After a long wait, the E3 2017 press conference schedule is finally here.
The dates for the conference have been widely known for a while now (June 13-15), but now we learned about when the press will receive exclusive access to visit the game developers as part of a preliminary showing of the upcoming convention.
Like last year, EA will not be participating in the event in-person, instead opting to host a special E3 event called EA Play in Hollywood. Nintendo also opted out of having a presence at the event, instead choosing to live stream its Nintendo Switch presentation remotely.

EA Play | Begins at 12:00 PM PST
EA shows up first in the lineup with a live-stream presentation from “EA Play” at The Hollywood Palladium in California.
During this, we hope to hear plenty of fun news about the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront 2 re-release and the oh-so-mysterious Visceral Games’ Star Wars Adventure. Some other titles we’d like to hear about include sports games like Madden, FIFA, and the like.
Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford already confirmed that Borderlands 3 was in development, and we expect a showing from them here too.

Microsoft | 2:00 PM PST
Microsoft has a laundry list of talking points to be featured during their premiere showing, but VR on Xbox didn’t make the cut. This alludes to some upcoming announcements they may make about new innovations in the PC gaming sphere. Microsoft also confirmed a new update, dubbed Project Scorpio to the Xbox One ecosystem, so we’re waiting with bated breath for that to come out.
We’ll also learn a bit about the sequel State of Decay 2. Aside from that, we’re not sure what to expect.
Bethesda | 9:00 PM PST
Bethesda has always been a tough cookie with releasing sneak peeks and insider information. Fans are hyped over recent hints at a new sci-fi game called Starfield. Rumor has it that the story ties together the Fallout and Elder Scrolls universes. We’re also anticipating Quake Champions, a game that ties together much of what makes the original arena series legendary with elements of Overwatch mixed in-between.
We also expect that The Evil Within 2 and the next Wolfenstein game will be discussed in more detail.
Devolver Digital | 10:00 PM PST
Devolver Digital has been elusive in giving out information about its showing at E3. However, the company recently released information about a new game called The Swords of Ditto on Twitter, a cartoon-y action-adventure game with playful battles and an RPG feel.

PC Gaming Show | 10:00 AM PST
It would be nice if they announced news of integrating Phayerunknown’s Battlegrounds onto console, but that’s unlikely to happen. Instead, they may just announce plans to add extra content and features to the current game.
Ubisoft | 1:00 PM PST
Ubisoft’s flagship franchise, Assassin’s Creed, is supposed to make a return later this year, with a rumored title being Assassin’s Creed: Origins. The widely-successful Far Cry series should make a splash on the set, and The Crew 2 is expected to make a showing as well.
Sony | 6:00 PM PST
Sony’s long-standing series God of War should be announced and given lots of attention, just like the hot new sequel The Last of Us 2. We also hope to get lots more information on their experimental new game, Days Gone.

Nintendo Spotlight | 9:00 AM PST
This is the perfect opportunity for Nintendo to finally show off their acclaimed new features for the Switch. First off, we expect to be shared more juicy information about the new Super Mario Odyssey will be showcased and possibly played, just like Breath of the Wild was last year. We also expect a sequel to the popular Animal Crossing series to be released on the Switch. Apparently the news briefing will only last 30 minutes, so we won’t expect too much new stuff from them.
At 9:30, Nintendo’s Treehouse Live event starts with announcements related to the upcoming 3DS and Switch games. One confirmed title to be discussed during this segment is Pokken Tournament DX.
