Marion “Suge” Knight, founder and CEO of Black Kapital Records and co-founder of Death Row Records, is set to appear in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday as new evidence surfaces surrounding his murder case.

TMZ released what they claim is the full surveillance video of a hit-and-run that sent the rap mogul, who launched the careers of Snoop Dogg and Tupac Shakur, to jail.

Currently, Knight has remained in jail without bail since January on charges of murder, attempted murder, and hit-and-run after running over two men and killing one.

The incident occurred in a Tam’s Burgers parking lot in Compton, California where Dr. Dre was filming footage for his NWA biopic, “Straight Outta Compton.” Cle “Bone” Sloan, who did security for the film, was struck by Knight’s vehicle as was Terry Carter, who also allegedly worked on the film. Carter, however, was killed.

His cousin Avis Ridley-Thomas said that Carter and Knight “knew each other very casually.”

The 49-year-old has plead not guilty.

WARNING: The video contains graphic content of the two men getting run over. TMZ blurred Terry Carter because it was too gruesome.
