The Early Years
Santorum was born in Winchester, Virginia, growing up between West Virginia and Pennsylvania, going on to attend Pennsylvania State University for his undergraduate studies, where he served as chairman of the university’s College Republicans chapter. By 1981, he also completed a one-year MBA program at the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.
