The Nazis Invaded The Chipotle Twitter Account Last Night

Chipotle Nazi 1

Hey, was there always a Nazi swastika as the avatar on the Chipotle Twitter account? Joe–who runs the Chipotle Twitter account–wants to assure you that was not always the case. In fact, Joe is probably having a very bad morning, because someone hacked into Chipotle’s Twitter account last night and turned it into a trolling Nazi rant factory.

Here’s what it looked like…

Chipotle Nazi 2

And here’s a typical (completely unauthorized, folks!) Chipotle tweet from last night…

Chipotle Nazi 3

And, yeah, it got worse…

Chipotle Nazi 4

Nazis. We hate these guys.

Joe at Chipotle isn’t too fond of them, either–and we mean that he probably felt that way even before somebody put a swastika up at his Twitter feed. Now he really hates these guys. Especially because he had to clean up the feed at 4:30 am, and now he has to explain to his bosses why the Chipotle Twitter password was something like “12345” or “Chipotle.”

Damn, Joe. Up your game. There are Nazis out there. Or trolls. Whatever. It’s a bad look for Chipotle. That’s why they deleted all of those Tweets. Good thing the internet can save things…

Jack White University of Oklahoma Guacamole Scandal: The Recipe

Jack White Guacamole Recipe University of Oklahoma

There’s been lots of internet chatter about Jack White declaring that he’ll no longer do shows at the University of Oklahoma, with his booking agency joining in blacklisting the college from getting any other name acts–and all because the reporters at the university’s newspaper The Oklahoma Daily published Jack White’s top-secret guacamole recipe. [photo: Christopher Polk/Getty]

Which isn’t exactly true, but sounds more fun than saying that Jack White got upset over The Oklahoma Daily publishing the details on his contract for his Monday, February 2nd performance at the University of Oklahoma, including details on his contract rider that list how the touring folks should be fed.

There wasn’t really anything embarrassing in the contract. Jack White was performing for a very reasonable fee, and the rider didn’t have any kind of insane diva requests. We bet that Ryan Adams would suffer a lot more if those kinds of details were released about his contracts.

There is a chance that the William Morris Entertainment agency is still going to blacklist the University of Oklahoma, though. Their job is to protect clients with stupid requests in their riders. Jack’s people, however, have put out an official statement that’s pretty cool:

guacamole yeah

To the students and staff of University of Oklahoma:

Jack White would love to thank all the concert attendees at his performance at the University of Oklahoma. The crowd was incredible and Mr. White played an extensive two and a half hour show for them. The students who helped organize the event were wonderful. Playing in, and for, the people of Oklahoma is one of Jack White’s favorite tour stops. At no time did Jack White or White’s management say that we would never play there again, that is untrue.

The incidents with the OU Daily student newspaper reporting the financial terms of the show, the private tour rider information, along with unsolicited photographers from their staff were unfortunate, unprofessional, and very unwelcoming. The show was one of many on this tour directed at playing for university students in their own environment. And the band were all completely thrilled with the performance and the crowd.

Incidentally, the most important function of a rider is that it lays out optimal technical specifications to ensure the audience has the best experience possible. For that, Jack hires a team of very qualified touring professionals who write the rider and attempt to execute a professional and pleasant experience for all involved. Part of that is making sure that the tour personnel of about 30 people plus the local venue staff are fed. Contrary to what some believe, Jack doesn’t write the rider nor make demands about his favorite snacks that must be in his dressing room. We’re not even sure he likes guacamole but we do know that the folks who work hard to put on the show do enjoy it.

(By the way, now that’s it out there, we recommend you try Lalo’s guacamole recipe. It’s delicious.)

We hope those present for Mr. White’s performance are able to maintain their good memories from the experience and he looks forward to seeing them again soon.

guacamole yeah

And here’s that recipe, which we were originally going to publish in the name of brave investigative journalism, anyway…

Jack White Guacamole (double all portions if serving a band)

  • 4 large ripe Haas avocados, cut chunky
  • 2 Vine-ripened tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/4 Yellow onion (finely diced)
  • 1/2 bunch of cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 Serrano peppers (de-veined and chopped)
  • 1/2 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, do not to mush the avocados excessively. Test for taste. Add the avocado pits and smooth the top of the guacamole with a spoon or spatula. Add additional lime juice to cover surface of guacamole. Cover and refrigerate until served. Do not share.

Natalie Dormer Hottest Photos

Natalie Dormer is in London for the BAFTA Awards, and swung by last night for the EE British Academy Awards nominees party–because the BAFTA Awards are really just the English Oscars. We’re sure happy to see Natalie Dormer pushing for more big screen roles, too.  [photo: Tim P. Whitby/Getty]

We’ve already seen Natalie go from Game of Thrones to The Hunger Games franchise. Judging from what she wore to this party, though, Natalie is also out to be in some kind of comic book movie. Her bizarre orange-and-black outfit sure looks straight out of a comic book. In fact, we got so busy fantasizing about her special powers that we almost forgot to make this post.

But here we are, with Natalie’s hot outfit making it very easy to round up the 22 Hottest Natalie Dormer Photos on the internet. Well, we’re really cheating with one GIF, but that’s only because we felt like we were cheating the COED readership by just pulling a still from the video. You’ll thank us when you get to it–so get to checking out Natalie (and maybe more Game of Thrones girls here)…

Grammy Red Carpet 2015: Best Photos Must-See Moments

The 2015 Grammy Awards started up way before the actual broadcast, and we were happy to see that Weird Al Yankovic won for Best Comedy Album. That’s one of the categories that isn’t cool enough to actually get presented during the television broadcast. Of course, we’re also happy to announce that we’ve already seeing a lot of the babes who do make the broadcast–like the above pairing of the pairs of Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj.  [photo: Larry Busacca/Getty]

We’re also happy to see hot displays from major stars like Chrissy Teigen and Olivia Culpo, even if they’re at the 2015 Grammys on behalf of their significant others. You can’t say that about Ariana Grande, who still brought along Big Sean. Tracey Edmonds is also looking hot, even though she divorced her music-biz executive husband some time ago.

We’re less pleased with Este Haim, Danielle Haim and Alana Haim, considering how hot they looked in bikinis with Taylor Swift just last week. At least Taylor has the good sense to show up tonight while looking very leggy. Beyonce is also still ready to rock some sideboob, and Lady Gaga is having one of her better moments on the Grammys red carpet.

We won’t even depress you with pics of Rita Ora, Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Jessie J, and Charli XCX in their boring outfits. Gwen Stefani is sure looking good, though.

We don’t know what to make of Madonna. We’ve included two angles of her, though, since she obviously wants us looking at both sides of her steampunk outfit. Kanye is fashionably late, of course, but Kim Kardashian is reliably extreme.

You’ll also want to check out some lesser-known names like Antonique Smith,Rocsi Diaz, and Ixya Herrera, along with other amazing Grammy gals. Take a look. We guarantee these pics will be more fun than the show…

GRAMMY Awards Winners Full List

Here’s the 2015 Grammy Awards Winners List–which we’ve kept updating, even though none of our friends won. At least Weird Al Yankovic won for Best Comedy Album. He’s everybody’s friend. We’re also pretty happy to see St. Vincent winning a Grammy. [photo: Frazer Harrison/Getty]

Jack White needed a break after this fake guacamole scandal, too. Anyway, here’s how it went, and be glad that you didn’t have a bunch of money riding on it like with the Super Bowl. And we recommend also checking out the hottest moments on the Grammys red carpet, of course…

Kanye Pulls A Kanye At 2015 Grammy’s

The 2015 Grammy’s have come and gone and while there were some memorable winners and performances, the highlight of the night was Kanye West showing us that he too is capable of self mockery.

As Beck got up on stage to accept his award for album of the year, Kanye West – being Kanye got up on stage to protest–well, almost…

Don’t be too sure Kanye was joking ,though. He sure sounded angry when talking to Khloe Kardashian (who was reporting for E!) backstage:

“We ain’t gonna play with them no more. Beck needs to respect artistry, and he should have given his award to Beyoncé. At this point, we’re tired of it because what happens is, you keep on diminishing art and not respecting the craft and smacking people in the face after they deliver monumental music. You are disrespectful to inspiration.”

Yeah. Ponder these deep thoughts, and figure that Beck got lucky.

Iggy Azalea Hit Twitter For a Pre-Grammys Rant Against Papa John’s

Iggy Azalea Papa John's Twitter

Iggy Azalea has a tattoo that says “Trust Your Struggle,” but she seemingly can’t trust her pizza guys. We learned that via her Twitter account right before the Grammys. All that Iggy wanted was a pre-Grammys pizza, and so she placed a call to Papa John’s. [photo: Jason Merritt/Getty]

From there, things got ugly. Here’s what Iggy had to report before she hit the red carpet…

Iggy Azalea Papa John's Twitter War

Damn, Papa John’s. On the one hand, you got a major celebrity endorsement. On the other hand, there’s a pizza–seemingly delivered by people who cannot be trusted. That is not good.

Also, we don’t want to hear anyone goofing on Iggy Azalea for ordering some Papa John’s pizza. Celebrities are allowed to have favorite pizzas that don’t cost $85 and get made by Wolfgang Puck. (DISCLAIMER: We have no idea how much Wolfgang Puck charges for a pizza that isn’t frozen.) The cool thing is that Iggy Azalea doesn’t have her assistant call up to order a pizza. She handles that herself. It shouldn’t be rewarded by Papa John’s serving up a stalkerizza.

Paul McCartney Grammys 2015 Sit Down Video

The 2015 Grammys featured Paul McCartney last night–officially as part of a power trio alongside Rihanna and Kanye West for a performance of “FourFiveSeconds.” But, of course, the former Beatle had to cause trouble because that’s what mop-topped boys from Liverpool do whenever they’re out in public.  [photo: Kevork Djansezian/Getty]

The latest display of disturbing Beatlemaniac antics came from Sir Paul getting way too excited when Electric Light Orchestra (well, at least leader Jeff Lynne) came out to perform “Evil Woman,” and that was probably the first song that Paul had recognized so far that evening. So, of course, Paul had to feel the music and stand up and block everybody’s view.

Fortunately, a resourceful CBS camera guy who’s probably a big Kanye fan came to the rescue and ran up and said, “Sit down! Sit down! You’re ruining it for everybody!” And then Sir Paul sat down because he’d already kind of made his point about how classic rock like ELO is not meant to be listened to sitting down. Then we got this fun video–and you should check out the hot 2015 Grammys red carpet pics, too…

Knicks Owner James Dolan Sends Angry Email Back To Fan

james dolan email

It hasn’t been the best season ever for the New York Knicks and fans have been expressing their anger in many different ways. One fan even took the time to email Knicks owner James Dolan. That didn’t go over very well with Dolan, who launched into an angry email response of his own which included telling the fan to go root for the Brooklyn Nets.

Here’s the original email from the Knicks fan:

Subject: I have been a knicks fan since 1952

At one stage I thought that you did a wonderful thing when you acquired EVERYTHING from your dad. However, since then it has been ALL DOWN HILL. Your working with Isaiah Thomas & everything else regarding the Knicks. Bringing on Phil Jackson was a positive beginning, but lowballing Steve Kerr was a DISGRACE to the knicks. The bottom line is that you merely continued to interfere with the franchise.

As a knicks fan for in excess of 60 years, I am utterly embarrassed by your dealings with the Knicks. Sell them so their fans can at least look forward to growing them in a positive direction Obviously, money IS NOT THE ONLY THING. You have done a lot of utterly STUPID business things with the franchise. Please NO MORE.

Respectfully,

[Aaron Bierman’s dad]

In response, this is what James Dolan–a real life person who actually acts like this–said:

Mr Bierman

You are a sad person. Why would anybody write such a hateful letter. I am.just guessing but ill bet your life is a mess and you are a hateful mess. What have you done that anyone would consider positive or nice. I am betting nothing. In fact ill bet you are negative force in everyone who comes in contact with you. You most likely have made your family miserable. Alcoholic maybe. I just celebrated my 21 year anniversary of sobriety. You should try it. Maybe it will help you become a person that folks would like to have around. In the mean while start rooting.for the Nets because the Knicks dont want you.

Respectfully

James Dolan

The Knicks are 10-41 this season. Nothing has gone right with new coach Derek Fisher or Phil Jackson. Dolan must be getting more emails like this but his response will rank right up there with the best ever.

Elise Clougherty, Former Stanford Student, Sues College Mentor

Stanford University Rape
Elise Clougherty, former Stanford student and Ford model, is accusing her college mentor of rape. The 24-year-old alumna first met 32-year-old Joseph Lonsdale at a bar in New York. A year later, Lonsdale was assigned to be her mentor in an entrepreneurship elective run by the university. The two then began dating for a year.

Clougherty affirms that Lonsdale – who graduated from the college in 2003 and is the co-founder of venture capital firm Formation 8 – used his power to make sure the two were matched up in the program.

Based on the police files, their relationship was far from a mentorship; Clougherty claims Lonsdale deprived her of food, was extremely violent with her, and raped her on several occasions, causing her to suffer from severe PTSD. She is seeking $75,000 in damages from Lonsdale and his firm, which she accuses of “negligent supervision.”

Lonsdale dismissed the allegations and claims that his ex-flame is trying to damage his reputation.

High There Is A Dating App For Weed Smokers

High There

High There is a new dating app specifically aimed at helping potheads hook up. It comes from Denver–of course–and is currently available for free on the Android Store (it’s coming to the Apple Store soon).

So what exactly does it do? The easiest way to think about the app is that it’s like Tinder, only for marijuana enthusiasts. After downloading and installing the app, High There will prompt you with a few questions, such as how much energy do you have after smoking, how do you like to consume marijuana, and what do you like to do after blazing? Then it’ll try and connect you to nearby users.

You can search for men, women, or both–depending on what you’re looking for. The only hook is that it’s only available in states where marijuana is either legal or decriminalized.

Here in NYC it looked like there were plenty of users with whom we could smoke with, and a few who we’d like to smoke with.

Jamal Lewis Sells Super Bowl Ring Given To Him By Ravens

jamal lewis super bowl ring

Jamal Lewis hasn’t played in the NFL for several years. The former Baltimore Ravens running back though received a Super Bowl ring when the Ravens won the Super Bowl two years later. However, Lewis has had major money problems over the years and decided that he needed the money more than the ring and pawned it. It sold for $50,820 at auction this past weekend.

The ring, which contained 3.75 carats of diamonds, was sold by Goldin Auctions. The auction house also said that Lewis didn’t sell the ring directly to them. Lewis filed for bankruptcy in 2012 after piling up debts of over $10 million. He had $14.5 million in assets at that time but it would sound like Lewis and his financial issues haven’t gone away if he was pawning the ring away.

The only reason that Lewis got the ring in the first place is because he is a member of the team’s Ring of Honor. Baltimore owner Steve Bisciotti is likely never going to be sending Lewis another ring ever again after this incident though. There would be really no reason to waste over $50,000 on a ring that the other person is just going to sell anyway at the end of the day.
