The 2019 MTV VMAs take place on Monday, August 26. The awards ceremony — hosted by comedian Sebastian Maniscalco — is the 36th edition of the annual Video Music Awards and will air live at 8:00 p.m. ET across a number of networks.
The most nominated artists entering the ceremony are Taylor Swift and Ariana Swift with 10 nods apiece.
Among the performers are Swift, Camila Cabello and her former Fifth Harmony partner Normani, Lil Nas X, Bad Bunny, Fetty Wap, J Balvin, and the Jonas Brothers. The preshow will feature performances from Ava Max, CNCO, and Megan Thee Stallion.
