Victoria Baamonde is one of the newcomers on the 38th season of the long-running CBS reality series Survivor. This season, dubbed Edge of Extinction, was filmed in Mamanuca Islands, Figi. Victoria immediately emerged as one of the hardest players on the season and her strategic and conniving performances at tribal council were always a hit.
The 23-year-old waitress from the Bronx was confident coming onto the show and believed she had everything it took to bring home the one million dollar prize.
“I truly think I have everything it takes to outwit, outplay, and outlast. I am and always have been a hustler. I work hard to achieve my goals. I’m sociable, very smart, strong, and self-aware enough to know when to tone down the quantities that make me a threat,” Victoria said in her official CBS bio.
“I’m not afraid to lie and backstab, but I’m smart enough to know without alliances and bonds, you will never win.”
She describes herself as “controlling, ambitious, and witty.”
