The SAG Awards were held last night, and we know that some people think that it’s just a classier version of the Golden Globes. We can’t argue–especially after ogling the actresses on the red carpet. [photo: Ethan Miller/Getty]
The SAG Awards were certainly the classiest awards show to find a way to nominate a cast member from the Lifetime network’s Flowers in the Attic. But we also like how the SAG Awards found a place to nominate Orphan Black‘s Tatiana Maslany, and a few other important actresses of fine form.
But the SAG Awards Winners are also a great way to get insight into the Oscars. We’d go with the Producers Guild Awards for Best Picture (they’re saying Birdman), but the SAG Awards can help out in other parts of the Oscar betting pool. Take a look at the winners here, and then get a lot of confidence to bet unreasonable sums of money that you can’t really afford. We’re sure inspired…
