Omeretta the Great, born June 20, 1996, is a rising star in the rap industry who has built her following through social media with platforms like SoundCloud, Twitter and Instagram. On Instagram, the budding star currently has nearly 1 million followers, showing her wide appeal.
She is known for her creative and raw flow.
The 22-year-old is one of the up-and-comers out of the Atlanta hip hop scene with popular tracks like “Zero F*cks,” “No More Love” and “Show Me Sum.”
In 2019, Omeretta dropped Welcome to the Jungle, her first project since 2016.
“I’m excited because this is my first project since 2016 and I feel like this is the first time that people will actually be able to see my real talent and me being comfortable in the studio,” she said in an interview with NiaChantal.com. “They’ll be able to see what I can do for real [with] my creativity but I’m nervous because I don’t know what to expect or how people are going to feel about it.”
Omeretta’s father passed away when she was a toddler. And, according to the internet rumors, he would have been one of the hottest emcees in the game. Omeretta appeared to have picked up on that passion from an early age and decided to pick up rapping when she was a teenager.
