Miss California contestant Chanelle Riggan may have come short of winning the crown, but she definitely has our vote. Seconds after Miss Beverly Hills walked on stage during the bikini competition her top snapped off, exposing two reasons why she should’ve won the coveted sash. She recovered nicely, grabbing onto her straps and holding them behind her back without totally acknowledging the fact that she just flashed a massive audience. Unfortunately she only got 4th runner-up, but that’s obviously better than those who didn’t even make it to the top five. Maybe they should’ve lost their top and they would’ve gotten more points.
