With Avengers: Endgame done and out of the way, the Marvel Cinematic Universe is about to change completely. However, this doesn’t mean change is only happening to the Marvel movies; instead, with Disney’s coming launch of their streaming program Disney+, Marvel Studios is gearing up to pack it full of new stories, characters, drama, and action.

To keep you up to date, Marvel has announced eight brand new titles that will be landing on the streaming service over the course of the next few years. These new titles consist of seven live-action series and the studios’ first attempt at an animated series; this makes a whopping total of eight brand new series. Each of these eight titles is known as a “limited series” meaning that the total amount of episodes is already determined and will showcase one complete story arc for the characters involved. It should be known that not all of these limited series will be taking place during the M.C.U’s Phase 4. Some of these programs will feature their own timeline, maybe in a completely different dimension.

To see what Marvel has in store for us on Disney+ keep on scrolling. Vote on which programs you’re most excited for in the poll at the bottom of the post.

The Falcon And The Winter Soldier – Fall 2020

Set not too long after the events of Avengers: Endgame, ‘Sam Wilson’, A.K.A ‘Falcon’, takes on the Stars and Stripes, that ‘Cap’ bestowed upon him, to fight the world’s crime. Helping him fight crime is ‘Bucky Barnes’, A.K.A ‘Winter Soldier’. So lookout ‘Baro Zemo’ these two are still hunting ‘Hydra’.

WandaVision – Spring 2021

All we truly know about this series so far is that ‘Vision’ will be returning somehow (characters never stay dead in comics) and maybe the ‘Mind Stone’ may be returning as well. However, other M.C.U characters are planned to show up throughout this series. These characters are Kat Dennings (Thor), Randall Park (Ant-Man and the Wasp), and Teyonah Parris, who will play a grown Monica Rambeau (a character seen as a little girl in Captain Marvel). We can’t wait to see what adventure awaits the ‘Scarlet Witch’ and ‘Vision’.

Loki – Spring 2021

God of mischief and trickery ‘Loki’ is getting his own Disney+ series. This show will take place right after ‘Loki’ steals the ‘Tesseract’ in Avengers: Endgame. Not much is known about the show’s story or who the protagonist will come across but we are sure that this adventure will take us through a completely different timeline and dimension.

What If…? – Summer 2021

Directed by Bryan Andrews (Skyscraper)

This is the only animated series that the studio is currently constructing, so far. This show will be featuring a massive cast of characters all played by the M.C.U actors that we know so well. Each episode in this limited series will feature a “What If” scenario for each character from the M.C.U.

Hawkeye – Fall 2021

All that is known about this series so far is that ‘Hawkeye’ (Jeremy Renner) will be training ‘Kate Bishop’ to one day take the mantle of ‘Hawkeye’. No news about casting for ‘Kate Bishop’s character has been announced yet.

Ms. Marvel – Unannounced

Announced over the weekend at D23 Expo 2019, Ms. Marvel will feature the teenage hero ‘Kamala Khan’ as she goes through her daily life as both a teenage girl and hero from Jersey City. Little known fact, ‘Kamala Khan’ is an ‘inhuman’; neither human or mutant.

Moon Knight – Unannounced

‘Marc Spector’, A.K.A ‘Moon Knight’, is coming to live-action for the first time. Nothing is known about this program, other than the fact that it’s happening.

She-Hulk – Unannounced

Like Moon Knight, pretty much everything about this program is being kept under the wraps; however, Kevin Feige did hint at D23 that Mark Ruffalo (‘Bruce Banner/Hulk’) could make an appearance during the show. This would make sense since ‘Jennifer Walters’, A.K.A ‘She-Hulk’, is ‘Bruce Banner’s cousin and only becomes ‘She-Hulk’ after a blood transfusion between the two when ‘Walters’ is injured.

That’s all of the Marvel shows heading to the Disney’s new streaming service. Disney+ is scheduled to release November 12th, 2019 at $7.99 a month or bundle it with ESPN+ and Hulu for $12.99 a month.
