It’s the Nationals vs. Dodgers. Stephen Strasburg vs. Walker Buehler. Washington and Los Angeles are set to square off in a winner-take-all Game 5 at Dodger Stadium on Wednesday, October 9 as they wrap up the National League Division Series in the second game of a doubleheader on TBS.
Both Strasburg and Buehler earned a win in their first time out to the mound this series.
“It’s kind of all hands on deck and go as long as you can, (be) as good as you can and try and get out of it as clean as you can,” said Buehler, via ESPN.com. “So we’re excited. I think the thing that’s kind of lost in playoff baseball is that it’s really fun and I think the pressure and things like that, if you spin it in your head the right way, it can make it more fun. So that’s our plan.”
The Dodgers enter the game as a -156 favorite.
