According to an announcement from Northwestern’s Interfraternity Council and Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life on Tuesday, December 11, a student conduct panel found the fraternity responsible for distributing alcohol to minors.

In their statement, the Northwestern’s Interfraternity Council and Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life said a panel consisting of Northwestern staff and students found that Beta Theta Pi violated social rules and were responsible for “misconduct within the student conduct process.
