She was born on February 1, 1991, in Huntington Beach, California. At the age of 15, Tookes became a model after being inspired by world-famous supermodel Tyra Banks. In 2010, Tookes received her first taste of commercial success as she modeled for ad campaigns for ugg boots and GAP.
In October 2011, during one performance at the “Lincoln Center Presents: An Evening With Ralph Lauren”, Tookes’ appearance and overall beauty really impressed Oprah Winfrey who was sitting in attendance.
