The first College Football Playoff Top 25 rankings are going to be revealed tonight on ESPN. While Nick Saban’s defending champion Alabam Crimson Tide is a lock for the number one overall spot, the rest of the field is not as much of a sure thing.

The College Football Playoff, which was introduced in 2014, features the top 4 ranked teams in the country in a knockout-style tournament: the #1 seed faces off against the #4 seed, the #2 seed faces off against the #3 seed, and the winners of those two semi-finals meet in the College Football Playoff National Championship.

The College Football Playoff National Championship Game is set for January 7 at 8 p.m. at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
