Donald Trump has done it again, and this time he can’t blame the government shutdown. After making headlines for serving the Clemson football team a fast food spread during their White House visit to celebrate their national championship win, he decided to do the same for the North Dakota State Bison, who claimed the 2018 FCS national championship.
The Bison made the trip to the nation’s capital on Monday, March 4 and were treated with the same kind of hospitality that the Tigers received.
At the time of Clemson’s visit, there was a partial government shutdown. So in a press release from Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Democrats were blamed for players receiving the greasy meal. A statement read: “Because the Democrats refuse to negotiate on border security, much of the residence staff at the White House is furloughed — so the President is personally paying for the event to be catered with some of everyone’s favorite fast foods.”
But now we are just starting to think Trump really loves getting to live out the fantasy of having his personal fast food buffet.
North Dakota State’s buffet included Big Macs from McDonald’s and some chicken sandwiches from Chick-fil-a. We have to admit, too, Clemson kind of got screwed during their visit based on the lack of Chick-fil-A alone.

Just look how happy this man looks:
During the 2016 campaign, it was said that the four major food groups onboard Donald Trump’s private plane were “McDonald’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, pizza and Diet Coke.” Looking at the meal he provided the national champions, we have no reason to doubt that was true.
God bless America.
