Unless you’ve been living under a rock this past year, you’ve probably noticed that Donald Trump and the “liberal media” particularly CNN has been verbally jousting non-stop. Well, last night Anderson Cooper gave a whole new meaning of shit talking about the president.
On CNN’s AC360, there was more “intellectual debating” going on regarding more Trump-Russia mumbo-jumbo. And after political commentator Jeffrey Lord finished his point, our host Anderson Cooper very eloquently responded by saying, “If he (Trump) took a dump on his desk, you would defend it. I don’t know what he would do that you would not defend.”
Yikes! I mean, way to stay professional as a representative of one of the top media agencies in the world.
By the way, what’s the deal with the news/entertainment media and Trump? It’s like they’re that girl in middle school who always bothers you every day and then finally you find out it’s because she has a crush on you. Are they secretly in-love with Donald Trump? Is he such a yuge source of ratings/revenue that almost no one in the media will ever shut the f**k up about him? It has been 24/7 Trump coverage ever since the day he stepped off that escalator and announced his presidency, and yet, they’re shocked he’s now President of the United States? You gotta be kidding me, folks!
But back to the “professional objective newscaster.” Anderson Cooper later apologized for his on-air statements, which may have been a bit crude for someone not on a prime-time cartoon sitcom.
Cooper later sent out a Tweet apologizing once more for his “crude” on-air behavior. “I regret the crude sentence I spoke earlier tonight and followed it up by apologizing on air,” the CNN host tweeted. “It was unprofessional. I am genuinely sorry.”
Hopefully, Anderson Pooper isn’t full of sh*t. Now, get back to your rumor mill, buddy!
