After over a decade as one of America’s Most Eligible Bachelors (and Most Eligible Virgins), former Heisman Trophy-winner and NFL quarterback and current New York Mets minor leaguer Tim Tebow proposed to Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters, a beauty queen that has been named Miss South Africa and Miss Universe in the past.
Tebow — the now 31-year-old who played for the Denver Broncos, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, and New England Patriots — began dating Nel Peters back in 2017 when she was the reigning Miss Universe.
As everyone has known since his college football days at the University of Florida, Tebow is an extremely godly man, which is why he remained abstinent until marriage. However, now that Tebow is officially engaged, it’s only a matter of time until the holy Mets minor leaguer pops his cherry.
And as Twitter always does, it hilariously reacted to the news that Tebow’s final days as a virgin have begun.

At this time, there is no word as to when or where Tebow and Nel Peters’ marriage will be, but we have a feeling that good ole’ Timmy is going to want to officially tie the knot sooner rather than later.
