The understatement of the year would be that Florida State University chapter of Phi Delta Theta have their priorities straight because they just had probably the greatest formal I’ve ever seen. Ever.
So what would you need to recreate this once-in-a-lifetime party? A cruise ship in the Bahamas with a bunch of hotties, unlimited booze, a private beach, a MILF hookup, and a small person who loves to chug beers.
