One of the biggest pillars of Netflix’s original content, it appears that Black Mirror is on the verge of a return, with both season five and a mysterious movie being rumored to drop before the end of 2018.
The movie, titled Black Mirror: Bandersnatch, will reportedly be released on Friday, December 28. As for what a “Bandersnatch” is, it is a fictional creature that appears in the Lewis Carroll “nonsense” poem Jaberwocky.
Other than that, and in typical shady Black Mirror fashion, not much is known about Bandersnatch, which was originally believed to merely be the title of a season five episode.
And in typical Netflix fashion, it turns out they’ve been dropping subtle hints and references to “Bandersnatch” all along:
At this time, it is not known whether Black Mirror: Bandersnatch will be the long-awaited “choose your own adventure” version of the show.
Netflix’s Black Mirror: Bandersnatch film is rumored to be released on the streaming service on Friday, December 28, as they previously tweeted-and-deleted a preview of their December content schedule. Conversely, the release date for Season 5 of Black Mirror is not known at this time.
While details about the upcoming Black Mirror Miley Cyrus will be appearingprojects are scarce, one fact that has been confirmed is that at some point during the fifth season.
