Lily Collins, born on March 18, 1989, Guildford, United Kingdom, is an English actress who is best known for her role as Elizabeth Kloepfer in the Ted Bundy movie Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile.
Born in Surrey, England, Collins is the daughter of famed English musician Phil Collins, who is known for his hit single “In The Air Tonight.”
When she was just 7-years-old, Collins moved to Los Angeles, California, and began attending the Harvard-Westlake School.
For college, Collins attended the University of Southern California, eventually graduating with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.
Collins’ professional acting career in the United States began in the year 2009 when she appeared as Collins Tuohy in the award-winning film The Blind Side and as Phoebe Abrams in the remake of 90210.
Following her appearance in The Blind Side, Collins went on to star in major motion pictures such as Priest, Abduction, Mirror Mirror, Stuck in Love, The English Teacher, The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones, Love, Rosie, Rules Don’t Apply, To the Bone, Okja, and Here Comes the Grump.
In addition to 90210, Collins also made various appearances on television shows such as The Last Tycoon and Les Misérables.
Collins’ career took a massive step forward in 2019 when she starred opposite Zac Efron in the Ted Bundy biopic Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile and starred as Edith Bratt opposite Nicholas Hoult in the J.R.R. Tolkien biopic Tolkien.
In the years to come, Collins will star as Misty Dawn in Halo of Stars and as Lauren in the American thriller film Inhertiance.
