Cameron Wallace has been identified as the 21-year-old Miami University student who has been arrested and charged for allegedly threatening to shoot up his fraternity house.
According to reports, Wallace — who is a brother of the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity — allegedly made threats of violence against the organization and its members after he was suspended.
Court records indicate that Wallace, of Springboro, Ohio, stormed the fraternity to fight a member, threatened a mass shooting, and said he kept a “hit list” of fraternity brothers.
Specifically, records say that Wallace entered on fraternity on Saturday, April 20 and attacked one of its members by “kicking and choking him.”
In addition to the assault, Wallace also threatened to exact revenge on the fraternity by making allegations of sexual assault and hazing.
Wallace was reportedly arrested on Wednesday, May 1 and charged with aggravated menacing. Following his arrest, Wallace was taken to the nearby Butler County Jail.
In a statement, the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity organization confirmed that Cameron Wallace has been officially removed and banned from the fraternity.
A Bulter County judge ordered Wallace, who is due back in court on Thursday, June 6, not to have any contact with the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity or any of its members.
