Conor McGregor Signs Contract To Fight Floyd Mayweather

Around 12 months ago Conor McGregor first began dropping breadcrumbs of a potential super boxing match with Floyd Mayweather. At the time, the possibility seemed ridiculous, but one year later, the UFC Lightweight champion has signed a contract for the fight. Big things poppin’, as the kids would say.

McGregor has been hyping up a potential bout with Mayweather (49-0 in boxing) for the past year. Following his title-winning knockout of Eddie Alvarez at UFC 205 last November, things really began to heat up. As the first simultaneous two-division titleholder in UFC history, McGregor had completed his quest to become MMA’s biggest star. Pairing him and Mayweather together is the next big step, despite the hurdles for McGregor.

It’s true that “The Notorious” has a grand total of zero professional boxing experience and it’s also true that Mayweather is the most accomplished boxer of this generation. Starting out, this appeared to be too much of a divide to traverse. But on Wednesday, the distance grew a whole lot shorter.

McGregor’s promoter, UFC President Dana White, appeared on Inside the NBA on TNT following the Game 1 blowout by the Cleveland Cavaliers over the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference finals, and revealed an agreement for McGregor’s half to the fight was complete.

“The McGregor side is done,” White said. “I’m starting to work on the Mayweather side now.”

While we don’t know any specific details of the deal, McGregor did confirm White’s comments in a statement released on his personal website, TheMacLife.com.

“It is an honor to sign this record-breaking deal alongside my partners Zuffa LLC, The Ultimate Fighting Championship and Paradigm Sports Management,” McGregor said. “The first, and most important part of this historic contract, has now officially been signed off on. Congratulations to all parties involved. We now await (Mayweather adviser) Al Haymon and his boxer’s signature in the coming days.”

He also released the following Tweet in typical McGregor fashion.

While this is a significant development, a fight is far from imminent. Mayweather is a notoriously difficult negotiator and it’s unknown how “Money” will realistically approach this deal. His requirements are infamous, as he demands a piece of all revenue (concession sales, closed-circuit viewing, etc.) and will likely want final decision on weight, glove size, etc.

“I’m not saying the fight will happen,” White said. “I got one side done; now it’s time to work on the other. If we can come to a deal with Haymon and Mayweather, the fight’s going to happen.”

The couple appeared as cast members in the second season of the VH1 reality television series Couples Therapy, which premiered in October 2012. Stodden says the couple agreed to the show to resolve issues in their marriage that resulted from their age difference.

In August 2013, Stodden joined the twelfth season of the British version of Celebrity Big Brother, but was evicted on Day 21 just two days before the season finale. In May 2015, Vivid Entertainment released a solo sex tape created by Stodden. She stated that she would donate what she was paid to charity.

In January of this year, Stodden and Hutchison reportedly separated. However, they are still living together at this time.

Baylor Student Proposes To Girlfriend During Graduation, Selfishly Makes Long Ceremony Even Longer

Having graduated college just a year ago, I still consider myself a child.

Still make wildly poor, rash decisions. Still laughing at inappropriate moments. Farting way more than I should. Blacking out from drinking too much tequila, etc, etc.

So I could NEVER imagine, at the ripe age of 22 years old (I was 23, but apples and oranges mate), hitching my waggon to one chick. Or better yet, letting a chick hitch her wagon to me.

As Baylor University’s Joseph Dizdar walked on stage to accept his college diploma, he quickly snatched the mic for something far more important.

As Dizdar grabbed the microphone after collecting his degree he yelled, “Nicole Whitehead … I love you so much, and was wondering, will you marry me?”

Got to admit, I think this kid is going to regret this move for the rest of his life. The couple years post-college are peak living and he’s going to be missing out on all of that planning a wedding.

Everything You Need To Know About Betty Shelby

Betty Shelby

Tulsa County Jail

Tulsa Police Officer Betty Shelby has been found not guilty of first-degree manslaughter after she was accused of fatally shooting 40-year-old Terence Crutcher last September.

Shelby shot and killed Crutcher, an unarmed black man, on September 16, 2016. She was responding to a report of a broken down car in the middle of the road. Shelby, 43, shot and killed Crutcher, 40, with a single shot.

The trial began in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, earlier this month. The jury, made up of three men and nine women, including two black women and a black man, deliberated for about nine hours before finding Shelby not guilty of all charges.

Here’s everything you need to know.

Affidavit

In the affidavit filed in the case, which you can read here, investigators said Shelbys said she thought Crutcher “was going to kill her.”

The investigator wrote that Shelby, “reacted unreasonably by escalating the situation from a confrontation with Mr. Crutcher, who was not responding to verbal commands and was walking away from her with his hands up, becoming emotionally involved to the point that she over reacted. Although Mr. Crutcher was wearing baggy clothes, Officer Shelby was not able to see any weapons or bulges indicating and [sic] weapon was present.”

Crutcher’s Family

Crutcher’s father and sister expressed disbelief with the jury’s decision outside the courtroom.

This is definitely a tough pill to swallow. The facts were there. All the elements of manslaughter were there. Terence’s hands were up. Terence was not an imminent threat. Terence did not attack her. Terence did not charge at her. Terence was not the aggressor. Betty Shelby was the aggressor. Betty shelby had the gun. betty shelby was following him with the gun. Betty Shelby murdered my brother. And after she murdered by brother all of the officers involved with the Tulsa Police Department tried to cover for her. A coverup was exposed. They walked by my brother to go check on Betty Jo and the last few breaths of his life he laid their alone. And these are officers who are paid to serve and protect us. Trained to deal with people who are supposedly intoxicated or inebriated. But yet you use deadly force. No weapon was found. Terence had just left school. Terence had just left Tulsa Community College because he wanted to do something with his life. And I just thank God that he doesn’t judge us as our sins deserve. I’m going to make sure that I don’t rest until we get reform for this police department in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and until we change the culture.

A civil case is expected against Shelby, the city of Tulsa and its police department.

“The list just goes on and on of unarmed black men getting killed by white police officers and they get away with it,” attorney Benjamin Crump, who represents the family, told reporters. “I thought that Tulsa would be the example that said all American citizens are granted their due process of the law and it does not matter if you are a young African-American man. Unfortunately, I was wrong.”

Shooting Footage

You can watch the dashcam video released by police by clicking here. The footage is graphic. The shooting occurs around the 1:40 mark.

In the video, you can see Terence Crutcher walking toward his SUV with his arms held in the air, as Officer Betty Shelby follows behind him with her gun drawn and a second officer approaches with his Taser drawn. He has his back to her and the other officer. Crutcher appears to lean toward the SUV with Shelby at his side and the other officer behind him. A single shot can then be heard and other officers run toward the SUV.

Crutcher then collapses to the ground and Shelby yells into the radio, “Shots fired!”

Times Square Driver Identified As 26-Year-Old Bronx Man

Richard Rojas has been identified as the driver behind the wheel in the deadly car accident at Times Square Thursday afternoon. He is reportedly a former member of the U.S. Navy. and a U.S. citizen.

CBS New York confirmed that at least 22 have been injured and one has died, reportedly an 18-year-old woman who was with her 13-year-old sister at the time. Three of the victims are in critical condition, the New York Post reports.

“A speeding vehicle struck pedestrians on a sidewalk in New York City’s Times Square on Thursday, according to an announcement at nearby Reuters news agency headquarters,” reported Reuters.

Nearby buildings were put on lockdown as a result of the crash. According to Fox News, “the vehicle was traveling against traffic and trying to enter a pedestrian section of Times Square.” The area was “heavily populated with tourists,” reports Fox. Authorities believe the cause was likely DWI, not terrorism.

Police took the 26-year-old Bronx man with two DWIs on his record into custody. The suspect reportedly attempted to flee the scene, according to ABC News. CBS reported that the driver was being tested for alcohol.

Sources told Newsday Rojas was going 90 mph in a 50 mph zone in one of his previous DWI arrests.

“We saw people laying on the sidewalk…with crowds of people laying around them. You could see clumps of people down the sidewalk with people all around them trying to help them.”

A witness told Reuters about seeing “one person was covered with a bloodstained blanket after the collision.” The car came to rest after crashing into a pole, reported Reuters. Photos showed it remained on the scene for some time.

A witness told Fox News what she saw at the scene. While being held by police, he is said to have punched an officer.

According to CNN, one person was killed in the incident, which occurred about a mile from Trump Tower, although the president was not there at the time. CNN reported that New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and Mayor Bill DeBlasio headed to the scene. The victim has not yet been identified.

Kawhi Leonard Net Worth 2017: How Much Is Kawhi Worth Now?

$

One of the most dominant two way players in the NBA, Kawhi Leonard is a cerebral and athletic asset that lets his electric performances do the talking. Even as a college athlete, Leonard established an impressive work ethic and was the catalyst for the San Diego State Aztecs in making it to the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA College Basketball Tournament in 2011. Despite Leonard’s versatile abilities, it has only been within the last couple of years that he has finally received the much deserved recognition as being one of the best players in the NBA. Given Leonard’s intriguing skill set and contributions as the leader of the San Antonio Spurs, it begs the question of how much is the beloved small forward actually worth?

Kawhi Leonard’s Net Worth as of 2017: $35.6 Million

How did the reserved superstar get there? And how have his essential contributions garnered him this type of wealth? Let’s take a closer look.

2011 – 2014

Instagram Photo

Although Leonard was initially drafted by the Indiana Pacers with the 15th overall pick in the 2011 NBA Draft, his rights were ultimately traded to the Spurs for point guard George Hill. While Leonard was not the flashiest player statistically during his rookie season, he proved to be an intelligent and strategically aggressive talent. Despite scoring only 7.9 point per game his rookie year, Leonard made all of his shots count as he had an impressive field goal percentage of 49.3%. However, Leonard was a natural as a tenacious defender as he averaged 1.3 steals per game as well.

In just his second year in the NBA, Leonard and the San Antonio Spurs advanced to the NBA Finals. Although the Spurs eventually lost to the Miami Heat in a contentious seven game series, Leonard put the NBA on notice as he averaged a double-double (14.6 points, 11.1 rebounds) during the series.

During his third season in the NBA, Leonard finally asserted himself as one of the most intriguing two player players in the NBA. He became more aggressive and accurate as a shooter (12.8 PPG, 52.2% FG% throughout regular season) while honing his already exceptional defensive skills (1.7 steals per game). Leonard was rewarded for his defensive prowess when he was named to the NBA All-Defensive Second Team for the first time. Once again, the San Antonio Spurs made it to the NBA Finals and were prepared for redemption when they encountered the Heat again. This time, the Spurs dominated the Heat in five games, with Leonard having one of his best offensive stretches of his career. During the series, Kawhi averaged 17.8 points on 61% shooting, which galvanized his teammates to ultimately win the series. Kawhi was named the NBA Finals MVP and was the third youngest player to win the award at 22 years old.

Coming off a championship season, Leonard continued to develop as one of the distinguished young superstars in the NBA. While Leonard took another decisive step forward offensively, his emergence as the best defensive player in the league proved to be his crowning achievement. Averaging 2.3 steals and 7.2 rebounds per game (both career highs), Leonard left little doubt of his consistent defensive prowess. By the end of the season, Leonard was named the NBA Defensive Player of the Year. He joined the elite company of Michael Jordan and Hakeem Olajuwon as the only players to win both the NBA Defensive Player of the Year and NBA Finals MVP awards.

Kawhi Leonard reportedly earned $2.8 million from 2014-2015.

2015 – Present

Instagram Photo

Given Leonard’s dominant presence on the court, the Spurs didn’t waste much time in the off season when they signed the consummate athlete to a five-year, $90 million contract in 2015. Leonard’s elevated wealth did not deter him from continuing to be an essential component of the Spurs. He was named to his first All-Star game as a starter and led the Spurs to their highest win total in the regular season (67 wins). Leonard once again earned Defensive Player of the Year honors (second non-center to win award in back-to-back seasons) and finished second to Stephen Curry as a MVP candidate.

Given what Leonard had accomplished over the last two seasons defensively, 2016 was the year where Leonard asserted himself as a serious offensive threat. Averaging 25.5 point per game, Leonard’s confidence in his developed versatility finally exploded onto the NBA scene. He helped the Spurs tremendously during a 20-game win streak in the middle of the season with his dominance as a locked in scorer and rebounder. Thus far in the NBA Playoffs, Leonard has been the catalyst for his team winning consistently. Unfortunately, Leonard re-aggravated an ankle injury in Game 1 in the Conference Finals series against the Golden State Warriors. If the Spurs hope to get back into the series, they will need a healthy Leonard to give them a chance.

While it’s easy to crown Lebron James as the best player in the NBA, and rightfully so, there is something to be said for what Leonard has done for the game of basketball. His reserved demeanor and insatiable desire to help his team win has been a breath of fresh air considering how other NBA players conduct themselves on and off the court. As a result, Leonard may never get the glowing praise or recognition that he deserves because of his introverted nature. However, Leonard doesn’t have the self-centered disposition that would lend itself to him being spiteful because of this supposed disrespect. Rather, Leonard let’s his performances on the court dictate the type of player and person that he truly is.

Leonard reportedly earned $17.6 million from 2016-2017.

Yale Dean Who Celebrated Diversity Turns Out To Be A Culturally-Insensitive Yelp Reviewer

The irony is just too delicious to pass up! You’d think someone with a Ph.D. would share words of wisdom, but instead we find something resembling a bratty teenager making you cringe with their self-entitlement and stupidity. You should see how she uses her doctorate degree in social psychology to her advantage.

This is the story of June Chu, dean of Yale Pierson College. Her official rhetoric for this institution is that of an enlightened progressive. But when she turns on the internet and logs into Yelp, her personality takes a turn for the worse. On Saturday, the Yale Daily News published screenshots of Chu’s vicious reviews.

One complaint from Chu in a review: “Side note: employees are Chinese, not Japanese.” Yikes!

She wished one gym employee named Bethany to lose her job and work at a McDonald’s. Chu also ridicules one establishment as being designed to cater to “white trash” or just generally “low class folks.” June also started off one review as “Remember: I am Asian.” Believe me, you’re something else too.

Let’s take a look at a few of those screenshots shall we! Just check out that great gallery!

She’s obviously a spoiled runt who felt obliged to insult people because of their cultural and economic standing, but then when she got called out on it: It’s damage control for June.

Maybe she should go back to school and take a class on common sense and decency. Chu sent an e-mail to the students of Yale University. She apologized and took responsibility for her “insensitive reviews.”

“I have learned a lot this semester about the power of words and about the accountability that we owe one another,” Chu wrote in the email. “My remarks were wrong. There are no two ways about it. Not only were they insensitive in matters related to class and race; they demean the values to which I hold myself and which I offer as a member of this community.”

I wonder if she’ll stop being a hypocrite now. Either way, she has been placed on leave by Yale University.

Ughhh, now I’m starting to feel bad like I’ve become that snotty Yelp reviewer. I’m letting my watchdog journalism get the better of me. Yes, what she did was wrong. But a second chance isn’t the worst thing we can do right now. You know the whole “those without fault cast the first insult” mumbo-jumbo. I’ll give you another chance Ms. Chu, but remember to practice what you preach or you may find yourself putting your foot in your mouth yet again.

Harvard Student Submits Rap Album For His English Thesis, And It’s Definitely Lit

It’s only a matter of time before Harvard’s own Obasi Shaw gets picked up for a record deal. Instead of your typical typed-up essay, Shaw decided to submit a rap album for his English thesis. He tackles topical and historical social issues involving race flawlessly that is honest and moving, and not at all preachy.

Shaw made history, becoming the first person in the existence of Harvard University to submit a rap album as his senior thesis in the English Department. His 10-track record entitled “Liminal Minds” had earned this 20-year-old student an A-, which will allow him to graduate with honors next week.

The young English student was very surprised when he heard the good news about his thesis.

“I never thought it would be accepted by Harvard,” said Shaw, a resident of Stone Mountain, Georgia, a suburb of Atlanta. “I didn’t think they would respect rap as an art form enough for me to do it.”

What is his music about? Shaw calls his songs “dark and moody” while illuminating what it means to be black in America. Every track is rapped by a different character in the same vein of Geoffrey Chaucer’s 14th-century classic “The Canterbury Tales.” Those medieval lyrics spoke to the young Shaw and allowed him to use the tales of Canterbury as a timeless source of inspiration.

Shaw’s thesis advisor, Harvard English lecturer Josh Bell, commended Shaw as a “serious artist and he’s an amazing guy…(who) was able to turn around an album that people in the English Department would like very much but also that people who like rap music might like.”

You gotta admire a person who takes risks and succeeds. That’s what life is all about. That’s the type of stuff that keeps me going. Being afraid of risk means you’re afraid of failure. You need to break out of that rut and when you’re in a slump pull an idea out of left field and hit a home run.

Harvard students don’t even have to submit thesis papers, but if you want to graduate with honors than it’s practically a must (for most departments at least). Most eager overachievers would dive right into a research paper. But there is also a creative option, which can take the form of a screenplay, a novel, a collection of poems, and now a rap album.

How Did Obasi Shaw come up with the rap album idea?

Shaw was back home for Winter break 2015. All the while, he was racking his brain for ideas for his senior thesis. He was having a hard time coming up with the right idea, so his mother Michelle Shaw intervened on his behalf. He told her of the creative thesis option and Michelle came up with an idea. She made note of his fondness for rap and performing his lyrics during open-mic nights on campus. So, why not make his English thesis a rap album?

Obasi’s album was a smashing success. And he wants to continue getting better and better at his craft. He’s not satisfied until he’s reached his height of fluid creativity that can reach out and communicate with so many diverse communities of thought and culture. That means he’s going to keep going and never stop improving his work, which is the type of attitude that will leave an artist with an enduring body of work to leave behind for generations.

Shaw said, “I’m still not satisfied with the quality of the production just yet, but I’m constantly learning and growing.”

“Born Browner”

The song “Born Browner” by Obasi Shaw is a dark glimpse into an unsettling truth, that black history is either conveyed as overtly tragic as “in chains” or through demeaning pandering as in with “fluff.” He also linked the War on Drugs to the mass incarceration situation in the United States, which shows us the true limits on liberty that many chose to ignore and marginalize from discussion.

Street justice, bitch!

I am NOT for hitting women, but I’m all in on this. Sorry if that offends you, but if a woman wants to be hurling remarkably offensive insults at a STRANGER then she deserves what’s coming to her.

My man slapped her back to the 1960s, which I guess is okay, considering that’s where her mind was already living.

Look, you want to be a hateful racist, do it in the privacy of your home. Tell your relatives that Obama was born in Kenya and all that crazy shit you do.

But once you bring it out into the open — in public — you deserve whatever street justice is coming your way. In all honesty, she’s just lucky she didn’t get hit harder.

I’m not a fan of Amber Heard as an actress whatsoever (and also cause she kind of slandered our boy Captain Jack Sparrow) but GOD DAMN she is bringing the heat in this photo.

With the early reviews for Wonder Woman being overwhelmingly positive, DC should just make their next THREE films Wonder Woman/Mera/Harley Quinn team-up movies. I don’t know how or why these three characters would ever intersect, but I guarantee you it’ll take a hot steaming dump on Batman v. Superman.

Hey, you guys remember former Congressman Anthony Weiner, right? Remember, he was the disgraced Congressman who got caught cheating on his wife in the most lewd and ridiculous ways possible? And then he got caught again…and I think maybe one more time after that.

Yeah, that guy.

Well, today he is expected in federal court at 11:00 A.M. in Lower Manhattan to plead guilty to one count of transferring obscene material to a minor. In other words, he was sexting with a minor because he’s really, really, really gross and creepy.

Weiner has been under investigation for text messages sent to an underage girl in North Carolina. Prosecutors will charge his creepy ass

Can you believe this guy was a Congressman? Yeah, sex is great an all that but not when you’re cheating on your wife (repeatedly) and especially not with anything related to minors. How in the hell did this guy make it into government? Man, we done messed up, A-Aron.

But in the spirit of relentlessly skewering disgraced politicians, we’d thought we do some…relentless skewering. Check out the gallery above filled with the absolute best memes and tweets poking fun at Weiner. And be sure to thank the Internet for all of this hilarity.

Aston Martin

Tom Brady continues to live a blessed life, as it was reported today that the New England Patriots quarterback has partnered up with Aston Martin. Brady will endorse the DB11, which is a vehicle that is just slightly out of my price range. The car starts at $211,995 and is presumably stocked to the brim with Grey Poupon.

Here’s an Instagram post and a video of Brady’s dorky ass to confirm the news.

Instagram Photo

What a goddamn dweeb. If you’re not already salty, sports biz maven Darren Rovell has more details on the partnership.

“As a long-time fan and driver, I am honored to join the Aston Martin team at this special moment in the company’s history,” Brady said in a statement.

Because of the price of the car, Schwab said it might be hard to tell if Brady’s connection helps sell them, but monitoring media impressions and awareness is an easier metric to assess.

Brady’s deal will include a content series in which the quarterback will share what drives him while being featured with his car. Brady will also create his own version of the company’s Vanquish S car. Only 12 of those cars will be made and sold to the public.

Will the Vanquish S come with a complimentary pair of UGGs? Great opportunity for Tom to do a little cross-promotion.

Super Bowl rings, boatloads of money, fancy cars, and getting to wake up next to Gisele every morning. Some guys just have all of the luck. If you need to contact me this weekend, I’ll be busy making a Jobu shrine like Pedro Cerrano to lock down a “Madden Curse.”

Ken Bradix, a 47-year-old bouncer at Planet Hollywood, is being hailed as a hero for chasing down Richard Rojas.

Bradix, who was at his job as a door host supervisor of the area’s Planet Hollywood restaurant, was outside when Richard Rojas mounted the curb in Times Square, injuring 20 and killing one.

When the 26-year-old Rojas tried to flee the scene, Bradix chased him down and tackled him to the ground before police arrived to assist.

Bradix laid on top of Rojas until the NYPD arrived to arrest him.

via NY Daily News:

Richard Rojas, 26, did not appear to have a scratch on him when Times Square worker Alpha Balde and a Planet Hollywood bouncer saw him sprinting away from the red Honda he allegedly used to plow through a lunchtime crowd in one of the busiest intersections in the city.

Balde, a 57-year-old ticket agent for CitySightseeing said he and Bradix grabbed Rojas and held him until police arrived.

“We saw the driver running toward Planet Hollywood in the middle of the block,” Balde said shortly after Rojas was arrested.

Mark Zuckerberg’s Facebook

Mark Zuckerberg took a trip down memory lane last night, posting to Facebook a video of him opening his acceptance e-mail from Harvard University. Zuckerberg’s dad recorded him reading the good news, and Mark’s reaction does not disappoint.

You can check out the 2003 video below.

“Yay.” Woah, calm down, Mark! You’re going to have a heart attack jumping up and down like that! Talk about a strange dude. He gets accepted to one of the most prestigious colleges in the entire country and acts like he’s filling out a goddamn crossword puzzle. Where was the enthusiasm? If I got that e-mail, I’d be going crazy like Dave Chappelle after he found out he knocked up Oprah.

Zuckerberg dropped out of Harvard in 2005 to focus on Facebook full-time, which obviously turned out to be a great decision. This year, Zuckerberg will receive an honorary degree from Harvard and give the commencement speech to the class of 2017.

19-Year-Old Prostitute Testifies In Massive Bay Area Police Sex Scandal

Jasmine Abuslin, 19, testified to the Alameda County Superior Court how married cop Brian Bunton, 41, would coach her “how to be a better prostitute” and how he was was “pimping out” her and others. Bunton finds himself at the center of an Oakland police sex scandal.

What Happened?

Judge Thomas Rogers ruled on Thursday that there was enough evidence for Bunton to be tried on charges of obstruction of justice engaging in prostitution. Not only did Bunton pimp out Abuslin, but he also warned her of an imminent undercover police operation.

“He’s actually pimping her like a pimp would do,” Rogers said after the ruling.

SF Gate reports that Abusli previously went by the name of Celeste Guap.

She said she met Bunton while he was on duty in Feburary 2016 after she had become lost on the streets of Oakland at night. The two exchanged phone numbers and he ordered a taxi to take her home, prompting her to nickname him “Superman.”

Abuslin testified that she and Bunton exchanged texts in conversations she described as “therapeutic, sexual and friendly” although he asked several times for nude photos.

Her appearance marked the first time she testified in a case related to a long-reaching prostitution scandal involving the Bay Area police departments.

The 19-year-old vomited into a trash can while on the witness stand after she described the sex acts performed.

Abuslin also said that Bunton warned her of undercover operations, at one point even telling her that “the 20s weren’t popping,” meaning the streets near 20th Avenue and International Boulevard had a smaller police presence.

Bunton went so far as to rent out a room for her at the Marriott Hotel near the airport during the weekend of March 5 last year.

Abuslin testified that he came by after a patrol shift and brought her coffee. He then deleted their text message conversations before they had oral sex.

“He said I should show more skin to get clients,” Abuslin told the courtroom.

After Bunton left, he texted her warning her which streets to avoid as undercover police were carrying out a prostitution sting. However, Lieutenant Jill Encinias, who oversees the Police Department’s special victims unit, said there was no such operation that weekend. Encinias insists that had there been an operation, the ramifications of Bunton’s revelation could have been lethal. She described operations in which undercover officers were stabbed shot at or nearly run off the road by pimps when their covers were blown.

Abuslin said that Bunton texted her that he had lied about the undercover operation “just to keep you off the streets.”

The teenager reportedly threatened to “snitch” to internal affairs on Bunton after another officer told her that he was part of a “club” of officers who had sex with her and discussed it together.

Abuslin is the daughter of an Oakland police dispatcher and worked as a prostitute for about six years before meeting Bunton, at which time she was 18.

She told SF Gate that she’s had sex with 29 law-enforcement officers in the Bay Area – some when she was underage.

The Alameda County district attorney’s office has charged six men with crimes in the case, with two taking plea deals.

Brian Bunton

Brian Bunton is a 41-year-old married police officer with the Oakland P.D. who is at the center of a police sex scandal in the Bay Area. Judge Thomas Rogers ruled there was sufficient evidence for Bunton to be tried on charges of obstruction of justice and engaging in prostitution, on Thursday.

College Kid Lets His Friend Punch Him, Immediately Regrets His Decision

In what appears to be a dorm room, a college student got an ingenious idea to let his friend drill him in the face. Watch him get put to sleep from a massive right hand.

The whole point of college is to make bad decisions, but that was taking things a bit too far. Letting husky Christian Laettner pop you with all of his might was so goddamn stupid it’s unreal.

What did he think was going to happen? He was going to swallow that punch and look cool in front of all of his buddies? The chill vibes of Wiz Khalifa were going to protect him? Get real. The odds of him walking away from that unscathed were minuscule at best, while the chances of him getting knocked out were as guaranteed as a Men’s Warehouse slogan.

But I guess it was fitting that he was wearing a Hawaiian shirt and ended up on the ground, folded up like a beach chair. Hang loose, brah.
