First of all, Friendly’s still being in business is the upset of the century as far as I’m concerned. The fact that there are still Friendly’s on Earth is the real story here. I thought that Friendly’s had gone the way of pay phones and Blockbusters, but yet here we are in 2017, and Friendly’s are still alive and kicking. I mean, yeah, they’re getting robbed at knife point by people pretending to be blind, but other than that — still kicking!
According to reports, an intoxicated woman who claimed she was blind allegedly robbed a waitress at knifepoint at Massachusetts Friendly’s
Police are currently searching for the unidentified woman, who approached a waitress in the Friendly’s located at 699 Hancock Street in Quincy, Massachusettes around 8 PM on Sunday, May 21.
The woman allegedly told the waitress that she was partially blind and asked the employee to lead her to the restroom before pulling the knife on her.

Quincy police said that the woman arrived at the Hancock Street restaurant around 8 p.m. Sunday. She then asked a server to walk her to the restroom, saying she was partially blind and unable to get there alone, according to police.
Once they reached the bathroom door, the woman allegedly pulled out a black knife and used it to threaten the waitress, demanding that she hand over all of her money. Shortly after the waitress complied, the woman fled the store and headed south on Hancock Street, police said.
Police are still searching for the suspect, who has been described as a white woman with dark hair and a medium build. According to police, she was wearing a black jacket, a pink shirt, and black pants.
“We are working with local law enforcement and due to the ongoing investigation we cannot comment any further,” Friendly’s said in a statement to Boston.com.
Furthermore, witnesses at the scene told Quincy police that the woman appeared to be under the influence of either drugs or alcohol.
