The state of California has way too much weed, and apparently it’s a problem. Cannabis growers in the Golden State have produced far more product than the California market can handle. Consumers aren’t keeping up with the pot smoke, while the production rates are exploding.

“We are producing too much,” said Hezekiah Allen, executive director of the California Growers’ Association. He also mentioned that state-licensed growers “are going to have to scale back. We are on a painful downsizing curve.”

One state has too much weed, while the other is running out of ganja by the second. But brain-dead bureaucratic regulations stop the free flow of cannabis between Nevada and California, as state legislation prevents California growers from exporting their product.
