Why is she giving up all this stuff to the state? Last week, lawsuits revealed that the jewelry was purchased for her by Malaysian financier Jho Low, who alleged misappropriated funds from his company 1Malaysia Development Berhad. This organization claims to promote economic development projects in Malaysia, but Low embezzled over a billion dollars. He used that money to buy Leonardo DiCaprio over $13 million worth of artwork, fund the film Wolf of Wallstreet, and woe his then-girlfriend Miranda Kerr.

Low allegedly gifted Kerr with $13 million worth of diamond jewelry. On Friday, Kerr transferred $8 million worth of ill-gotten gifts to government agents via her safe deposit box in Los Angeles.

“From the start of the inquiry, Miranda Kerr co-operated fully and pledged to turn over the gifts of jewellery to the government,” said Miranda’s spokeman. “Ms Kerr will continue to assist with the inquiry in any way she can.”

Kerr is not a defendant in the 1Malaysia Development Berhad lawsuit.

In 2014, Kerr and Cho dated. He dazzled her with diamonds after she ended her marriage with Orlando Bloom. She’s married again, but definitely not to Low. She’s currently linked up with internet entrepreneur Evan Spiegel.

The Justice Department is currently seeking more than $1.7 billion worth of assets from the suspect Jho Low. The department is looking for a $US250 million yacht, stakes in companies and luxury real estate in London, New York and Los Angeles. But then again, who isn’t?

I think the impossible is happening.

I think I’m starting to like LaVar Ball. The dude just owns he’s absolutely preposterous persona and I have to respect that.

I’m big on self-awareness, you know? Like, be an asshole. In fact, I’m kind of an asshole. But be aware of it. Embrace it. And that’s exactly what LaVar Ball is doing and he’s all the more likable for it.

LaVar and two of his three sons–Lonzo and LaMelo–appeared on WWE Raw last night in Los Angeles and were, of course, the highlight of the night.

After walking down to the ring with his son LaMelo, LaVar did his LaVar thing, eventually taking off his shirt and going toe-to-toe with WWE star The Miz. And somehow, someway, LaVar found a way to bring his ridiculousness to new heights.

Look, the dude is a showman, and he’s mastered in. 12 months ago, nobody (other than basketball fans) knew who the Ball family was. Now, LaVar Ball is essentially a household name.

And that, my friends, is marketing 101, and you have to respect it.

You ever hear of this Drake guy? Pretty talented dude.

Last night, the NBA Awards went down in Brooklyn, and what originally seemed like a superfluous cash grab actually turned out to be a rather entertaining event.

And the reason for that was Drake. Yup, Drake. As if they guy wasn’t talented enough, he proved himself to be a pretty competent award show host as well.

First, he opened with a killer four-minute, sniping everyone from Draymond Green to the lowly Brooklyn Nets:

Then, a couple of fire skits– one with Will Ferrell and the other parodying Get Out:

But the highlight of the night was Drake’s crucifixion of Kenny Smith.

After an awkward exchange where The Jet tried to make a joke about Drake writing his own jokes (remembeber the whole ghostwriting saga with Meek Mill?), Drake came back on stage and BURIED Smith 6-feet-under:

Come at the King, you best not miss, Kenny Smith.

All in all, the NBA Awards was a success, and it wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if they were back for more next year. In the dog days of summer, sporting events are slim, so any night your league can dominate the headlines is a win, and that’s exactly what the NBA did.

A 20-year-old Florida man has been arrested after he allegedly stealing and beaching a boat while on a ‘Four Loko’ binge.

Jonathan Race, 20, is being accused of burglary and grand theft after stealing a boat from Daytona Marina and Boat Works and crashing it on the beach. Race was identified as the suspect because left his pants, wallet and identification on the boat.

Investigators said Jonathan Race allegedly broke into Daytona Marina & Boat Works shortly before 4:45 a.m. Saturday, rummaged through two vessels, left belongings strewn across the boatyard and stole a 36-foot boat named Ethel Jeanne.

The boat later plowed into a beach at full-speed, but Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officers said no one was aboard the vessel. FWC officers said they found paperwork on the boat that indicated it was being stored at the marina for repairs, and a pair of tan pants containing a cellphone, a wallet and Race’s driver’s license, according to an arrest report

Police said they met up with Race at a Port Orange home and interviewed him on the porch, where he told investigators that the last thing he remembered was drinking a couple 4 Loko drinks at a 7-Eleven across from the marina.

When arrested, Race told investigators that he had “blacked out” on Four Loko and was “just making stupid decisions.” He told investigators that the only thing he knew is that he woke up on the shore in Daytona Beach and then walked home to Port Orange. Detectives said they asked Race if he noticed that he wasn’t wearing any shorts, but he said he woke up wearing a pair of blue shorts that ‘didn’t belong to him.’

Race has been charged with two counts of burglary and one count of grand theft. He is being held at Volusia County Jail on $8,500 bond.

Loryn Barclay, a 24-year-old former substitute teacher is charged with having sex with one of her 17-year-old students.

Barclay, 24, of Washburn, Missouri, allegedly had oral sex with the teen student in his car on multiple occasions between November 2016 and January 2017 while she worked as a substitute teacher at Monett High School. Barclay also reportedly admitted to having intercourse with him twice at his home.

On Sunday, June 25, Barclay was charged with six counts of sexual contact with a student in two counties. Monett City Police Officer Jay Jastal, who works in the school as a resource officer, was tipped off to the alleged relationship on May 3.

On May 3, Jastal spoke with the 17-year-old student, who allegedly confirmed he and Barclay had intercourse and oral sex on multiple occasions between November 2016 and January 2017. The interactions allegedly occurred at Monett North Park in Lawrence County and at the student’s family’s home in Monett in Barry County.

On May 4, Jastal spoke with Barclay, and she allegedly said she “had an inappropriate relationship” with a student while employed by the district as a substitute. She said she had intercourse with the student twice at his home and performed oral sex on the student at North Park, each of the incidents occurring between November and December 2016.

Jastal said he spoke with Monett High School Principal David Williams, and he advised the district wished to pursue charges. Jastal said he does not believe any other students were involved with Barclay.

Barclay was first hired as a substitute teacher in 2016. She began her role as a teacher assistant in January of 2017, however, she was relieved of her duties on April 27.

Barclay was booked into Lawrence County jail before being released on a $25,000 bond. Her next court appearance scheduled for July 24. Furthermore, she is also wanted in Barry County, where a warrant for her arrest has also been issued. That warrant has a cash-only bond of $10,000.

Newly released footage shows the wild moment a brawl breaks out at a graduation ceremony at a New York high school on Sunday.

The three-minute long video shows the brawl take place in front of William Floyd High School in Mastic Beach, Long Island. In the video, at least four people on the lawn punching and kicking each other while people scream in the background.

The woman who can be seen profusely bleeding, 21-year-old Bianca Bouchard, was revealed to be 15-weeks pregnant at the time of the incident.

In the video, at least three people are seen repeatedly punching and kicking a young woman while she lies prone on the ground and covers her face. At one point, another young woman runs up and punches her. When the victim, whom FiOS1 News identified as Bianca Bouchard, finally gets up, blood is streaming from her face, and her clothing is torn and ruined, the video reveals.

The 21-year-old woman tries to get to the safety of an SUV as her attackers continue to come after her. School security personnel converge and break up the brawl. Bouchard told FiOS1 News she is 15 weeks pregnant, and that she got caught in a family melee while defending her sister. She said the bad feelings had been festering on Facebook for months.

“You can see on the video a girl in a blue dress runs up and kicks me in the head with her heel and that’s what caused all the bleeding,” Bouchard told FiOS1 News. “In the back of my head there’s a scar.”

Suffolk County police are investigating the attack and no arrests had been made at this time.

A spokesperson for the Suffolk County School District released the following statement about the issue:

“We are disappointed by the actions of those who instigated the incident on what was a joyous occasion for our students and their families. District officials have met with law enforcement and we are pressing charges.

As a school and community, we won’t let the small number of spectators involved in inappropriate behavior overshadow the accomplishments of so many wonderful students and their families celebrating graduation day.

Many of our students are headed to the finest colleges and universities in the world, will serve honorably in the armed forces or begin the initial steps of their careers after learning valuable skills in one of our career and technical education academies. Graduation day is about them.”

Former ESPN reporter Britt McHenry claims she was fired from the sports network because she is openly Republican. As one of roughly 100 employees let go in April, McHenry took to Twitter in a since-deleted post that suggests she was fired for her conservative political reviews.

Replying to someone who ripped ESPN for arguing the network doesn’t lean left, McHenry wrote: “I mean I’ve been openly Conservative…look how that ended up…”

This sparked criticism online, to which McHenry defender her tweet three separate times.

“Need to take opinions & truth to a place & blog that actually gets money for clicks. I replied to a friend.” she tweeted around 8:15 P.M. on Monday night. Minutes later, she continued: “It’s not ‘inserting myself’ when I reply to someone and sited and blogs run with a headline. Think about this one…”

An hour after the initial tweets, McHenry wrote: “Stay true to what you believe in – positive or negative, it’s still a reaction. What the truth from me, come to my social media.”

McHenry, 31, has never been shy about sharing her political views. In December she attended a GOP fundraising event and shared a photo of herself with Paul Ryan to Instagram before deleting it. She has also been very critical of Colin Kaepernick in the past, even liking a reporter’s tweet last week that was making fun of the former QB for speaking out against officers that have not been found guilty of any wrong doing following the shootings of black men.

In 2015, McHenry was suspended from the network for one week after verbally attacking an Advanced Towing employee because her car was towed from a Chinese restaurant in Arlington, Virginia.

Ukraine’s government has been hit by a huge cyberattack, along with several banks, energy firms, an airport, and the country’s Metro network.

Ukrainian state-run aircraft manufacturer Antonov and state power distributor Ukrenergo were hit by the attack. Furthermore, the National Bank of Ukraine said an “unknown virus” hit their servers, saying several unnamed Ukrainian banks were affected. Oschadbank, one of Ukraine’s largest state-owned lenders, said some of its services had been affected by a “hacking attack”, however, they were able to guarantee that their customer’s data was safe.

The virus has also hit Russian companies Rosneft, Bashneft, Mars and Nivea. Massive Danish business conglomerate Maersk also confirmed they were hit by the attack.

A number of Ukrainian banks and companies, including the state power distributor, were hit by a cyber attack on Tuesday that disrupted some operations, the Ukrainian central bank said.

The latest disruptions follow a spate of hacking attempts on state websites in late-2016 and repeated attacks on Ukraine’s power grid that prompted security chiefs to call for improved cyber defenses. The central bank said an “unknown virus” was to blame for the latest attacks, but did not give further details or say which banks and firms had been affected.

Oschadbank, one of Ukraine’s largest state-owned lenders, said some of its services had been affected by a “hacking attack” but guaranteed that customer data was safe. Ukrainian state power distributor Ukrenergo said its IT system had been hit by a cyber attack, but the disruption had no impact on power supplies or its broader operations.

Rozenko Pavlo, Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister, tweeted an image of the virus, saying he and other members of the cabinet were unable to access their computers.

This ransomware’s authors have not only created their own boot loader but also a tiny kernel, which is 32 sectors long.

Petya’s dropper writes the malicious code at the beginning of the disk. The affected system’s master boot record (MBR) is overwritten by the custom boot loader that loads a tiny malicious kernel. Then, this kernel proceeds with further encryption. Petya’s ransom note states that it encrypts the full disk, but this is not true. Instead, it encrypts the master file table (MFT) so that the file system is not readable.”

Yingying Zhang, a Chinese college student visiting the University of Illinois who has been missing since Friday, June 9, has been confirmed to have been kidnapped, according to police.

Zhang’s friends originally contacted police on Saturday, June 10 after they hadn’t heard from her since she went to an apartment complex to sign a lease on Friday. That Monday, University of Illinois Police released a video showing the 26-year-old getting off of a bus and into a black Saturn Astra in Urbana around 2 PM on Friday.

Now, after their investigation, authorities have determined that Shang was kidnapped on her way to sign a lease.

Her disappearance June 9 on her way to sign an apartment lease is being treated as a kidnapping. The case has shaken staff and students at Illinois’ flagship public school in Urbana-Champaign. Local police and the FBI say Zhang’s case is a top priority, though they have withheld details of their investigation, even from the father, said Yingying Zhang’s boyfriend, who sat in on the weekend interview with the father from the 44,000-student campus about 140 miles south of Chicago.

The 5-foot-4, 110-pound Zhang was last seen wearing a baseball cap and carrying a backpack, standing by a black Saturn Astra before entering on Friday, June 9. Investigators say the driver appeared to be a white male. The FBI is now offering a $10,000 reward for information in the case.

The University of Illinois has the largest Chinese student population of any United States college with 5,600 students enrolled at the school.

Brooke Lajiness, a 38year-old married mother from Lima Township, Michigan, faces up to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to intercourse and oral sex with two underage boys.

What Happened?

Lajiness is accused of 13 counts of sexual conduct against a 14 and 15-year-old boy in Lima Township. On Monday, she confessed to two counts of having intercourse with the 14-year-old and one of having oral sex with the 15-year-old.

Her sexual encounters with the teenagers are said to have taken place in the back seat of her car while parked in a driveway. Lajiness, who works as a beauty salon worker, is said to have seduced the younger boys by sending them nude selfies. She admitted to having sex with the younger boy as many as 15 times.

She was arrested after the boy’s mother notified authorities.

Lajiness, who has been married to her husband David for 16 years, also admitted one count each of accosting a child for immoral purposes and furnishing obscenity to children by sending nude photographs of herself to a minor.

The other charges will be dismissed as part of plea deal when she is sentenced in August, prosecutor John Vella said. Lajiness, who began having sex with the 14-year-old last summer, could be jailed for up to 19 years and three months.

In a Facebook post last month, Lajiness proclaimed her commitment and love for her husband.

“In life, nothing is guaranteed. So finding someone who knows all of your flaws, weaknesses and mistakes and still thinks you’re amazing is something to hold onto and never take for granted!”

The affair with the younger boy began as he was graduating middle school and entering high school. At her arraignment on March 3, Michigan State Trooper Donald Pasternak testified that he started investigating Lajiness a few weeks before, when the victim’s mother walked into a police station and complained that Lajiness was having sex with her son. Assistant Washtenaw County Prosecutor John Vella said last week that they are investigating whether there may be more victims.

“This case involves a defendant seeking out minors for sex,” Vella said, according to M Live.

Lajiness’ attorney, David I. Goldstein, said prosecutors need to focus on the case at hand, adding: “He keeps talking about ‘minors’, but there’s one.”

A power outage and smoke condition at the 125th Street subway station has suspended service on multiple subway lines as riders described chaos, including smoke-filled cars and reports of a car off the tracks.

What Happened?

The NYC Transit Twitter account says that trains on the B and C lines have been suspended in both directions between 59th Street and 125th Street due to the outage. A and D trains are holding in stations in Manhattan.

Transit riders have taken to social media to describe the scene and upload photos of smoke filled cars.

One rider noted that the A train broke down and “caught fire” at 125th Street.

“They didn’t let anybody off (except 1 car) until smoke came…” tweeted Benjamin Williams. “One lady began having a panic attack, and most people had to use their shirts to not breathe in the smoke. Some people are crying.”

Williams said one woman emerged from the station with soot all over her hands.

The FDNY confirmed they were responding to a report of smoke in the station.

The WWE issued a statement late Monday night regarding a racial slur used by 15-year-old LaMelo Ball while cheering on his father LaVar Ball with brother Lonzo during Monday Night RAW.

What Happened?

LaVar was in the ring confronting The Miz while sons LaMelo and Lonzo watched on. While LaVar and The Biz squared off, LeMelo could be heard using the N-word twice on the live microphone at Staples Center in Los Angeles. He was laughing through the segment but his comments are receiving significant attention on social media.

Sports Illustrated posted a censored version of the exchange:

“The inappropriate language used by a guest during the ‘Miz TV; segment was not scripted nor reflects WWE’s values,” the WWE said in a statement to The Los Angeles Times.

The segment was used to promote Big Baller Brand, with four mannequins in the ring displaying various options of the brand’s $50 T-shirts as part of a potential partnership between Big Baller and “The Miz.”

LaMelo Ball is a rising high school junior at Chino Hills (Calif.) High School. He is rated as a five-star recruit by Rivals.com and already has a scholarship offer to UCLA, where brothers Lonzo went and LiAngelo is expected to attend this fall.

The University of Delaware recently released an adjunct professor for posting crude comments she reportedly made on social media about Otto Warmbier. Warmbier, an American college student from the University of Virginia, tragically passed away after being a captive in North Korea for stealing a propaganda banner in a hotel on June 19, 2017.

Professor Dettwyler, an adjunct professor of anthropology, will not be rehired in the future. She had last taught a course in the spring.

In a written statement, school officials said: “The comments of Katherine Dettwyler do not reflect the values or position of the University of Delaware. We condemn any and all messages that endorse hatred and convey insensitivity toward a tragic event such as the one that Otto Warmbier and his family suffered. The University of Delaware values respect and civility and we are committed to global education and study abroad; therefore, we find these comments particularly distressing and inconsistent with our values. Our sympathies are with the Warmbier family.

“In a now deleted Facebook post, Dettwyler reportedly wrote in part that Warmbier “got exactly what he deserved.” She continued by saying that Warmbier was “typical of a mindset a lot of the young, white, rich, clueless males” she teaches.

Justin Sullivan, the Morganton, North Carolina ISIS suspect who pleaded guilty to attempted terrorism, was sentenced to life in prison in federal court on Tuesday, June 27.

Sullivan, 19, pleaded guilty last year. He was arrested on June 19, 2015, and charged with attempting to provide material support to ISIL, transporting and receiving a silencer in interstate commerce with intent to commit a felony and receipt and possession of an unregistered silencer, identified by serial number.

Furthermore, a new federal indictment says Sullivan robbed and murdered his elderly neighbor, John Bailey Clarke, then planned to use the stolen money to buy an assault-style rifle to commit mass murder.

Sullivan, 19, was arrested last June and is accused of plotting to kill up to 1,000 people in support of ISIS, an Islamic terrorist organization. A newly unsealed federal indictment against the Morganton man links him directly to the previously unsolved 2014 murder of John Bailey Clark, 74, a neighbor of Sullivan and his parents on Rose Carswell Road.

Clark was found in a shallow grave near his home. The indictment says Sullivan stole a gun from his stepfather, broke into his elderly neighbor’s home and shot him three times in the head in December 2014.

“Justin Sullivan had elaborate plans to kill hundreds of innocent people to show his support for the terrorist organization, ISIL,” said FBI Special Agent in Charge John Strong. “During the course of our investigation, evidence was uncovered linking Sullivan to John Bailey Clark’s murder six months earlier.”

After Sullivan was arrested, FBI agents found a .22-caliber rifle, a black ski mask, muddy clothes and a lock pick kit in the crawl space of the Sullivan home.

Sullivan is one of 56 United States citizens arrested on ISIS related charged since 2015.

The Marshall Space Flight Center sent an alert at 10:00 AM Tuesday warning that a “situation exists near the Sparkman Center, RSA bldg. 5301.” A second message sent at 10:30 AM reads: “An active shooter has been reported at the RSA Sparkman Center. Personnel in this area take protective action now. This is not a drill.”

All the gates to the Arsenal have been closed. The Redstone Arsenal Twitter account tweeted: ‘Possible active shooter on the Arsenal. Installation is locked down. Run hide fight.”

The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command had an active shooter drill planned for tomorrow, officials told WBTV the current situation is not part of the drill. More than 35,000 people work at the 30,000 acre Redstone Arsenal. The Arsenal is host to the US Materiel Command, the Army’s Aviation and Missile Command, the Pentagon’s Missile Defense Agency, and NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center.

While Redstone Arsenal spokesperson Christopher Colster said the exact location of the incident has not been determined, although people inside Redstone say it is in the Sparkman Center.

There is no word on any injuries or casualties at this time.

The German design team was then spun off to become part of the newly foundedNASA. Redstone served as the primary site for space launch vehicle design into the 1960s.

One person was injured when a stairwell at the union parking garage at Towson University collapsed. Their condition is unknown at this time.

What Happened?

A concrete stairwell collapsed from the top and all the way down at Towson University’s union parking garage. One worker was injured in the collapse. A portion of the concrete fell on his legs and he was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The garage was in use at the time of the collapse.

So, the rights to the Blade property are officially back with Marvel. That’s not exactly big news, but it does raise the question: will Blade ever join the Marvel Cinematic Universe?

For all you Daywalkers out there who aren’t woke to Blade, Wesley Snipes brought the famous vampire hunter to life in two sweet movies and one terrible one. Since then, we haven’t gotten a live action Blade despite several rumors cropping up over the years. Marvel head honcho Kevin Feige recently spoke to Arrow In The Head where he gave some hope to those Blade loyalists.

“We think it would be cool. Someday,” Feige said of Blade joining the MCU. “My tenure at Marvel started 17 years ago, and there were two things that sort of launched the modern era. One was X-Men, which was the first thing that people said, “Oh, there’s life here.” But a few years before that, there was Blade. A character nobody had heard of at all, had only appeared in a few issues of Tomb of Dracula or something, turned into a big franchise.

That was always a great lesson for me , where you go, ‘It doesn’t matter how well known the character is, it matters how cool the movie is.’ Which, many years later, would be the reason we do Guardians of the Galaxy, Doctor Strange. I think Blade is a legacy character now and I think it would be fun to do something with him one day.”

Okay, so it doesn’t sound like Blade will be popping up in the MCU anytime soon. But Feige’s comments do seem to suggest that conversations are at least being had and that’s definitely a step in the right direction. And who knows, maybe when Marvel is finally ready to commit to a Blade project, we could get a mature R-rated offering. Feige did say recently that R-rated MCU movies weren’t “out of the question.”

Scrub Daddy, SCRUB DADDY, Scrub-wait for it………….Daddy!

Aaron Krause, the CEO and founder of Scrub Daddy, apparently “America’s Favorite Sponge,” shares his experience on choosing Syracuse University.

It makes total sense that a marketing genius and founder of an evolutionary scrubbing sponge started his career by washing cars in college. He credits his eventual successful founding of a business to his time spent as an undergraduate at one of America’s premier universities, Syracuse University in New York.

“My father came into my room in 11^th grade with a protractor and a map, and he put it on Philadelphia, drew a circle and … said, ‘Anywhere in here, I pay for, and anywhere outside, you pay for'” — and Syracuse was on the very edge of that limit,” Krause said.

“It turned out to be really good,” he added. “Instead of laying out on the beach in Miami, I bundled up and went to class every day.” However, Krause definitely used quality time outside of class.

The future entrepreneur spent his free periods by washing cars with his peers. He not only earned extra bucks, but also thought of innovative ways to improve the model of foam buffing pads. After tinkering with his new idea, he ended up marketing it to the auto industry.

Even though Krause intended on attending a pricey private university to pursue a degree in business, he ended up taking several psychology courses. Ultimately, he chose to take a five-year college term.

“I had to go to the same father and say, ‘Dad, if I want to graduate with a degree in business, it looks like I’m going to need five years,’ and he said, ‘That’s fine, I pay for four; you pay for the last one.'”

Krause finds today that psychology is embedded in the business world and is grateful for his diverse college curriculum.

Shortly after graduating from Syracuse, he went on to create the household sponge that would make him famous following an appearance on “Shark Tank.”

Those who are interested in this innovative sponge, it is largely sold at Bed Bath & Beyond, on QVC, and at Wal-Mart.

Brooke Lajiness, a 38-year-old Michigan mother, faces up 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to intercourse and oral sex with two underage boys.

Lajiness, 38, of Lima Township, Michigan, was accused of 13 counts of sexual conduct against a 14 and 15-year-old boy. On Monday, June 26, she confessed to two counts of having intercourse with the 14-year-old and one of having oral sex with the 15-year-old.

The majority of the exchanges are alleged to have occurred in the backseat of Lajiness’ car. According to court records, Lajiness is reported to have seduced the younger boy, who she admitted to having sex with as many as 15 times, by sending him nude selfies.

Lajiness was arraigned March 3 on 13 counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of accosting a minor for immoral purposes and one count of furnishing obscenity to a child, district court records show.

In addition to the sex charges, Lajiness is accused of exchanging nude photographs with the 14-year-old, Michigan State Police Trooper Donald Pasternak testified at a March 3 hearing where he swore to the contents of the arrest warrant.

According to a transcript of that hearing, Pasternak told Magistrate A. Thomas Truesdell that the mother of the victim walked in to a Michigan State Police post a few weeks before March 3 to lodge a complaint about Lajiness having sexual relations with her son.

Furthermore, Lajiness, who has been married for 16 years, admitted one count each of accosting a child for immoral purposes and furnishing obscenity to children by sending nude photographs of herself to a minor. However, prosecutor John Vella said the other charges will be dismissed in a plea deal when she is sentenced in August.

If charged, Lajiness faces up to 19 years and 3 months in prison. She posted a $50,000 bond after her March 3 arraignment and is free while awaiting trial.
