Levi Pettit publicly apologized for the racist chant he helped to lead. Levi was one of two OU SAE fraternity brothers who led a racist chant on a bus that resulted in their entire fraternity chapter being disbanded. Following the chant, he was expelled from Oklahoma University.
Levi, joined by state Sen. Anastasia A. Pittman, publicly apologized for his hurtful words. “I am so sorry for all the pain that I’ve caused. I want you to know that directly from me. Although I don’t deserve it, I want to ask for your forgiveness.”
