Jessica-Jane Clement — an English woman who was born on February 24, 1985, in South Yorkshire, England — is a TV host and actress who is best known for starring in the BBC series The Real Hustle from 2006 to 2012.
Clement, who was born in Sheffield, attended High Storrs School before eventually going on to study Performing Arts and Psychology at The Sheffield College. After her college graduation, Clement hopped across to the pond to the Dartington College of Arts and The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York City.
Following the turn of the century, Clement began acting in the year 2000 at just 15-year-old old, appearing in stage productions such as Threepenny Opera and The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe.
Clement’s breakthrough to the mainstream came in the year 2006 when she was cast in the BBC series The Real Hustle.
The Real Hustle, which was a spin-off of the series Hustle, saw Clement demonstrate con-artist/magic tricks, distraction scams, and proposition bets on members of the public in an effort to show viewers how to avoid being fooled by such tricks. Clement appeared on The Real Hustle from 2006 to 2012.
Following the fame she garnered from The Real Hustle, Clement also starred in a plethora of specials about the series, such as The 12 Scams Of Christmas, Winter Special, Worlds’ Greatest Bar Bets, Best Ever Cons, Don’t Miss A Trick and The Real Hustle Around the World.
After her role in The Real Hustle, Clement went on to appear in bit part roles in projects such as The Smoke, Devil’s Tower, The Auction House, Gangsters, Gamblers and Geezer, Cannibals and Carpet Fitters, Order Of Kings: The Dark Kingdom, Black Site, and Dead Ringer.
