The Super Bowl is just days away, meaning the country attention is now solely fixed on the big game and every detail of it … including jersey colors.
Luckily for both neutral fans and loyal fans, the Los Angeles Rams will be wearing their gorgeous and timeless throwback blue jerseys, meaning the New England Patriots will be in their white jerseys — the color they’ve worn in their last three Super Bowl appearances.
The New England Patriots have worn their white jerseys against the Philadelphia Eagles (twice), the Atlanta Falcons, and the Seattle Seahawks, and wore their blue jerseys against the Los Angeles Rams, Carolina Panthers, and New York Giants (twice). Overall, the Patriots are 3-1 while wearing their white jerseys in the Super Bowl, with their only loss in white coming to the Philadelphia Eagles last season.
The Los Angeles Rams were the team that was allowed to chose which jersey they’d be wearing as the NFC was selected as the “home team” in Super Bowl LIII months ago.
The Rams, who have made two previous Super Bowl appearances and won one, will be wearing their throwback blues for the first time, as their previous two Super Bowl appearances came when they were the St. Louis Rams.
