Sgt. Ann Marie Guerra, the second-in-command at the 72nd Precinct Detectives Squad in New York City, reportedly shoved her underwear in a co-worker’s mouth after he complained about her leaving underwear around the unisex locker room.

Detective Victor Falcon filed a complaint with the NYPD’s Equal Employment Opportunity as a result of the incident.

According to reports, Guerra — a 38-year-old mother of two — yelled “they are f–king clean!” as she shoved her underwear into Falcon’s mouth. The incident reportedly happened on Sunday, October 7.

Additionally, Falcon claimed in the complaint that Guerra allegedly said if a girl didn’t call Falcon back, it is because he “had a little d**k.” Falcon also stated in the official complaint that Guera stated that she “used a dildo on her husband during intercourse.”

The New York Daily News reports that Guerra is the squad room’s second-in-command, which makes her responsible for approving overtime and changing detectives’ shifts.

“She is a piece of work,” one source said. “She is always emasculating men and commenting on the size of their anatomy. She’s a bullying man-hater.”

“In the push for gender equality, she’s made it — just not in a good way,” the source said. A second source said some aspects of the EEO complaint were being disputed.

Guerra wasn’t trying to gag the detective — just rub his nose in it a little, the source said. “She just put it up to his nose,” the source said, chalking up the incident to “exaggerated squad room banter.”

In addition to the alleged panty raid on his face, Falcon claimed Guerra had repeatedly denied his shift-change requests so he could make court custody hearings about his autistic son, sources who have seen the document said. She had also delayed approving his overtime requests, sources said.

A spokesman for the New York Police Department said that the Detective Bureau was investigating “an incident” between the two officers but would not any additional comments.
