Hannah Brown is finally set to have another shot at love when season 15 of The Bachelorette kicks off. The 24-year-old former Miss Alabama USA graduated from the University of Alabama and is also an interior designer. During her time in college, she was a member of the Alpha Upsilon Chapter of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority.
Brown most recently appeared on last of The Bachelor but was eliminated by Colton Underwood in Week 7 after meeting his family.
“Ultimately, I was very shocked when I went home just because I didn’t understand why I got to get to that part of your life if you didn’t have those feelings for me. Getting your heart broke sucks, but I grew as a person,” she said on the Women Tell All episode of The Bachelor while sitting next to Underwood, according to Good Morning America. “I think we all grew, and I hope you’re so happy and you get to choose somebody every day and they get to choose you back and I hope that for myself.”
Whoever ultimately wins Brown’s heart will not only be getting a beauty queen, but a bright young woman who graduated with a magna cum laude degree from Alabama’s College of Communication and Information Technology.
Season 15 of The Bachelorette will begin on Monday, May 13 on ABC. The episodes — which begin every week at 8:00 p.m. ET — will also be available online or on your mobile device through the ABC app and ABC.com/live so you never have to miss a second of the action.
