WWE
You’re not going to want to miss what happens tonight on Raw! Goldberg is returning to Portland to raise hell like he always does. Plus, Samoa Joe will be opening tonight’s event. Joe made his WWE debut last week, attacking and injuring Seth Rollins; effectively putting Rollins on the shelf for up to eight months. Rollins might be out of WrestleMania again this year. Dammit, Joe!
If Rollins is out, what is next for the Samoan Submission Machine? Joe’s already brought utter destruction to the shores of WWE. Who’s next? Goldberg? Probably not.

WWE Monday Night Raw Results
Stay tuned to find out what happens tonight’s on Monday Night Raw. We’ll be giving you live updates as they happen.
In-Ring Segment: Mick Foley & Stephanie McMahon call Samoa Joe down to the ring
Raw begins with authority figures Mick Foley & Stephanie McMahon standing in the ring. They call out Samoa Joe to the ring. Stephanie looks much more enthused by Joe’s presence. The fans chant, “you sold out” at Joe. Stephanie is bothered by Foley’s lack of enthusiasm.
Joe begins to cut a promo. He says it took him 18 years to get here, and if took putting Rollins on the shelf to make it here, then so be it. He puts the entire lockerroom on notice. “The destroyer has arrived, and there’s nothing you can do about it!”, says Joe before his signing his contract.
Foley extends a hand to Joe, and gets ignored. But then…Roman Reigns music hits!
Roman talks some serious trash. He gives Joe two choices, he’ll either shut him mouth or cave it in. Foley interjects himself into the conversation with another short, but intense promo. He announces Roman Reigns vs. Samoa Joe for later tonight.
Bayley vs. Nia Jax
Before the match: A Raw Women’s Championship match is announced for next week. On Febuary 13, 2017, Charlotte will defend her Raw Women’s Championship against the lovable Bayley.
Bayley got ragdolled by Nia for much of the match. But Bayley is a fighter, she had the big girl reeling quick a bit as well. Towards the end of the match, Bayley was well in the lead, Nia was flat on her back outside, and the referee was about to count her out. Before the referee could count 10, he got distracted by Charlotte walking down the entrance to the ring. She jumps up on the ring apron, and Bayley goes on the attack, and pulls The Queen into the ring. As Bayley is beating on Charlotte, she totally forgets Jax on the outside. Nia sneaks back in the ring and surprises Bayley. Jax lays out her smaller opponent with the Samoan Drop.
Nia Jax defeats Bayley
4-on-1 handicap match: Braun Stowman vs. 4 Jobbers (Dusty Wallace, James Stock, CC Bonin and Rob Pelley)
Strowman totally decimated all four men in this contest. One of his opponents even ran to the back because of the beating in the ring. Braun is a total beast! He made mincemeat out of everyone. One of his opponents, who kinda reminds me of CM Punk hit the big man, and only made him angrier. Strowman stacked all three men on top of each other and made the pin.
Braun Strowman is an absolute beast. Of course, he wins.
Post-match: Braun says that he’s going to the back to find Foley. 4-men are not enough. Braun tells Foley that he wants to fight everyone. Mick gives Strowman another appetizer at the next pay per view. At Fastlane, Braun Strowman will face off against Roman Reigns.
Akira Tozawa vs. Drew Gulak
Gulak held his own in this contest, but this match was more of a showcase for Akira Tozawa. Simply put, Akira is an amazing performer and has a solid future in the business. He’s very intense, and he’s charismatic without even saying a word on the mic. Hopefully, WWE puts better focus on their Cruiserweigt division. Either way, Tozawa is likely to be champ in a few months or less. He put a suplex-pin combo for the win.
Akira Tozawa defeats Drew Gulak
Post-match: Following Tozawa’s victory, Brian Kendrick entered the ring and shook Tozawa’s hand. Judging by that: Kendrick and Akira are likely to engage in a feud any week now.
In-Ring Segment: Kevin Owens & “Y2J” Chris Jericho
The crowd is really into Y2J. Chris puts 2017 Super Bowl Champion Tom Brady on the list! Jericho vs. Owens is teased for WrestleMania, but Kevin doesn’t think he’ll be about to fight his best friend. Jericho thought it’d be an epic encounter. Ko thinks that match can quite possibly be the best WrestleMania main event of all time. And then…Goldberg’s music hits.
Bill Goldberg enters the ring, and he accepts Brock Lesnar’s challenge for a match at WrestleMania. Jericho looks pissed off at Goldberg. KO doesn’t look too pleased either. Big bad bill wants a shot at the Universal Championship at WWE Fastlane. Jericho is about to put Goldberg on the list, but Bill grabs it from him, and writes his name on the list himself. Jericho looks furious. No one can write on the list, but him! Jericho never liked Goldberg…that’s why at Fastlane, Goldberg will face off against Kevin Owens for the Universal Championship. Y2J accepted for KO.
Backstage: KO is both upset and disappointed that Y2J just made that match for him at Fastlane. He didn’t ask what KO thought, whether he’d want that match or not. It looks like there’s some trouble in paradise. And no, not because of Kofi Kingston circa 2007-2014.
Breaking News: WWE Fastlane main event announced: WWE Universal Championship match: Kevin Owens (c) vs. Goldberg
WWE Raw Tag Team Championship match: Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson vs. Sheamus & Cesaro
The ever-popular tandem of Enzo & Big Cass will be sitting at ringside for this match.
Gallows & Anderson dominate their opponents early-on. Sheamus is laid out by a stiff kick from Luke Gallows. The tag champs are firmly in control as we go to commercial break.
We’re back from the break, and Anderson is in control of Cesaro or at least that’s why I thought. The Swiss Superman quickly fought back with uppercuts. But Karl was too much for Cesaro, and Anderson is back in control. But the whole complexion of the match changes when Sheamus gets tagged (literally and metaphorically). Sheamus dominates Anderson. He beats the crap out of him. Sheamus is a real bad ass.
Michael Cole announces that the winner of this match will have a future match with Enzo & Cass. Cesaro & Sheamus look like they’re about to regain the gold, but Gallows rushes to the ring and breaks up the 2 count. Luke goes back to the outside and kicks Enzo Amore in the face. Noice! Big Cass fires back with a boot. The referee rings for the bell.
Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson defeat Cesaro & Sheamus by disqualification
Emmalina makes her long-awaited debut on next week’s episode of Monday Night RAW
The New Day vs. The Shining Stars
Before the match, The New Day make fun of The Shining Stars’ timeshare travel pamphlets. They make reference to a potential New Day icecream and the crowd loves it!
When we come back from commercial break, the match is already under way. Big E is in control. Big E tosses Epico around left and right with belly-to-belly suplexes. The New Day totally dominate The Shining Stars. The match ends with The Midnight Hour finisher courtesy of Xavier Woods PhD.

Backstage Interview Segment w/ Chris Jericho
Jericho is being interviewed backstage. He implies that things between Owens and himself are a little rocky at the moment, but they’re still best friends. Sometimes, friends have disagreements. KO arrives, and Jericho tells the interviewer to hit the bricks.
KO says that he’s no longer upset and he will beat Goldberg at Fastlane. They hug it out to end the segment.
Breaking News: The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express officially announced for the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2017
WWE United States Championship match: Chris Jericho (c) vs. Sami Zayn
Sami was a very tough opponent for Jericho. Zayn can really knock you on your ass. If KO wasn’t by ringside, he may have actually had a shot in this match. By the end of the match, Jericho has Sami squirming on his belly, locked in the Walls of Jericho. Zayn breaks free, but KO cracks him in the head with a stiff kick, while the referee is busy with Y2J. Jericho nails Sami with a codebreaker, and that’s all, folks!
Chris Jericho defeats Sami Zayn to retain his WWE United States Championship
In-Ring Segment: Austin Aries interviews WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville
Austin Aries in the ring, interviewing the devious champion Neville. They use this segment to plug tomorrow nights WWE 205 Live main event, which will be a fatal-five way to determine the #1 contender for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. The wrestlers competing for a shot at the title will be TJ Perkins, Tony Nese, Cedric Alexander, Noam Dar, and Jack Gallagher.
All the competitors in tomorrow’s five-way match comes down to the ring. Soon, a brawl breaks out. The champion Neville stands tall at the end of this segment.
Neville, Noam Dar, & Tony Nese vs. TJ Perkins, Jack Gallagher, & Cedric Alexander
An impromptu six-man tag team match is underway as we get back from commercial break. We got some raw, high-flying crusierweight action in the house once again! Neville abandoned his tag team partners towards the end of the match. “The King of the Cruiserweights” must think he’s too important to wrestle with the plebeians. Nese and Dar look ticked off. Perkins takes out Nese, and tags in fresh Alexander. Cedric finally got some revenge on Noam Dar for stealing his girlfriend Alicia Fox.
Cedric Alexander, TJ Perkins & Jack Gallagher defeats Noam Dar, Tony Nese & Neville
Main Event: Samoa Joe vs. Roman Reigns
Before the match gets started, Samoa Joe ambushes Reigns as he makes way to the ring. This is just like last week’s assault on Seth Rollins. Reigns should have been prepared for something like this. Joe is beating the crap out of Reigns, and The Guy is being torn apart. Joe hits Reigns with a running senton splash to Reigns on the outside. Roman looks beated up, and doesn’t look like he’s going to be able to compete. We go to probably the final commercial break of the night, as Reigns is still laid-out like a punk.
We’re back from commercial, and Joe is in control. Joe dominates most of this match, but then Reigns come back towards the middle of the match. Reigns looks like he’s going to win, but then out comes Braun Strowman. Braun climbs up on the apron and eats a superman punch to the face via Roman Reigns. The Guy turns around to a hungry Samoa Joe.
Samoa Joe defeats Roman Reigns
Post-match: Braun Strowman beats the crap outta Reigns right after the match. He drills Roman into the barricade with a running powerslam. Referees check on the fallen Reigns as Raw goes off the air.
