Ariana Kukors, 28, is an American competition swimmer and former Olympic athlete who is a former world record holder in the 200-meter individual medley.

During her international competition career, Kukors won a total of seven medals: two golds, three silvers, and two bronze spanning the World and the Pan Pacific Championships. In 2012, she placed fifth in the 200-meter individual medley event at the Summer Olympics in London.

She graduated from Auburn Mountainview High School in Auburn, Washington in 2007. In college, Kukors swam for the Washington Huskies swim team at the University of Washington for one year but left the university after the swim teams were cut as a cost-saving measure by the UW athletic department.

In August 2009, Kukors relocated to Fullerton, California to train with the Fullerton Aquatics Sports Team, after her coach Sean Hutchison was named head coach. Kukors graduated from Chapman University with a bachelor’s degree in business in 2012.

Kukors currently trains with fellow Olympic athletes such as Katie Hoff, Margaret Hoelzer, and Caroline Burckle. She is sponsored by TYR. Following her competition career, Ariana is now a mindset coach at Compete To Create, a performance center founded by Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll and “high-performance psychologist” Michael Gervais.
