James Jones Jr., a 21-year-old Chemistry student at Clark Atlanta University, was killed earlier this week after answering a Craigslist ad about an iPhone 6. James responded to the ad on Monday night and traveled to Marietta, Georgia to make the purchase, a town about 20 miles from the school. Shortly after arriving, Jones was shot and killed while sitting in his car.
Three suspects – Jordan Baker, 18; Jonathan Myles, 19; and Kaylnn Ruthenberg, 21 – were in custody by Tuesday morning and have officially been charged with felony murder, armed robbery, and aggravated assault.
