A former psychiatric patient attacked four civilians then attacked three police officers in Toulouse, France. The knifeman was reportedly shouting Allahu Akbar.
According to the Daily Mail, the unidentified man, 42, stuck officers before they subdued and arrested him. The man continued to scream Allahu Akbar as he was wrestled to the ground before bursting into tears.
Two of the civilian victims were taken to the Toulouse-Rangueil hospital. French police say the alleged perpetrator was released from a psychiatric hospital in April.
