The reason I don’t compete is because I believe I need another year or two to put more size on my quads, hamstrings, CALVES, and shoulders before even considering stepping on stage. Therefore I have been on a thick 👏🏼 thigh 👏🏼 mission 👏🏼👏🏼 this year. ⠀ I started looking back at photos from before 2019 (when lower body training wasn’t a priority) to see if I could see any differences in my legs with similar poses. I came across these – the first two comparisons are eight months apart and the third one is seven months. ⠀ It’s nice to see small changes over the months and all the hard work you put in day in and day out pay off. That’s why taking progress photos/videos and having a before & after album is extremely important in documenting progress, keeping the momentum going, and holding yourself accountable! ⠀ Far from where I want to be, but 1% better everyday. Happy lifting 💪🏽🦵🏽

Been working in the nightlife industry for over six years, but today makes 500 days sober 🎊🥳 throughout this journey I’ve proven to myself I can be around unlimited amounts of alcohol (and drugs, let’s be real) half the days of the week and still have the self-control to say “no.” Facing my demons – the vices, addictions, and attachments; not only alcohol but ANYTHING that held any sort of power over me – and overcoming them has been paramount to my personal development and evolution. Acknowledging your demons and actively working on putting them to rest is hard. Taking responsibility for your life and not blaming your circumstances, upbringing, environment, or past is hard. Having power over your own thoughts and mind is hard. Reflection is hard. Change is hard. It’s complex, it’s messy, and it is painful, but it is imperative for growth, happiness, and inner-peace. There’s still so much for me to learn and improve on mentally, physically, and spiritually, but I now know every “challenge” or “obstacle” is actually a blessing – an opportunity to grow and become the best version of myself I can possibly be.
