BUCKS COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE

Cosmo DiNardo, the Bucks County man who authorities called “a person of interest” in the disappearance of four men, has been arrested.

DiNardo, 20, who once sold guns and marijuana and bragged about having someone killed over a debt, was arrest on a $5 million cash bail.

Police found the remains of Dean Finocchiaro, 19, of Middletown, Pennsylvania, on the property owned by Dinardo.

“We have found human remains in an approximately 12-and-a-half-foot deep common grave that we have painstakingly dug. And I am very, very sad to say that we can now identity Dean Finocchiaro, 19 years old, of Middletown, as one of the people that was found buried in that grave,” said Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub.

Finocchiaro was missing since Friday, July 7. He was one of four missing people that authorities are searching for. Jimi Patrick, 19, of Newtown, 21-year-old Tom Meo from Plumstead, and 22-year-old Mark Sturgis from Pennsburg all remain missing.

Weintraub says additional human remains were found inside the grave at the Solebury Township property owned by the family of a person of interest in the case. The discovery comes as 20-year-old Cosmo DiNardo, a person of interest, is back in custody and being held on $5 million cash bail.

Weintraub said on Wednesday afternoon that DiNardo is back in custody for stealing a car owned by Meo. Weintraub stated that DiNardo also attempted to sell Meo’s 1996 Nissan Maxima for $500 the day after his disappearance.

According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Eric Beitz of Bensalem said that he and his friends had hung out often in recent weeks with Cosmo DiNardo, and said DiNardo came off as agreeable on the surface but routinely sold firearms, spoke about killing people, and seemed to have “ulterior motives.”

Police are asking anyone with further information to call 215-297-8201.
