the first place.

During a campaign rally Monday night in Springfield, Illinois, the toupee-wearing “politician” called for a boycott against the highly successful coffee chain.

“I have one of the most successful Starbucks in Trump Tower,” Trump told the crowd. “Maybe we should boycott Starbucks? I don’t know. Seriously, I don’t care. By the way, that’s the end of that lease but who cares.”

Dear God, why?!

He then added, “If I become president, we’re all going to be saying Merry Christmas again, that I can tell you. That I can tell you. Unbelievable.”

Despite the company explaining what prompted the decision to leave Christmas-specific imagery off of your Peppermint Mocha coffee cup – “Our core values as a company are to create a culture of belonging, inclusion and diversity. Each year during the holidays we aim to bring our customers an experience that inspires the spirit of the season and we will continue to embrace and welcome customers from all backgrounds and religions in our stores around the world.” – society has continued to beat them into the ground, and will continue to do so, presumably, until the next asinine social problem comes to the forefront.

So here’s a HUGE thanks to Donald Trump for keeping this going! Nice work! See you at the Republican debate!

Unfortunately the game just came out, though, so we’re going to have to wait at least a couple of days before the modding community gets their hands on… wait, what? An Oculus Rift version of Fallout 4 is already available, less than 12 hours after the official release? Well that’s just fantastic!

Melissa Click, currently a Communications Professor at the University of Missouri, is the target of a lot of critcism after it was revealed that she physically threatened a student journalist who was recording the #ConcernedStudent1950 protest this week.

WATCH: Tim Wolfe Resigns from Missouri--Photos & Video

Melissa Click first entered the national spotlight on Wednesday evening after a video depicting the protest and the attempt to censor the media went viral.

She’s since made her social media accounts private.

Towards the end of the video, you can clearly see that Melissa is trying to remove a journalist from the quad. When the journalist disobeys her request, Melissa immediately asks for some “muscle” to forcibly remove the student journalist from the quad. That same student journalist then asks why he needs to leave a public space. Melissa simply responds, “That’s a really good one, I’m a communications faculty and I really get that argument, but you need to go. You need to go, you need to go.”

The whole situation from Melissa is totally amateur and questionable whether or not a woman who’s unable to deal with one student journalist should be teaching at a large university, especially when the #ConcernedStudent1950 movement pretty much demanded people step down from their position. Where’s her formal resignation?

Delvin Tyrell Simmons: Must-Read Shooting Details & Facts

Spartanburg Methodist College Murder
Delvin Tyrell Simmons, a 20-year-old student from Limestone College in Gaffney, South Carolina, was shot dead last night at Spartanburg Methodist College by a police officer. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

His family has since been notified and classes operated on a normal schedule today.

The shooting was reported just before 8:45 p.m last night near Powell Mill Road. Police were responding to a reported car break-in near Sparrow Resident Hall on the Spartanburg Methodist College campus, and Simmons – along with other suspect Oliver Chandler – ran upon arrival.

According to police reports, an officer pursued Delvin Tyrell Simmons, who quickly fled to a vehicle. He did not listen to verbal commands made by the officer and instead, struck the officer with the car. To protect himself, the officer shot at the vehicle and killed him.

Lieutenant Kevin Bobo with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office said the responding officer feared for his life and defended himself by shooting at the vehicle. The officer was treated at the scene and is currently in stable condition.

Oliver Chandler – the second suspect – has since been charged with petit larceny and car-breaking. He was released from jail just before 10 a.m. this morning on $2,000 bail.

According to Fox Carolina,

Chandler admitted that he was involved in the car break-ins at Spartanburg Methodist College. He said he is also a student at Limestone College and said Simmons was his best friend.

The campus was placed on lockdown after the shooting and the school asked students to stay in their residence halls. Spartanburg Methodist said the lockdown was lifted as of 12:15 a.m. on Tuesday. Classes were expected to return to normal on Tuesday.

Deputies said there was never a threat to students. The number of shots and the direction in which they were fired has yet to be determined, according to deputies.

The shooting is the 42nd officer-involved shooting in the state this year.

Limestone College – the school that Simmons attended – released the following statement on Monday night’s shooting:

The thoughts and prayers of Limestone College are with the family and friends of one of its students who was killed during an incident at Spartanburg Methodist College on the evening of Nov. 9.

Two suspects were involved in the incident, and one was fatally wounded by an SMC Campus Police Officer.

The shooting victim, Delvin Tyrell Simmons of Ridgeway, SC, was currently enrolled at Limestone as an Early Childhood Education major. In his second year at the College, Mr. Simmons was involved in the Fellowship of Christian Athletes and the Call Me MISTER program.

The other suspect allegedly involved and taken into custody, Oliver Mylik Chandler, is a former student at Limestone. Chandler was suspended from Limestone for academic reasons effective in May 2015. A graduate of Darlington High School, he was a former member of the Limestone College football and track teams.

Limestone College expects all of its enrolled students to conduct themselves as good citizens and neighbors at both on and off-campus locations.  We take pride in the responsibility of our students and the social and educational atmosphere of our campus. Limestone students are held responsible for their conduct at all times. Any student who engages in academic or social misconduct is subject to disciplinary action. The College reserves the right to withdraw from any student the privilege of attending Limestone for any lawful reason that the College deems appropriate.

Spartanburg Methodist College is a two-year school with about 800 students in the northern part of the state.

Hot Games of the Week Reviewed

This is the week that gamers have had marked on their calendars for months. Call of Duty Black Ops III might have monopolized your weekend, delivering its brand of near-future thrills and kills in both the single-player campaign and e-sports friendly multiplayer mayhem. Also out today is Fallout 4, the stunning current-gen debut of the open-world, post-apocalyptic RPG saga that dominated the Xbox 360 and PS3 days. Not to be forgotten amid the fray is Rise of the Tomb Raider, which continues Lara Croft’s reinvention as a Nathan Drake/Indiana Jones-caliber adventurer. As if all that wasn’t enough to juggle, there’s also a Need for Speed reboot and a localization of a Japanese 3DS craze in Yo-Kai Watch to vie for your time and money.

Publishers provided review copies.

Black Ops 3

Call of Duty Black Ops III

(Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, PS3, $60, Mature)

Set in 2065, when super soldiers augmented with bionic upgrades double-jump and wall-run through chaotic battlefields governed by government and corporate interests at odds, Black Ops III makes bold shifts to reinvent the franchise in refreshing ways while remaining true to its feel. The usual cheesy, emotionally manipulative writing is still there, as are the fist-pumping setpieces that make you feel as though you’re a character in an action flick. The array of new abilities, which the campaign introduces piecemeal and you unlock in online multiplayer while leveling up, challenge your creativity by forcing you out of your comfort zone and making you devise new strategies for each map.

Call of Duty games are never shy about piling on modes, and this is probably the most massive day one collection yet. You can take on the campaign in four-player co-op, and there are zombie modes in both story and multiplayer forms. Customization levels are deeper than before, allowing you to trick out your weaponry with logos and other signage, and define your class with an array of augmentations that span the traditional medic/assault/sniper/tank classifications. As always, the community surrounding is already thriving at a fever pitch, providing boundless action for players at all skill levels. Some will long for the slower-paced, historical settings from past Call of Duty games, but the freedom and excitement offered by the current games — hitting a high point here — feels like a thorough upgrade. The coming months will tell if the momentum continues with the release of new game modes and map packs.

Fallout 4

Fallout 4

(Xbox One, PS4, $60, Mature)

Bethesda took its time to reinvent the Fallout franchise for new systems, but the gestation period paid off in staggering ways. The result is a massive open-world RPG saga that matches the flavor of the “wow” factor of Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas and adds plenty of sensible additions to make the experience more smooth and accessible. As with the other Fallout games, the post-apocalyptic setting and satirical trappings stay the same while the protagonist and characters are reinvented. As usual, you emerge from a vault that sheltered you as the world was annihilated by nuclear devastation, then patch together resources and allies to take on monsters in the form of mutants and megalomaniacs.

Tighter live-action combat — which makes it so you don’t need to rely on the slowed- down VATS tactical system as often — has been sharpened, and the ability to sprint makes cross-map voyages and backtracking-heavy fetch quests more tolerable. Visuals and gameplay have been upgraded in some cases, and reinvented in wholesale ways in others. Maybe the biggest improvements come in the form of writing. The dialogue trees, audio logs and range of story-altering negotiations let you twist the story to adapt it to your will and imagination at a deeper level than before. Xbox One owners get a bonus in the form of an Xbox 360 download of Fallout 3, which will be accessible on the new console once a system update drops Thursday and adds backward compatibility.

Need for Speed

Need for Speed

(Xbox One, PS4, $60, Teen)

A sputtering start on current-gen consoles with Need for Speed Rivals in 2013, EA took a step back and tried to reinvent the franchise, adopting tropes from the Fast and Furious franchise and reshaping the visuals and storytelling to capture the essence of street-racing culture. The year off in the usually annual series did the franchise some favors — this is the best-looking and most different-feeling Need for Speed franchise that’s come down the pike in years — but it’s also sloppy enough to make it seem like there’s a need for another reboot. You play a newcomer to a racing crew looking to take over the city, taking down rivals, collecting pink slips and buying up new and upgraded rides to continue your quest.

Laughable characters, predictable plot twists and same-seeming courses make the racing seem stale at times. The look pops just as much as in the recent Forza games and Project CARS, but the lack of gameplay modes and customization slows things down. No matter how well you are killing it during a race, you can expect computer opponents to magically appear in your rear-view mirror. You also need to get used to a third-person, behind-the-car view, because there is no option to shift to the behind-the-wheel perspective. The reliance on automatic transmission is also lame, with the lack of a virtual stick shift robbing the racing of skill, particularly in sprint events. There are likely too many shortcomings to fix with a simple update, so it’s probably time to go back to the garage and revamp the series once again.

Rise of the Tomb Raider

Rise of the Tomb Raider

(Xbox One, $60, Mature)

As breathtaking as the 2013 series reboot was, it lacked some of what brought the series its dizzying success in the 1990s. The story found Lara Croft at the beginning of her career as an international badass, finding her as a vulnerable girl in her early 20s, marooned on an island and struggling to survive. There was too little tomb raiding and adventurous bombast to make it seem like a true Tomb Raider game, but that changes in the sequel. Now Lara is more sure of herself and starting to develop an Indiana Jones/Nathan Drake-style bravado. And there are also plenty booby trap and puzzle-filled tombs for her to plunder, rob and search out for glistening mystical loot.

The setting this time around is a lost city in Siberia that could hold the secret for eternal life. Lara and a colleague head into the snow-plagued wild to take on the elements, secretive enemies and other creepy, mysterious dangers. Impressively, the game captures all that while still keeping a hold on the realism and storytelling success of Tomb Raider. The result is the best of the both worlds, with Lara emerging as a relevant hero with an excellent plot that stacks up well against the Uncharted games. Gone is the tacked-on multiplayer that fizzled, allowing developers to focus their full energy on the single-player campaign. The case is addition by subtraction, giving the Xbox One another knockout exclusive to pair with Halo 5. Sony devotees will miss out for now, but can take heart from reports that confirmed the game will eventually come to the PS4.

Yo-Kai Watch

(3DS, $40, Everyone 10+)

Nintendo gets knocked for going back to the well too often rather than making an effort to create new heroes and worlds, so it’s refreshing to see a new series debut under the banner of the Big N. That said, the series is a lot like another one of Nintendo’s big hitters. The Japanese bestseller, about a kid who collects monster-spirits to do battle with others, takes its cue from Pokemon, but eschews the cutesy names and character designs to forge into darker places.

The game is a collect-a-thon with strong storytelling elements that echo another of Nintendo’s Japan-centric RPG series, Homebound. If you’re familiar with Pokemon, you’ll slide right into the routine of hunting for obscure beings to summon, defeating rivals and recruiting baddies to your side. Although Yo-Kai watch isn’t as deep or full-featured as Pokemon, there are still dozens of hours of gameplay here. It remains to be seen if Yo-Kai Watch can capture the imagination of young and older gamers alike to catch on to a Pokemon-like frenzy

Republican Debate

The Republican debate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is off to an interesting start. Benny Johnson of the Independent Journal in Virginia shared a unique, or perhaps, not-so-shocking Wi-Fi password, which the RNC was obviously behind for reporters looking to connect inside the Milwaukee Theatre:

This probably is not what you expected out of the IT coordinators working for the RNC in Milwaukee tonight.

It took all of 31 minutes for one of the candidates to take a shot at Hillary Clinton. Ben Carson did so, as he brought up the inconsistencies found in his book, which called into question whether he was actually offered a scholarship to West Point.  His shot at her was brief, and thus far Carson and Trump has remained relatively quiet. That being said, no one would expect that to be the only, or last shot at the Democratic front-runner on the night.

Musical guests included Selena Gomez, Ellie Goulding and the Weeknd.

Kasich v. Trump Battle

There is legitimate animosity between Donald Trump and John Kasich. It’s ironic because the two have virtually nothing in common, and Kasich is anything but a threat to Trump in the polls. They are two candidates on literally, opposite ends of the spectrum. Yet, tonight was a prime example of how Trump can quickly lash out any candidate — man, woman, or a seemingly nice guy, like Kasich.

“You should let Jeb speak,” Trump said, interrupting Kasich as he tried to intervene in the conversation that was taking place. We all know that Trump doesn’t want Bush to speak any more than anyone else, but it definitely shows off that level of disdain he clearly has for Kasich. He followed that up with “I don’t have to listen to this man,” when Kasich defended himself on his record in Ohio.

It might be cool to talk about Jeb Bush and Marco Rubio going at it — and it might be interesting to pick a fight between Ben Carson and Donald Trump — but there is clearly something brewing here. If Kasich hangs on in this race moving forward — you can bet it won’t be the last time we see it.

Marco Rubio and Rand Paul took their frustrations out over what being “conservative” is all about, and it looked like Rubio won the exchange. Interestingly, it seems like Paul just struggles to connect with the rest of the party on certain issues, while he’s working to push the libertarian movement in addition to the conservative movement. Military spending is a tipping point here, and something that we’re going to see a lot about as well going forward.
