Another month has come and gone and while new games come out weekly, the amazing people at Microsoft have revealed what free games they will blessing Xbox Live Gold members in October. Following the awesome lineup in September, this month’s lineup offers a much more relaxing but mentally taxing games!
Leading the lineup on Xbox One, the critically acclaimed Gone Home: Console Edition will take players on an adventure through a desolate house with one question in mind… “where did everyone go?” The second title on the list, The Turing Test, takes players to one of Jupiter’s moons, Europa, in this first person puzzler set in space. Medal of Honor: Airborne and Rayman 3 HD will both be available for Xbox 360 owners. While these titles are technically Xbox 360 titles they are both backwards compatible, meaning Xbox One players can play them with no problems.

A first person puzzle game set in space sound like a boring time, but The Turing Test manages to weave a cryptic tale within it’s great and phenomenal puzzles all set on one of Jupiter’s moons, Europa. Uncover the secrets of the International Space Agency while uncovering themes of mortality in this introspective game.

Xbox 360
Rayman 3 HD
This faithful remaster of Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havok lets players play Rayman’s third adventure in glorius HD. This title is fully playable on Xbox One as well!

Medal of Honor: Airborne
Medal of Honor: Airborne is a World War II shooter that allows players to play as soldiers being dropped into battle from planes above. Battles are Medal of Honor quality and high energy!
