We’re not sure if this counts as Spring Break Follies, since Amber Morgan is 25 years old–but she could have very well been partying pretty hard before she got arrested last night for being allegedly passed out drunk in the middle of a highway. But being unconsious still didn’t keep Amber from leading the cops on a daring (if short-lived) chase.
Check out the video to see the poor officer who had to save Amber from probably getting rear-ended into oblivion. She was taking a nap (or, you know, was allegedly passed out) on the the 805 Freeway near Clairemont Mesa Boulevard in San Diego. That was around 1 am. Engine was running, car was locked, and we doubt that Amber even knew her car was rolling down the freeway after the officer tapped on her window.
The daring officer then broke Amber’s window, dived into the car, and–well, you can see for yourself. Officers claim that there was some alcohol in the back seat, and we’re really doubting that they planted anything back there. Take a look for yourself.
