Fun fact: a golf ball will travel further on hot days because the air is less dense, so it takes less velocity to travel. Let’s take it back to physics and Newton’s Law- once something is moving you don’t need a force to keep it moving. As long as your moving on the days you feel worn down or like you’ve been thrown in the oven, if you just keep moving you’ll travel further than you thought you could. You’ve got to keep moving. After all, the momentum of an object depends on the direction of its movement. Keep putting one foot in front of the other. Keep your head up and just go. Go full force. Give it all you’ve got. Utilize every single moment. Take advantage of every single day. 💥

Your attitude determines your altitude & baby we wayyyyy up. Life gets good when you learn to soak up every single moment. Take it all in. Become mindful. Get out of your comfort zone. Explore. Learn. Create. A lot of times we think life will get better when we fulfill a void- yet when that void is filled we don’t always feel completed. It’s like telling yourself once you get older you’ll learn not to worry then you get older and life doesn’t feel like it should, or when you get money it will be easy but then you get money and still feel broke, or once you fall in love you’ll be happy but then you fall in love and there is still a hole, or once you get your dream home life will be better, but you get it and then you want a bigger one. Today, I challenge you to grow exactly where your planted and stop worrying about filling certain voids in your life. At the end of the day we want satisfaction. Satisfaction comes from within. It can’t be bought, borrowed, or stolen. It’s found within you.

Today’s reminder is to practice self-love and acceptance. To remind yourself that you are good. You are worthy. You are deserving. You are smart and you are capable. We have this tendency to fall into a trap of compassion because of the agreements we have made with ourselves. We have made these agreements over time. They have been instilled in us, taught to us, attached to us, and created by others and ourselves. Many times we create these agreements based on the need of acceptance and approval of others -those we love and those we want to feel accepted by. We fear rejection from others, yet we continually reject ourself. “Self-rejection is the biggest sin you commit.” “Nobody abuses us more than we abuse ourselves.” (Please read these two quotes again, ponder them, remind yourself not to fall into the self-rejection or abusive trap) Where there is more self love there is less abuse! Self abuse comes from self rejection- we have this idea or need to be perfect. We’ve created an image of perfection and when we don’t measure up to that image we began to reject ourselves which then leads to not accepting our ourselves or others. Today, if you find yourself in a comparison trap I want to remind you that, “comparison is the thief of joy.” It’s such a waste to get stuck in this rut- it’s black magic when you need pure magic. Words set us free depending on how they are used -but they can also enslave you more than you know. Misusing your word is black magic. Choose to keep your magic pure. Hook your attention on the words that enter your mind for the better. Your mind is so fertile choose to plant the seed that will produce a bountiful harvest in your mind. Receive the seed of love by creating positive words and reciting them to yourself. When you love yourself you express that action as you interact with yourself and others which causes you to be impeccable (without sin- not using your word against you & taking responsibility for your actions but not blaming yourself) with your words to produce a like reaction. How you speak to yourself, how you love yourself, and how you feel about yourself are proportionate to your quality of life and integrity. Keep transcending

There is no knowledge, that is not power. What you know is powerful, but what you do with what you know is crucial to not only your personal growth but also to help others benefit. “When you use your personal power you develop clarity of purpose, focus, and a passion for life that magnetizes others to you.” Each one of us is equip with unique gifts. I love the parable in the Bible about Talents. A talent is a gift or skill. In the Bible a man entrusted his servants with talents; To one he gave five talents,[b] to another two, to another one. He who had received the 5⃣talents went at once and traded with them, and he made five talents more. So also he who had the 2⃣ talents made two talents more. But he who had received the 1⃣talent went and dug in the ground and hid his master's money. If you can be fulfilled and entrusted over little, God will grant you more. Don’t be like the servant who was given one talent- he was afraid and buried his talent.(▶ “fear always springs from ignorance”)If you have a talent you best go use that talent to the best of your ability. Dive in. Give it 110%. 💯Use your talent daily. Let’s keep relying and depending on God. Let’s keep using our skills and talents to further his kingdom for that is when you will see abundance.🚀

Happy Tuesday beautiful humans. Real quick -Imposter syndrome means sometimes as I am trying to fulfill my purpose, “I feel like a fake.” “I wanna be wise, but I feel like a fool.” You feel unworthy or as if you’re not enough. Many doers and dreamers find themselves feeling this way. 🙋🏼‍♀️Is anybody under the pressure of an expectation of this feeling? When you feel this way the tendency is to prove it. We prove ____, but when you do it to prove it, it takes the joy out of it. Don’t do it for the wrong motives. You can show the world who you are, but don’t do it for the gratification of others. We all perform our lives for one another all the time. There is so much pressure to perform that it has become common and it’s killing it. If we live our lives to perform for others it will kill us. What’s killing you? What do you need to purposely stay away from in this season of your life? What do you need to stop thinking about? Who do you need to stop comparing yourself too? You’ve got a burden on you that you weren’t built for when you compare yourself to someone else who has a different calling. I struggle with this feeling often, the pressure of giving 110% and being on my A game, but I just have to remind myself to continue to be the confident transparent imperfect human that I am. It’s ok to be a beautiful mess. It’s ok to not always know. It’s ok to not have it all figured out, tbh nobody does anyhow. Just keep going and continue to stay true to you. 🌿
