Two Texas women were arrested after one of them called 911 on herself for being “too drunk to drive.”
Friendswood, Texas police said Marissa Ann Sluss, 25, called police around 3:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 4, claiming that she was too intoxicated to drive her vehicle. Sluss said her friend who was in the car with her, Hannah Marie Webb, 20, also told her she was too intoxicated to drive.
Officers found the Sluss and Web stopped in the middle of the road on the 100 block of West Parkwood Avenue. According to police, Sluss was on her phone and smelled of alcohol. Furthermore, Sluss told the responding officer that she called 911 because Webb was not “complying.”

Officers said they found the women stopped in the middle of the road on the 100 block of West Parkwood Avenue. Sluss was on her phone and smelled of alcohol, investigators said.
Both women were arrested after Sluss failed sobriety tests. Webb, who is underage, was also found to be intoxicated.
Sluss was charged with driving while intoxicated and Webb was charged with public intoxication.
