Seeking Arrangement released their annual “Fastest Growing Sugar Baby Schools” earlier this month, and University of Texas tops the list with 425 new sign-ups in 2015. With their current tuition plateauing around $35,186, we can understand why students would be hung-up on cash, but we’d assume the #1 school would be way more expensive.
Aside from the southern university, we find NYU, ASU, and Kent State not far behind:
The website, which is relatively new, boasts “a life of luxury…with fine dinners, exotic trips and allowances,” for cash-hungry co-eds, and “beautiful members to accompany them at all times” for the generous sponsors. Sounds sketchy as hell, but apparently not sketchy enough to make students shy away from the opportunity; according to Seeking Arrangement, more than 1.4 million students have made profiles, up 42% from last year.
