Destiny 2’s main game has been out less than a week and already the next plans in the Destiny world are out in the wild. Rumors has been swirling around the downloadable content (DLC) recently after reports that it would take place on the planet of Mercury. Now, after a recent leak on the Xbox Store, we have finally learned that the first Destiny 2 DLC will indeed take place on Mercury.
Titled: Destiny 2 – Expansion I: Curse of Osiris, the DLC will follow players as they “journey through time and space to learn the secrets of Osiris, avert a dark future, and rebuild the ties between the legendary Warlock and his greatest student–Ikora Rey,” the pack’s description reads. The character of Osiris has been teased since the first Destiny but this will be the first time fans can finally see the famed Warlock.
Featuring new story missions set on Mercury, the planet will also feature the new “Infinite Forest” which will definitely be full of new loot to collect and enemies to kill! New multiplayer maps and “new co-op adventures” will keep you and your friends playing for a while!
